OOC: Sorry I haven't been posting, but earlier my brother wasn't home, and now I'm finding it hard to get on, I can probably start up in full again once he leaves for college.

IC: Jamie sat in his seat, listening to the music that was playing, and slowly drifting off in it. He snapped out of it when the van(?) hit a bump, and he looked around. I wonder if I should introduce myself to some of these people. He then decided he would, and got up and walked over to Regina and Reese. "Hi. I'm Jamie, and I was thinking I should meet some of the people here seeing as I may be staying for awhile. Do you both live at the institute?"

"I'm from california. A small town, near the coast." He said. "Could you help me with something then? I just got here, and I've been looking around, and it seems like everyone is in the brotherhood, or the institute. . . whats really different about them. Someone told me they had different beliefs, but wasn't really clear on what they were." He said slowly. "And so I don't really know where I'm gonna go."

*Ruka sat on the bus and waited for everyone to get on. Once the bus started to go she looked out the window and sighed. She listed to everyone talk and soon feel asleep*

OOC: I Just want to point out that I love the ethical implications of the current dialogue between Ifrit and Monkey-man. It’s cool to see the fine line between activist and zealot being burred here ^_^

And now for an homage to Futurama…

IC: With a truly terrifying level of speed, Pietro downed each and every one of his highly-caffeinated delights, just in time for the manager to emerge from the back room, spotting Pietro with a look of abject horror.

“Oh… my… GOD!” he cried, nearly falling back on his a**. Apparently the new cashier didn’t notice the sign in the corner of the wall with Pietro’s blurry picture on it, large letters reading “For the love of Christ do NOT serve” written underneath.

Pietro looked up from his triple espresso with an aura of supreme caffeine Nirvana permeating throughout the entirety of his essence. “I… am at one with all being…” he said in something of a daze as onlookers stared with a mix of concern and surprise. And with that, everything slowed down for Pietro. A drop of water was nearly suspended in mid-air. A hummingbird’s wing was moving in slow motion. The people around him seemed not to move in the slightest. Truly this was a time for supreme humanitarian efforts on Pietro’s part. Unfortunately for the occupants of that particular Starbucks, Pietro hated humans, so his definition of “humanitarianism” included acts of ridicule and destruction.

After quickly swapping the clothing of random people throughout the room, as well as, of course, emptying all their wallets, the cash register, and the Colombian coffee bean storages, Pietro quickly zipped on over to the local hardware store and returned with a hammer, and several dozen nails. With speed and precision, Pietro went about systematically moving every piece of furniture that was once on the ground (and not bolted down) onto the ceiling, each item standing perfectly above its former resting spot. As a finale, Pietro memorized the font of the Starbucks logo, and immediately went about revising the sign above the store to read “******** with that, Pietro lifted his sister up, along with her hot chocolate, back into the car, and sped the hell away before time resumed back to normal.

The manager looked around his ruined establishment and sighed. “Well at least there wasn’t any fire this time…” he muttered.

Jerrod shook Noko's grandfathers hand and looked him in the eye.
"I think i'll give you your privacy... i'll stay in the hotel...tonight, and then the next night if you would like... i hate being a bother to people i barley know." Jerrod picked up the bags of lugage and looked to the group.

"Let's go i got my stuff, and to what i remember i didn't see you check anything into the flight as lugage."

ooc:have you not read the recient x-men side of the rp or did you intentionaly been left behind? sweatdrop

"Uh yeah. . . I am, when I first got here, I lost my temper, and got in a fight, and, well I came off worse. What about you Regina? Can you answer my question? I mean your with the "X-men" right?"

OOC: I don't think they left you behind. Sometimes, people just pass over it without noticing. Don't worry. We never left anyone behind here. And if they don't find you well go find them. wink Choose a group to terrorize...I mean socialize with and have fun! biggrin

IC: Between two blinks, Wanda found herself in the car with a hot chocolate and a very exicted Pietro at her side who was driving.

For some reason I feel like my security level just crashed somewhere near the center of the earth.

She looked behind her and had the time to see "********" before the car turned on another street. "What the hell did you do?" She opened her hot chocolate and tasted it. "And that's not hot chocolate! It's coffee!" She glared at him. "You switched my hot chocolate for one of your disgusting coffee folies?"

She closed the lid and almost crashed the cup on Pietro's chest. "You better get me another one before I make you speak like a girl for the rest of your days!!!" And on that, the mirror on the right side of the driver's seat exploded and fell on the street.

OOC 2: "Give me my hot chocolate OR ELSE!!!" Now I'm making Wanda a chocolate addict. Don't you just love me? xd
