Down on the plain outside great walled Troy, far from Olympus, Home of the Gods, it was the start of the night. Inside her cell, Delilah had seen several changes of watchmen and one encounter with a bored Trojan Princeling, who had wanted to see the 'harpy' in the prison.
Judging the time to be roughly the tenth hour, Delilah saw that the guards were getting ready for a night's guard. She'd looked around the cell and outside the door to see the limited view of the dungeons. There was a chair outside her cell where was sat the newest guard, there were several lamps held to the wall. Her escape plan, though almost unfinished, had undergone a recent change.
She needed a means to make it dark so she could escape. If she changed her nose to a trunk, the noise as she blew out the lamp would attract the guard to her escape attempt.
If she grew wings again, the guard would notice the change and double the guard.
As she pondered her next move, Delilah saw the light mysteriously go out. Seizing the intiative, Delilah shrunk herself to the size of a sparrow and ran through the bars, out of the jail.

From inside his dwelling place in the temple, Mandeep was scouring the city for that strange presence that he had noticed a day ago. The psychic boy, who had been taken in by the Trojan Priests of Apollo, had been in a trancelike state as he searched the city, walking through the streets in an mental projection. As he neared the presence, Mandeep had run through the walls to find the person. In the dungeons, Mandeep had mentally put out the flames of the lamp, engulfing the room in a murky darkness.

As everything was larger than her, Delilah found it hard to avoid being stepped on as the soldier fumbled around to a brighter source of light. Narrowly dodging the odorous foot of the soldier, Delilah ran to the door just as it swung open. She was flung back a few feet, but after pulling herself up, she ran towards the corridors, and on taking one look at the stairs, knew it would be dangerous at her size to climb it. A dog had followed one of the soldiers into the dungeons, a mangy stray that had several welts on its body from being whipped away from every place it had gone to for warmth. Delilah sped towards to the dog and hid herself under the dog's stomach. She winced as she heard the dog yelp as a soldier kicked the dog up the backside. The dog ran up the stairs in many jumps but Delilah didn't know if the trouble was going to get a whole lot worse.
"Sound the alarm! The Harpy has escaped!"

Artemis shook her head and elbowed Hermes again for good measure. "You're on Mount Olympus the home of the gods. Right now only Hermes and I know you're here but the others will know soon as you are in Hephaestus's forge. Not to mention my twin. He'll know before much longer as well."

"Monkeylumpus?" Arwa said, somewhat confused. He probably still had some cloud left in his ears, obstructing his hearing.
"No. M-ow-unt. Oh-Lim-Puss." Hermes overexaggerated to the faun. Who did he think he was fooling, wasn't he a greek? "Do you know your greek gods?"
Arwa thought a while, trying to remember. "There's one like me, and there's one with a shiny hat with feathers." He frowned a little, then clapped excitedly as he remembered. "I also heard that there's one who likes something called a 'whine'."
"Where are you from, Faun?" Hermes mentally asked. The Faun obviously knew of Pan, after all, wasn't Pan a half goat like the little faun? The 'one with the shiny hat with feathers' could either be Ares or Athena... And the one who liked 'whine'... Probably Dionysus. It meant that the Faun wasn't probably a Greek, or probably hadn't been taught his gods.

Artemis shook her head slightly. The Faun had no clue what he was talking about which was not natural. "You spoke of a mother earlier little one. Who is she?"

"My mother is called Delilah." Arwa said in a matter-of-factly way.
At that moment, Delilah had got out of the dungeons and was currently hiding in the palace stables, waiting to make a move as she fought to escape quickly without getting hurt. The smell was unbelievably strong, and Delilah had almost keeled over when she first entered the stables. The stale smells of Dung, Sweat and Urine permeated the stables. Picking the first horse that she saw that was tall enough at the withers to see over the fence to the courtyard. She couldn't fly out, there would be sharp-aiming archers on both inside and outside walls. The guards at the door weren't letting anything past without thorough inspection. Escaping Troy looked more difficult even from a greater height.

Artemis looked at Hermes frowning even more. "What does your mother look like and do you have any other close family members?" She was pretty sure Delilah was one of the girls Hermes had been keeping an eye on.

"Well my mother sort of looks like me, but not like me. She hasn't got my goat legs, and has got darker skin than me. Mum also has different colour eyes- her eyes are more orangish than mine are." Arwa said.
"That does sound like the Delilah I was to keep an eye on, Artemis." Hermes said aloud.
"Eh?" asked Arwa, slightly confused. "Are you watching my mother?"

Bringing himself loosely out of his Psychic form that was scouring the city, Mandeep saw the Head Trojan Priest, a man called Laokoon, who had engineered the burning of the wooden horse. "Apollodoros, Has the god spoken to you recently in any visions?" Laokoon asked. Laokoon was the man who had taken Mandeep in, when, lost, Mandeep had found himself near Laokoon after having been transported back in time. Laokoon had adopted him as a son when he had discovered Mandeep's psychic power, mistaking it for clairvoyance but insisted on calling him 'Apollodoros' which meant 'gift of Apollo' instead of Mandeep, his true name. "'Father'," Mandeep said, with a nod of the head. "The god has not spoken to me in vision." "The god has not troubled you with news of the Greeks?" "Not any news of the Greeks." "Then has he spoken to you about anything else?" "He has not." Laokoon thought this was strange, then said, "As soon as the god speaks to you, I want you to tell me as soon as you possibly can. Anything can hinge on the word of a god." "Yes, 'Father'." Mandeep sighed. "I will visit you tomorrow morning. I pray that you sleep well, Apollodoros." As soon as Laokoon left, Mandeep physically created a purple flame and threw it out the window in a great rage. At home, he was ostracised from 'normal society', here, he was dragged unwillingly into a stranger one! Calming himself down, Mandeep scoured the city again, eager to pick up from where he had left off from.

Delilah saw the purple fire ball scream across the sky from where she was hid. It had distracted the soldiers, who on, starting to inspect the stables, sped away to inspect the areas where the fire ball had come from and was going to.
Delilah leapt from the horse's shoulders, onto the ground, borrowing the skin-changing ability of a cuttlefish as she grew steadily until she was her original size. She moved swiftly to the stable door, and with almost translucent skin, Delilah edged her way, slowly so that her skin could keep up the illusion of there being nothing there.

Hermes looked at Artemis from the corner of his eye as if to say that he didn't want to say it to the faun as it would sound wrong. Besides, Artemis had the feminine approach that Hermes had never claimed to have had in the first place.

Artemis looked calmly at the faun. "We're keeping an eye on your mother and her companions so we can assure our father that they are no threat to him. We are only watching her for her safety. We are respecting their privacy you have our promises of that. Is there anyone besides your mother you're close to that keeps an eye on you?"
She was asking this mainly for the chance to poke fun at the fact that Hermes had seemed to hold some interest in the Green haired girl at some point yet she had barely paid him any attention which was something he was not used to from women.

There was a rather anticlimatic "Oh." from Arwa, followed by, "Well there's my Aunty Sage and Uncle Markus..."
