Alexa lifted a brow slightly. Even at her most besotted, she'd never held hands with anyone. Deciding to take it as a gesture of caution - so that Kirra could just run if she had to - rather than one of romance, she took the offered hand and grinned faintly.

Hyn made it to the top of the hill. he looked over the landscape and noticed 2 people traveling in their direction. looks like were going to pass them on the way to the main land. he thought to himself. from what he could tell, one of them had blood red hair that stuck out like a sore thumb against the white sand. he smiled to himself as this reminded of his family. he had been thinking of home a lot lately.

Einon ran after Alex to Artemis's home and looked around. Shouting, he woke Artemis's mom and dad. Explaining quickly, they got dressed and left with Einon, who teleported all four of them back home.
Artemis's mom saw her son and all the blood and started crying. His father grimaced then looked around. "This boy said we were needed to save our son's life? Who do we have to talk to?"
Mathias had decided, since it seemed Siobhan wouldn't let Artemis die, he had to turn him. But just as he was about to move over and bite him, though, a portal opened and four people walked out. He sighed when he saw that they were Artemis's parents. "I need to have your blood to help save his life. He is a very brave person and doesn't deserve to die like this. So I need to cut both of your hands for a blood sample." After they nodded quickly, he performed the same procedure he did with Leon. Smiling, he felt Artemis's heart begin to beat stronger and faster. "We gotta give him a little time, his damage was alot worst than Leon's. Thank you, you two. Your son will be fine now." Seeing they were relieved, he pointed to the house. "Everyone is welcome to go inside now." Looking up, Mathias spoke to Aura and Siobhan: "He's saved."

Leon gently carried Artemis inside and layed him on the couch he turned to his parents and said "don't move him trust me" he said simply he looked at Enion and Alex and said "wonderful job boys you two make a great team" he then walked back inside
Alex's face was pale white he looked at Enion and nodded then saw Naomi hugging herself and walked over and wrapped his arms around her waist from behind he kissed her cheek

Gurrin and Mellit both woke up extremely late. They walked out of their rooms and met each other on the hall way. They walked outside and noticed how late it was. They freaked out and immediately began to work on the farming for the day.

The white blanket faded when Mathias spoke. A soft, laughing voice seemed to carry briefly on the wind.
(I never doubted you for a second, Teacher)
And Aura stirred. She shook her head and glanced down at her father. A little bit stiffly, she got back down from the roof - Heaven only knew how she'd gotten there in the first place.
She felt used up, empty. Why, she wasn't exactly sure. There had been something to do with Artemis, she knew that, and she had the sense something had been cut very close.
Aside from that, she didn't really know what had left her so weary.

Vix smiled faintly in relief. She didn't have to have been there to read the signs. The boy would be all right. There was at least that much to hold to.
Engela's gaze flicked to Artemis. Mathias was right, it had been a close call. She could still feel the boy's effort to heal. But it had turned out fine.
She wondered, absently, what was keeping her family outside.

Mathias looked at his daughter. "I just finished saving Artemis's life, Aura. Your 'body sharer' Siobhan helped." Mathias looked around, making sure he didn't sense anyone else around the area.
Einon walked by his sister and into the house, staying with his friend. He watched the color slowly fill his face and his skin go from white to normal pinkish. Thank the Nine. I couldn't stand to lose him, he and Alex are my first friends...

Aura smiled at her father sleepily. "That would explain why I feel like I just had a giant tornado suck my insides out," she replied. "So he'll be okay? I...I think we were both rather concerned."
She felt a soft query in her mind and smiled. "Mom wants to know what's keeping us."

Tanis has gotten up early that morning and brought his use-to-be-bandits near the village. Rast had come out to meet him. "what are you doing tanis? why did you bring them here?"
"hey, we will be working together right? might as well allow them to see their comanding officers."
"if they do anything stupid, i'll hold you responsible. if this plan is ruin because of you.."
"calm down. they will not do anything bad. i'll make sure of it." at this Rast grumbled but really could say anything. Tanis had never said anything that he didn't make happen so Rast decided just to leave it.

Sora's eyes softened when she saw that Artemis was alright, and walked inside the house, venturing over to a lonely little corner and simply sitting, waiting for nothing. She crossed her arms patiently and glanced around.

Naomi smiled softly, sighing in relief, and placed her hands over Alex's hands. "I'm glad your friend is all right," she told him softly.

Mathias looked away from his daughter for a moment, looking around the house. "You can head in. I..I've got some clean up. I don't want to look out the window and see the bodies." Mathias turned, holding his arms out. Shadow tendrils went from his fingers to bodies and he started dragging them out back into the woods. By the time he was half finished, he was sweating. He unclipped his cloak and tossed it down then continued dragging bodies away.
Einon had gone inside with Artemis, staying by his side. When he saw everyone else coming in, he chuckled. His house and people he knew had gone from a quiet four-person circle to a huge bustling amount of people in the cottage. He looked at Alex and Naomi and smirked, the lovebirds looked good together. Looking back at his friend, he tilted his head. He could hear and feel Artemis's heartbeat getting stronger and stronger.
Artemis laid on the couch, having had his robe, staff and shirt put on the table while he recovered. His hands were folded over his chest as he recovered. He groaned and winced in his sleep.
