Shino held his wrist and focused energy into his other hand, A dark orange chakra glew from
his hand as he tried to focus it " ok..ive almost got this down.." Shino closed his eyes as
the chakra got warmer in his hands. Shino stood still as he continued to concentrate his hands
" when you feel as though you have it i want you to strike the boulder in all of your might.."
Jiroubou leaped back as he looked to Shino, who was focusing.Shino hit the boulder and
broke some of it but not how he wanted to do it so he started over and did the same steps
again.

Shino slid as his feet broke into the ground. He lifted the energy and slammed his hand into
the Boulder and shattered " whoo.." Shino was breathing hard and then looked back to
Jiroubou " so..thats it, I was hoping for something more challenging. I got that on the second
try Jiroubou. Thats alright Jiroubou I'm sure you got some more jutsus to teach me"
" You did a good job..we will continue more training later on.." Jiroubou leaped into and looked
back seeing Shino walking away " ill see you again.."

Jiroubou was standing above Shino in a tree watching him rest for a brief moment " hmmm.."
He leaped down from the tree and slowly walked over to Shiro " so what ya doin? slackin off?"
"who you callin a slacker? I never slack off. im the one training..and your the one gulking
around..heh.." Shino smiled and then looked at his hands " mind teaching me more? your
taijutsu moves can come in handy.." Shino said standing up waiting for Jiroubou to give a
response to his question. "I don't got all day for an answer can you teach me or not Jiroubou

" sure why not.." Jiroubou stepped backwards a little bit " ill teach you the Rising impact pam
technique..it is a move that can lift the heaviest of opponents into the air..its really useful
and needs lots of focus.."
" damn..all these moves cost a lot of focus..anyways lets get to it.." Shino poped his knuckels
and waited for his instructions on how to do this technique " first i want you to focus your
chakra into your muscles..like your going to lift somethng heavy.." Jiroubou smirked as
he walked over beside a boulder and leaned on it " so do it.."

Shino closed his eyes as his muscles perked up and his chakra flow extended, He then
opened his eyes slowly as his chakra was steadily slowing to his muscles " ok..what next?"
Jiroubou Picked up the boulder with ease and held it above his head and was about to throw
it " now..hit this rock upwards with the energy you just focused!!" He tossed the rock into
the air slowly as it was coming for Shino. Shino pulled his arm backwards to hit the rock and
then released hitting the rock, but Shino arm bones shattered, and shino flew backwards and
hit a tree.

The boulder hit the ground in a big thud and Shino sat on the ground breathing hard and
holding his wrist " little rough dont ya think?" " I quess I did throw it a little bit too hard and
fast but, only a little bit. Shino looked at Jiroubou angrily as his bones in his arm joined back
together.
"Ok lets try this again Jiroubou... I'm gettin it this time. You don't have to use all of you power
when throwing the rock save it for when I can do the technique right. " "Ok Ill wait you
should get it this time. You almost had it last time."

" heh..hes almost ready huh? lets see how he handles this.." Jiroubou Picked the boulder
up again and tossed it into the air as it was heading for Shino's head in full speed "I just told you
to thow it slowly" " No you asked me could I throw it slowly all you need to do is focus... Then
you should shatter this boulder" He watched the rock fall downwards still heading for Shino
Shino's eyes opened and they widened as he pulled his arm backwards " ok.." Shino hit the rock
with his palm and sent it into the air. Shino smiled as he watched the rock hit the ground and
shatter " thanks for the suprise.." Shino sat back down by the tree. " well I did it..so i wont complain.."

" now...i want you to try the boulder strike..it takes a good amount of strength to pull
off this move but..since you know some impressive moves you should be able to pull it off
kinda fast..so maybe i should give you a demonstrationof the boulder strike before you.."
try to do it
Shino slowly stood up and looked at him about to attempt the move:: " so..you are like
a master at these taijutsu moves..thats pretty cool..so go ahead and show me this move.."
Shino slipped his hands in his pockets and smirked

Jiroubu focused his energy to his hands and looked at a boulder that lie on the ground " basically
what it is, is a strong attack that is able to break a boulder.." He slammed his fist down on the
boulder and crushed it. then the pieces of the boulder fell making a pile of rocks. "Thats cool man
I'll be able to do that" "Yeah if you can do it right"
" dang man..its just like the rising palm thingy.." Shino's eyes showed amazment and smirked "
ok..its my turn..so just focus my chakra into my muscles right?" Shino said ready to do this new
technique.

" yea..thats right keep doing it that way and you should get it." He walked forward with a
Boulder and sat it infront of Shino " work on destroting that boulder.."
Shino focused on the rock for a moment and then closed his eyes, he then focused his chakra
from his whole body to just his arms. He could feel the sensation in his arms as he was about
to strike the Boulder " ok..im almost readyto do the attack.." Shino's feet drove in the ground
a little as his muscles perked up. " yeah..like that but keep going...dont release it yet.."

muscles. He winced at the pain of the energy but quickly focused again.
Shino leaped backwards but kept the focus going. He slid his left leg backwards and was
going to make the attempt but had an second tough about it. He kept focusing his energy
untill he felt this wierd feeling in his stomach " ok..its ready now.." Shino stepped forwards
a little

Shiro poped his knuckles and dashed forwards quickly kicking up dirt behind him. Shino slid
on the ground and released the energy and slammed his fist into the Boulder. It shattered
into a bunch of pieces and Shino fell backwards " whoa.."
" It took me a little longer to learn that technique. good job..you deserve a break kid.." Jiroubi
stood beside him and looked to the broken up boulder. " I'm sure I deserve a break but I don't
need one."Shino said while steping away from the rubble.

"Ok..now lets try the tackle charge..its a attack when you focus your chakra into a strong
tackle..its not complicated at all..just watch..After you see it you should be able to get it pretty
quickly" Jiroubou focused his chakra into his back side an tackled a tree and pushing a tree
over
Shino fixed his headband and tied it around his arm:: " ok..so just focus your energy into your
shoulders.." ShiNo smirked as he was about to focus his energy " ok." " ok..just focus.." Jiroubu
smirked at Shino. Shino closed his eyes for a second as his chest started to glow with his Chakra.

Shino put his hands into the activation symbol and his Chakra overlapped his body. He opened
his eyes slowly and looked at a tree. Shino dashed at the tree in full force, he rammed his back
into the tree, the tree shook a little but didnt break " damn.." Leaves fell down like rain then
Shino stumbled backwards and shook his head " looks like i gotta try again.." " no no no..
you have to focus more into your back than your body. so try that.." Jiroubu stepped backwards
and frowned. " Thats not as good as I thought you would do don't make me start doubting you

Shino nodded and then closed his eyes. He then focused his chakra into his shoulder blades
as they glew a dark orange. He opened his eyes quickly and then got in his stance to do the
attack
Shino's feet dug into the ground as he dashed forwards towards the tree. Shino slammed his
shoulders into the tree and shattered the bottom of the tree. Shino wobbled backwards
and fell down, he then rubbed his head as he sat up " guess i got it..heh.." " yea..good
job..heh.." Jiroubu smirked and then looked to Shino
