Shade started running, not really trying to lose her, he wanted her to win to see what the ring would do about it.

"Gong Yi Tempai!" Kikyo shouted, taking off after Shade. "Typhoon BOOM!" She leaped into the air, and used her wind to hover after Shade.

Shade simply continued running. He wanted her to catch him. It was part of the expirament.

Kikyo landed back on the ground, and raced after Shade.

Shade jsut ran a little farther, then stopped to wait a bit. He wasn't going to make it too easy, but this was only an expirament, so it wouldn't keep the ring from him long.

Kikyo skidded to a halt, and tagged Shade. She cringed, waiting for the showdown to end, and a possible shock in her hands.

Shade tossed the ring over to Kikyo. This time it merely glowed brighter, rather than zapping her.

Kikyo waited for a few more seconds, before realizing it didn't zap her.
"So...if its won in a showdown, it won't hurt who ever has it? Weird..."

Lug sighed to himself, he can get the wu back from the devilish little girl easily but had to by all means needed get that serpants tail to finish his plans. If he had his body he could restart his old company business. "H-Blast, the drink y'all knows best." was his company motto as he made a special drink. But he can't make the brew without a physical body that will fight him at any turn. HIs first eye will be to get the Wu back from Lucy, then head to the temple and make the biggest lie he can imagine.

'You shut it!' Kikyo snapped, momentarily closing her eyes.

(( I got like a Charlie Horse yesterday morning, like 2 of them at the same spot and it still hurts like crazy. Those things are EVIL!! more evil then Chase Young and Wuya combined! ))
Lug could summon one flask of his special brew to bring Kikyo into submission. The brew has a heavenly taste with a wicked recipe from pure madness. With a extreme addiction side effect. So even if Kikyo tried to fight him, one drop of the stuff will probably drive her crazy.
(( Imagine Coke Cola while it still had Cocaine and tasted good. ))

Lug worked quick as to obtain the stolen wu from Lucy. He just freed Tomha and possessed her to make her drop the wu and beat it. When the was done he went back to Tomha and took the Wu. Next stop, the Xiaolin Temple and aim for Kikyo. Once he got her hooked up on the brew, he'll make her help him make more and pass it around, soon even Chase will beg for some H-Blast, or so he imagined. The H-Blast was dangerously addictive and probably bad for ones health.

"Here you go, Shade." Kikyo said, tossing the ring to Shade. "Training is done for today. I'm...tired." She added a convincing yawn, and walked into the temple, towards her room.
'Lies are the first step...' the voice sneered.
"SHUT UP!" She yelled, once in her room. She sat down on her bed with a loud sighed.
