Krii'Ouse slept for the next three hours, and came to slowly. He looked down at his fiancee, and smiled. 'Hey there, gorgeous.' He winced from his back, and hissed through his teeth, trying to soothe the seering pain. 'What I would do for some morphine...' he said jokingly. 'How's it looking?'
His back was still slightly charred from the strange burning, and the silver had definitely made it so that it would be a permanent scar. His tattoo was more or less ruined, the eyes having been slashed right through. He would end up having to get it redone. The vampire's blades really gave him Hell.

She grinned at him slightly, sliding out from under him to look at his back. In truth, it still looked pretty crappy, but she was not about to tell him that.
"It looks better than it did," she said, which was not a lie. In truth, it looked a lot better than it had before, but she didnt know how much longer Gail was going to keep him in here. And woe betide anyone who had to bear him that news. Slinking under him once more, she smiled up at him.
"Can I get you anything love?"

'A glass o' water?' he asked, suddenly very thirsty. 'My chops are dry.' He scratched his thigh, where an itch had appeared.

"You got it," she said with another smile, sliding off of the bed and walking over to a water cooler in the corner. Taking one of the small plastic cups, she filled it with water before walking back over to her lover. sliding underneath him once more, she offered it to him, not sure if she would have to aid him in drinking it or not.

The water began to funnel effect, upwards, but only a little bit. He caught it in his mouth, and swished his mouth, swallowing the rehydration. 'Thank you baby.' he smiled.
He smiled, and chuckled lightly. 'Heh, I just got a crazy idea. Wouldn't sex be weird from up here?'

She laughed slightly, giving him a sensuous grin as she leaned up, kissing him gently.
"It definately would be wierd...and I dont think that Gail would appreciate it. Or anyone else in the general vacinity." Trailing her tongue over his lips gently, she rests back on the bed underneath him, brushing a few loose strands of his hair out of his face.

Krii'Ouse scoffed. 'Oh please. Everyone loves free porn!' he smiled, drawing some more water from the cup, into his mouth. 'Hee hee... I'm so silly.'

"You're something," she said with a continued grin, watching him. Lifting her head, she swept all of her hair to the side while still holding the cup in one hand. Laying her head back down she stifled a yawn with the back of her free hand. She had not slept the whole time he was asleep, but then again, there was hardly any sleeping lately.

'If you're tired, baby, justgo to sleep. I'll be out like a light in a minute here, anyway. Don't worry, if I wake up, I'll be quiet, and make sure not to move too much.' he said with a smile, 'Wouldn't want to wake you with my shifting. Cus I CAN move around...' He took up some more water, and finished the cup.

"It's fine. Sleep is over rated anyways...you showed me that." She gave him a small grin, setting the now empty cup off to the side as she adjusted herself on the bed once more. Reaching up, she once again trailed her finger tips along his cheek. She just liked to be in some kind of contact with him. However, as much as she wanted to, she couldnt keep her eyes open. Taking a deep breath, she relaxed back on the bed, drifting off into a light sleep.

He chuckled at her response, and as she went to sleep, he followed suit.

'Get in there!' a creature screamed, throwing a thinner, younger Krii'Ouse against the wall of a cage. 'You filthy human piece of s**t!' Sethe stood up defiantly, and stared at the creature. His eyes glowed brilliantly, filled with rage.
'One day,' his young voice not quite deepened to it's present form, 'I'll be free. Thatday you will rue the day you kidnapped me! I will have my vengeance!'
The creature stepped into the light, it had groteaque horns, and hideously scarred flesh, burnt and rent. 'You will have nothing but pain, son of Teslae!' the daemon said, raising his arm. However, his arm would not swing out at the young man before him. His eyes were shocked, surpirsed! 'Wha...?!' Then his arm swung at himself, smacking himself.
Sethe began to laugh, but was only punished for it. Another daemon came in, and kicked him to the floor. 'Stupid filth!' He turned the boy over, and took out a whip. The first daemon held him still while the second lashed his back, leaving bloody slashes across his back.
Sethe cried out in pain...
... and at that point, twelve hours later, Krii'Ouse woke screaming as well. His back was on fire, burning with the seering pain from whatever hideous vile ensorcelments were on the daywalker's sword.

As Krii awoke, screaming in the process, so did she. In fact, she was so startled by his outburst that she jumped clean off of the bed, landing rather hard on her butt. Jumping up once more, she placed one hand on it before leaning down to Krii, placing her hand on his cheek.
"Baby...it's ok. You're going to be fine. GAIL!," she yelled loudly as she tried to verbally calm him down. She knew nothing of medical things, only the more psychological. She wanted so desperately to take this pain from him...but she knew that this was not a possibility. Why was she so helpless sometimes?
"Come on love...it's ok."

Gail rushed into the operating room, bringing a syringe with her. She looked at his back, which had begun to turn a slightly blackish colour around the wound. 'Good God,' she said. She slid the syringe into a vein, and injected him with some morphine. 'Keep him busy, talking, andall that jazz, I need to get Uncle.'
Krii'Ouse was disoriented. He didn't even comprehend what Gail had said. All he knew was his back was burning, his shoulder was burning, and his hand was burning. He let tears slowly break through his facade, the pain was too much.

"Come on Baby, it is alright. I was thinking about the wedding. What about next month? That would give us enough time to be able to get everything together, dont you think?" She was trying to think of anything that might help him get his mind off of things until the morphine kicked in. She didnt touch him now, afraid that her contact might evoke some new pain. That was the last thing that she wanted.

The morphine slowly wafted it way though his bloodworks. Sethe slowly forced back the tears, and steeled his resolve, tensing up, and trying to look at Kerri. His mind still broken from the pain, he attempted to reply, wanting to get his mind off of the pain, and actually wanting to come to a decision with her on the topic.
'I... am al... right with... that.' he said, his words coming out in spurts of breath, in one, held back breath. He inhaled, and continued. 'Next... mon... th would... be a... wonder... ful time... to get... married.' He breathed, taking more in for one last sentence. 'It'll be nice... and... warm... and I... think it... will be... great.'
