Oswald waited again to see if he were to receive any more messages from Savage, and watched over the ground level of his lounge. When he did receive a message, he casually glanced down to look at his phone. And again he blinked. He had to admit, he was a bit...intrigued about why Savage was asking about such a topic. But.......he wasn't going to just refuse to say anything. Not when there was money involved.

Hm...speaking of which...how much had that boy racked up in damages and lost property now? There were a few cars...buildings, guns...add that to the money their father had borrowed from him....then what he borrowed again and the girl ran off with...

After a moment of thought, and adding everything up in his head, he looked back down and sent another reply to Savage.

"Well, all together that would be several million dollars assuming the man causes no further loss of profit or property."

Dr. Doom mentally replied, True, but there are ways of doing it. With proper preparation, I believe we can proceed. Of the heroes present, I would actually suggest you bring Miss Doreen into this communication."

Doom slowly sat down, as he kept himself in the 'mental loop,' Miss Green, please keep yourself... calm. We need to figure out the best way to fool Nekron as to our exact plans, so we may stop his legion of undead lanterns.

Doom sat back in thought and mentally responded, Actually... there is such an entity that could be mistaken with the proper preparing....Man-Thing.

Jai-Li shrugged. "I don't really care I was going to meet the new pretties." She smiled. "I like meeting new people."

After a few more moments, Penguin received another text from Savage. He read over the length text, then read over it again with a bit of surprise. It wasn't very often something like this happened after all. Someone like Savage borrowing one of his employees for the night, then completely buying her from him the following morning. He was actually beginning to wonder what she had done to gain such favor from Savage. She didn't know any very sensitive information about Penguin or his organization that would be worth Savage's interest...or any other crime syndicate for that matter. Why Savage was paying for her family's lengthy debt and her contract was a little beyond him.

Still.....business was business. It would take the woman probably the rest of her life to repay the debt her family owed...and there was no telling how long her lifespan was in a city like this. So immediate gain versus interest over a questionable length of time....

Oswald slipped his phone back into his pocket and calmly headed back up the balcony to enter his office again. Savage wanted an exact number...so he'd need to go through a few files to get a truly accurate number. He didn't want to round things up off the top of his head, then need more money from Savage once he paid her off. Customers tended to frown upon receiving a false number the first time they draw money out.

Lets see....he had borrowed ten thousand....the girl had taken around nineteen thousand....the seven buildings, twelve cars, two vans, around three dozen guns, lost diamonds, bail money.... around 293,250 so far..

Dr. Doom continued to pace. His armor's scanners already picked up and identified Hawkeye in the vent above him, but did nothing. If Victor drew attention to the Avenger, it would only rouse Penguin's guards from what he observed earlier. As amusing as that would be, this was a crucial part of the meeting with the other heroes and the lanterns. Also, it served Doom's purpose for Hawkeye to relay information to the Avengers, "Next question, how do we find Man Thing, and who to approach him with? I realize that I and several others would be .... bad to make contact with Man Thing. Might I suggest Doreen possibly with either a blue lantern or a .... star sapphire, perhaps?"
