"I'm going to go back to Lady Savira, explain to her what happened, and then...become her assistant...if she'll have me."

Rakuna blinked. "What? You mean, you're going away? Why?"

"That's exactly why! Rakuna and I...we're so close and yet...and yet...not once he looked at me. I thought I could live with us just being friends and cousins. But then...you two said you were having children... Yes, I remember that, Rakuna. Anyway, hearing those words...it left me completely and utterly broken... So...I can't stay here anymore... Rakuna stood there, not sure what to say.

Rakuna looked in shock. "A-Austin!?"

Akihito looked as well. "W-what are you crying for!?"

Akihito gave a soft gasp of surprise. "No...it was my fault. IF I truly wanted him, I wouln't kept trying even though you were here..."

Rakuna raised an eyebrow. "But isn't that what you're trying to do now? Even though I declared Austin my mate, you went so far as to transform to get another shot... You're definitely my cousin!" He gave an understanding smile. "And Austin, don't feel so awful...I should be the one..."

"You're not going anywhere, Austin." Rakuna said. "And neither are you Akihito!"

"Austin...you're the one person I'll love so perfectly. No could replace you and I don't want anyone to." Raknua said before turning to Akihito. "And you, Akihito...you're my cousin, my best friend, my partner on the battlefield, my advisor, you're everything else I could possibly need. If you disappear, I'd be an unorganized mess running on pure, uncontrolled love. If it wasn't for you, I wouldn't have gotten the life I now live so wondrously. For those things, you can't be replaced for that either. I want both of you two at my side throughout our lives. If you two can promise me that you'll stay, then I'll serve my purpose as a guardian and a fighter. I'll protect you two from danger and fight the battles you shouldn't have to." He was surprised at him self. The way he was speaking, was like a leader, and alpha.
