Rorschach felt the ground shake, and saw a shadow cast from above. He looked up. No time for thinking. He dived off to the side, and used his momentum to roll a little further over his shoulder and back onto his feet. He pulled out his grappling gun and aimed it at the tenth floor window of a building. Firing, the hook rose into the air, breaking a window and catching on the window frame. Another half second and another trigger pull later, he quickly rose up into the air, holding on to the gun tightly. The masked vigilante landed on the frame, the hook retracting back onto the gun. He turned around, looking at the creature more evenly. Disgusting. The very picture of the disease and filth that festers within the city. His city. Just like the disease, he was far outmatched by this monstrosity. Rorschach jumped into the room, went to the far back wall, and lined up with the window. "Never surrender..." With that, he ran at the window, planted his foot on the window frame, and used his momentum to propel himself out of the window at the beast.

The beast out a yell to send a sound wave to try and send the little man flying back. "You will bee another victum for the Black Lanturn Corps, because you are filled with rage." He wispered to the man.

"No, I won't," Rorschach replied, just before the blast hit him, launching him into the air, and onto a rooftop, landing with a slight thud. "En..." The creature did not know Rorschach. This creature did not understand the heroes of his world. They didn't fight because of rage, or fear, or even their own will. They fought because they had to. Because they were compelled. Rorschach was no different. It was no different for any of the other vigilantes. No matter the exterior reason, they did this because they could not imagine doing anything else, whether they wanted to or not. It was truer for Rorschach than the others, though. The Keene act put most of the other vigilantes into involuntary retirement. Doctor Manhattan and the Comedian kept working by working for the government. Rorschach kept working by ignoring the Keene act. Rorschach stood up again and walked to the edge of the rooftop, facing the creature. "Come and get me."

(going for kill. O.k.?) "All in good time but I know you want to get at me like you got at the guy with the pooor little girl. I wonder if she cried out for her mommy." He mused. as he hovered within reach of the man.

After a few moments, Star began to cool off. Rather quickly compared to normal. She glanced around a moment, and realized that the heros had a new problem. Well, best time for her to make a little get-away. She wasn't going to scare the girl, but she needed to do this while everyone was distracted. A second later, she teleported herself beside Mary Jane with a small smile. "Hey there! I know this is kind of sudden, but I need to get out of here while I can. We can have a better introduction later." she said as she seized MJ by the arm. Before MJ had time to say anything, Star teleported away again.
[EXIT to Midtown High]
Vice soon made himself tangeable again once he reached a Park. Didn't seem to be very many people around for being a city park...perfect. He sighed slightly and sat himself down on one of the nearby benches, keeping his fur rimmed hood over his face. So much blasted walking...perhaps he should just stand by someone with a motorcycle until they 'lend' it to him.

At about that point, the smaller Spider-man returned with three gas masks. "Oh, nice. I go into all the trouble of getting these, and you people have to get rid of--" He cut himself off, noticing what was going on. Or, rather, catching the last words of the new guy's taunt. Immediately, he dropped the masks, and sent a webline out to stick on the back of the guy's jacket as he landed on an obliging wall. "Dude. You did NOT just bring up the dead little girl in front of Rorschach, did you? Ouch. See, that's just not smart. Enough for me to peg you as a self important villain right off the bat. And you know what I have to do with self important villains..." He pulled on the webline. Hard.
The Flash appeared to be stirring, but wasn't up yet.

(( NOT O.K.! It's Rorschach! Especially not now that there's a dead costume for him to investigate! Once he's had his own moment of glory, I'll be more open to the idea. And how in the Hell did that guy know about Blair Roche, or Geneveive? He's not from the 'Watchmen' Universe, or even from Earth, where you could say that he read or saw 'Watchmen' ))
Blair. Geneveive. Rorschach did not know which one the thing meant, but he knew he was talking about one of them. He drew out his grappling gun. Aimed it at the creature's torso, shrinking away somewhat, due to Spider-Man's web. Fired gun. Hook launched out at the creature.

(The ring.)
The hook passed through his body. He let out a horrible scream that nocked down three building in the area and nocked windows out of every window in 20 miles.

Rorschach dropped to his knees due to the scream, but did not let go of the gun. He had the thing caught up between his hook and the Spider-Man's webbing. Too good of a position to just let him out of.

Spider-man's eyes widened."Well... I did try to warn you..." he said helplessly. Normally he would have reproached Rorschach for mortally injuring someone, but he understood what the subject of that particular little girl did to the man's frame of mind. But... wait, there wasn't any... blood?

Geneveive. The reason Kovacs started pretending to be Rorschach. Blair. The reason Kovacs died, replaced by Rorschach. The blots on his mask gave a quick shift, and he began the retraction process on the grappling line.

"HA. HA. HA! You thought that could kill me? I'm aready dead and guess what that little girl gets a specal ring too." The Crow said as he pulled himself down the wire getting closer to the man. He was yanking Spider-man along with him.

Spider-man wasn't coming easily, however. He was braced against the wall, and pulling backward as hard as he could. Out of his league AGAIN, but he couldn't exactly leave Rorschach alone to deal with things; he didn't have ANY powers AT ALL. "You make..." he grunted, "No sense... At all."

(You two are pulling the other person like a tug of war.)
"All in good time my friend. I might tell you once I come for your heart." He said as he created a black blade and usedit to cut the wire. The Crow's body flung back at Spider-man with extra force as he spun to deliver a punch to the chest.
