Resisting the urge to seize Kanzuki by the collar of his stupid shirt and place Ume’s at his throat, Sayuri freezes completely. His words slowly click into place until she narrows her eyes into a glare. Her lips have turned purple, her blood begun to run cold.
“What the bleeding hell are you talking about? Firstly, don’t judge me. You don’t know a thing about me. Secondly, what the hell are you talking about? Do you know Shayera?” Sayuri clenched her hands into tight fists to fight the reflex reaction telling her to grab the boy and shake the information out of him. “My sister is a fool. Her open willingness to trust strangers and happily feed them information makes her weak. I love Shayera to death, but she is a fool.” Taking a deep, calming breath, Sayuri gently places a hand on Kanzuki’s arm, her grip strong enough to let him know that she has no intention of letting go. “Please, I have been searching for Shayera for a long time. You know where she is. Tell me. Please.” Her azure eyes plead with this boy that seems to know her sister. If he’s lying, she will kill him. There is no doubt about that. Her concern for her sister grows as she continues to try to re-establish the twin talk connection between them with no results. “Something is wrong with my sister. She needs help.” Sayuri isn’t sure how she knows this, but the fact remains that she does know it. Her sister is in danger, and Sayuri may be the only one who can save her. “Something is wrong with Shay! Where is she? Who are you? How do you know her? Please. She needs help!”
Sayuri’s pale blue eyes fill with tears as her mind frantically works to see what Shayera is seeing, to show her where her sister is and what’s wrong with her. Her mind reaches out to touch Shayera, only to find itself blocked by a wall. Sayuri’s mind floods with awareness as she slowly gains control of herself. Then, the forbidden words.
“I think my sister is dying.”

Unable to keep still, Sayuri begins to pace back and forth, five steps in each direction across the classroom. It was Shay’s dream to become a Chuunin. There’s no way she would just give that up. Right? Right. Shayera wouldn’t just leave her dreams behind. Not unless something catastrophic took place and she wasn’t able to save someone or protect someone. s**t. Sayuri rounds on Kanzuki.
“Are you sure? How would you know? Did you see her there?” Sunagakure. Only Shayera would place herself in the middle of a desert. The thought alone makes Sayuri want to roll her eyes. “When was the last time you saw her, if ever?” She claps a hand to her forehead, aware of the growing pain blooming in her head like some diseased flower.
She wouldn’t put it past her sister to take her own life. Especially if someone got hurt because of her. Sayuri starts putting the puzzle together in her head. The desert. Sunagakure is surrounded by miles of desert. If she died, it would take days, if not weeks, for someone to come across her body. “When was the last time you saw her, and what EXACTLY took place at that time? Did someone she loved get hurt?” Sayuri’s frantic voice demands. “What happened?”

Sayuri gestures impatiently at Kanzuki as he takes a sip of coffee. Her sister could be dying or dead and he’s thinking about his caffeine intake at a time like this. So Shayera ahd been fine the last time he saw her, but something had happened. Sayuri snaps her fingers quickly.
“Did her team pass the exam?” Her question is more of a demand. Failure, she knew, would drive her sister to drink, so to speak. Failure is the one thing that neither of the two can tolerate, and it plagues Shayera especially. Shay’s failures had landed her in the hospital way back when. Shay’s failures had driven the two from their home, with Shay’s face bearing scars.

"Everyone deserves the chance to live..."

Staring at Kanzuki incredulously, Sayuri arches an eyebrow in disbelief. Why the hell would a competent Genin just leave the most important exams of his life? She doesn’t know, nor does she care as she turns away from him to stare out of the window and bites down on her bottom lip.
“That’s… a long story. And a complicated one.” She sighs, and the sound seems to come from her very soul. A sudden wave of exhaustion makes her feel old. And not like, twenty five. She feels ancient, like she’s lived through too many lifetimes and hardships to be in this situation yet again. “Why?”
Sayuri doubts Kanzuki even really wants to know how she ended up here, and her skepticism shows in her blunt question. Jeez, Shay. What did you get me into this time? she asks her sister silently, praying that Shayera will answer her, but prepared to be disappointed if she doesn’t.

Ensu got up and moved to the back of the class room again as he sat down he was gonna attempt one more jutsu it was a genjutsu and his first attempt he noticed only a few people in the class room. He was a bad ninja so he wouldn't probably succeed anyways so why not try to do a genjutsu on the girl who treated him like a baby eariler. He made the hand signs on the bored as he focused his chakra and with out speaking what jutsu he was doing he casted Kanraku Kibun (Sinking Feeling) onto Sayuri and the other ninja with her. He wasn't sure if it worked but if he got it the two of them would instantly feel as if they were in the sea sinking and nothing they do would stop them from sinking. They would have to work hard in order to stop sinking and eventually they would succumb to exhaustion. Unless the caster cancels it but, seeming as Ensu didn't know it worked he wouldn't realize what he was doing so they would have to find away to get his attention or for him to realize his chakra was getting sucked. {1/1}

Kanzuki walked up to Sayuri with a sigh and lightly smacked her on the head with the hilt of his sword, causeing the genjutsu to dispell." You were caught in a genjutsu, your mind needs to be more aware on it's surroundings." he stated as he took a seat nearby, he had alway had a knack at spotting genjutsu, he was still working on getting them down himself though.

"Don't yell at him, it's your own damn fault for getting caught in it, I think you did well kid!" he stated to Sayuri somewhat bitter, displacement was always one his his least favorite forms of defense mechnism and it pissed him off when people used it. He then turned before saying the final part to the kid with a smile, he then turned his attention back to Sayuri. " She was kind and sweet and easy to talk to." he said with a smile as memories entered his head," Just as a friend." he added, not wanting her sister to figuire out the relationship they had.
