Were talking about anime now, interesting.
For any who have not heard of Death Note you must watch it or read the manga...

Well basically there is NO PLOT. That isn't the problem because it's a member made plot. The entire idea of the guild is that everyone is stupidly powerful with free range on their powers to a point and they all go around doing things for the sake of doing things.
The problem is what to put in. I've put down some silly rules that aren't proper rules and I've got a bad profile structure but now I'm thinking where I should go next.

Yeah basically the idea is they create the universe and they also blow it up.
Everything is up to them on how it looks and everyone can have whatever power they want to an extent.

Not at all.
It'd be perfectly fine, as long as you don't just kill us all in one shot with it.

If you die you can just make up a new one but by killing all of us I mean you don't just end the universe in one shot or you don't just go around meaninglessly killing people
Your character needs some degree of reason for what they do.

Is insanity a valid reason for killing people and destroying things?

You have to put down 2 weaknesses on your profile
Of course they can be utterly insane weaknesses like
Dry Cleaning.
Insanity is a valid reason but you can and will get piled.

It's not the insanity.
It's just people will get fed up and kill your character.
and there is no such thing as PRP in it so you can easily get crushed by loads of people.

XD which is where the virtual invincibility of time-space manipulation comes in!
Or he could be killing people to gather up bones to create him self a bone throne. Thats believable.
Crushed by lots of people, using the space part he could alter gravity and crush all who oppose him.

Whoa.. that must be some awesome guild. The first thing you said about it somehow reminded me of Darker Than Black (contractors), if you've seen it. Only properly manipulated, miltiplied, extended and expanded to infity... Nice.
And yes, Kiiyashi, me and Ayka both watched Death Note. Yes, it is awesome. But it does get boring after SPOILER ALERT L dies. Ayka is on L's side, and I'm all for Light, so yeah, being roomies was fun^^
