Imerius sighed. "No can do. I don't think I can do something like that. I don't even think the most powerful psychic can even do that." He sighed and handed the vampire a card. "This is my email. The government can't tap it. Call me if you have any problems."

"And what exactly am I supposed to email you with?" He asked gesturing around the room to show that there were no computers. Though there were a few board games from when he raided the dollar store.

Imerius shrugged. "Many public buildings have free computers these days. I figure that it would be worth the risk if you where that desperate. But would you mind directing me back to the surface?"

Raiden nodded. "Follow me." He said starting down a tunnel.
"Wait!" Judas's yell echoed through the tunnels as he ran towards them. "Make sure that James doesn't get blamed for any of this, will you?" He asked him pleasantly.Raiden raised an eyebrow but remained silent.

Imerius shrugged. "I can't pull that many strings, but I can make sure that he won't get killed. It would do him well to learn the true face of the government. He is blind and naive. It is frustrating."

"He just hasn't realized that there's no hope. Give him time, once he's judged, he'll learn quickly" He said. While he still believed things the way James did, he had taken a different approach.
"Does this James kid need to be... released?" He asked trying to find the best way to put it.
"It would do him no good, he needs to come on his own, otherwise he would just go back." Judas replied to Raiden. In some ways, Judas was wiser than others could ever wish to be.

Imerius nodded. "The boy is blind. He is one that needs to see the truth for himself. As I said, I fear nothing that the government could do to me, therefore, they cannot harm me. Punishment would not have any meaning."

Raiden sighed and motioned for them to continue. "Let me know if there is ever anything I can do." He said. While he thought Imerius probably saw all the gifted in the Haven as cowards for hiding, he was capable of things that could get Imerius killed. He was capable of attacking without fear of being executed. If he were, the next would rise as their leader. Though he hoped it wouldn't come to that ever.

Imerius smiled flippantly. "I will, though I doubt it." He leaped up onto the ceiling again. He waggled his tail at Judas in goodbye. "Take care kid. I can't help you if you get caught. That specialty only belongs to the comrades in Manhattan." With a strange skitter of claws, Imerius was swallowed by the darkness.

Rallyhn went to Ana and smiled "busy day huh? not only with me and death's return to the area, but also you gaining a new ally." he sat down and opened up his bag, pulling out dozens of bounty sheets with crosses on them and then a pile of silghtly new bills confined with rubber bands.
Death made his way into a commercial zone of the town, stalking through the alleyways and rooftops of some of the buildings, getting a complete walkthrough of the town without prying eyes "now I'll have the entire city memorized for a quick escape route incase of the unimaginable happening.."

James continued searching. He sighed realizing that the world was to big to just keep searching for him. 'Imerius?' He broadcasted into his specific mind.

Imerius climbed out and shook himself dry like an animal. "There was a battle in the streets earlier and a water main broke. I was down there inspecting the damage. It seems manageable with the reparation money we received for it...have you ever heard of a cell phone, kid?"
