Well... seeing how stone needs a character, if neither of the two mentioned would care they can use one of my old characters, he was actually a good character, ((I don't care who uses him)) but its funny cause he was the Tsuchikage in my old guild...
Zaiten knows which one...

So... sure. What the hell. Even if he doesn't look like a ninja. He has wings but they are nearly unusable... they were clipped when he was very young, therefore, he can't fly above 1-3 feet in the air, its just to go with his taijutsu, which I don't even think I used... Only way he would get his flight back was if a uber powerful medical nin healed them, ((ie- Orochimaru's arms but they can still be used slightly))
