Kagai sprinted off quickly using his tail for balance once he was with in jumping range of the buildings scattered amidst the city. Kagai smiled as he hopped from roof top to roof top the sensation of speed and building excitement discouraging the negative feelings he had. Minutes passed and the distance from the large gate continued to shrink each hop getting him that much closer. finely making it to the gate kagai hopped up and off of the gate itself to give him a little boost straight up to the top. Using the Gate as a vantage point he stared off searching for the demon of the ancient world.

"Lets see....i spy with my little eyes.........hmmmmm.........there you or" Kagai said pointing off in the direction of the slow moving beast.

"Don't induse panic if you can help it.. ill dry grandpa off in the direction of that large volcano to the East." Kagai said to a guard that had shuffled over to his location after spotting the thing Kagai was pointing at.

With out giving room for a response Kagai hopped down from the gate landing gracefully cat like on all fours with little sound. He then sprinted off again laughing hysterically in the direction of the Balrog.

As kagai got closer the balrog stared as if confused that a single creature would charge him unarmed. His stare became a glare the beasts claws rearing up for a repealing blow. Once Kagai had closed the gap between them the demon swung a massive claw down at Kagai the impact would have sent his body skidding across the ground. Predicting the simple movement Kagai hoped up twisting his body in the air so that his back rolled off of the middle of the demons huge arm. His momentum was stopped as his knee impacted against the creature. Ether his aim was off or the creature moved regardless the blow impacted against the base of the horns just above its forehead harmlessly nudging the beast slightly. In response the creatures other hand rapped around Kagai's torso then flung him down off to its side. His body skidded across the ground and as he did he shifted his body and came to a stop on all fours.


At this point both combatants where pissed they had underestimated each other do to personal pride. This mistake was seldom to happen twice well not respectively soon at that. Kagai roared out at the balrog mincingly the roll he had did spread out his impact and spared him to much damage. He was simply sporting numerous small bleeding scratches on the right side of his chest, should and arm. The cloth of his shirt was ripped from his body in those places. Even his cloak was resting motionless on the ground. the pin was ripped free of the cloak witch had spelled out its demise.

The Balrog roared back at Kagai not the slightest hint of fear or concern showed it was more alert and completely awake. Kagai Stiffened and quickly reverted into a large sabertoothed cat sporting an elongated tall making balance or sharp turns the least his problems. After roaring once more with a deeper base and louder tone he ran off do east full speed. The belrog spreed its wings and flapped kicking up dubri taking to the sky in one powerful motion. Its Bat like wings flapped loudly as it fallowed its target.

((no idea....got bored and decided to fight something since no one wants to fight the old man. So you can decide if its day or night i guess......... talk2hand ))

Kagai made it a few miles off in the direction of the volcano he was nearing the base dodging a stray fire ball here and there along the way. His fur was slightly scorched in places but he had accomplished one aspect of his mission distract the creature and lead it away from the city well at least to the point that you couldn't recognize it from a far. Suddenly Kagai dug in his nail and pushed against the ground coming to a abrupt stop. the balrog that was right on his heels flew over head angling out so that it could land infront of Kagai a couple yards away.

taking advantage of the situation kagai reverted back into his human form and drew rebellion from his back in one swift motion. The Balrog clinched its hand and formed a sword of pure flame and shadow in response. After a slight nod kagai's eyes fixated and his cat like iris's all but disappeared leaving a yellow glow in its place. Kagai charged in sword angled in the direction of the ground off behind him the creature met his charge with its own brisker pace raising its bade high over its head roaring all the wile.

Akki looked up and gave Li a heavy smile

"yeah i saw him, he's..i dont even know what's wrong with ..but i know something is off..."
She stood up and stretched
"please tell me you have some good news?"

Akki smiled at Li, she was happy to see that instead of freaking out about her transformation she was actually embracing it.
She puzzled over the stones, if there was any one who could tell them anything about that it would be Enishi.
"that would be a negative..he flipped out on me when i said that a i would follow his orders in forming the army, and b: that i wasnt going to back down..he made me Leader..but he said it was temporary..until..he said so..i honestly dont know what that is about." She shook her head slightly still trying to put all the pieces of the puzzle together.

"He probably wants to see if the clan will self combust without him. It's an ego thing." Li gave a fierce little grin.
"If mister bigshot wants to go AWOL- just let him. If I were you I would try to contact the other clans- could you imagine the look on Kagai's face if we made peace while he was gone?" Li snorted, the mental image was just too funny.
"Maybe someone saw where he went- but I'm sure Kagai will be fine." Li said gently, seeing that Akki still looked worried.
"If I could just work out how to grow wings, I'd follow him myself." Li wriggled her shoulder blades at this; goaty little horns were fine, but wings would be awesome. Despite their lack of practicality.
