So does Proto. It's called college.

College isn't an excuse to hide behind when some of us are attending, taking a full course load, and still make time to post/be active as well as work.
-2 Proto for Inactivity.

-2 Proto for Inactivity. When inactivity is due to real life issues it's a pass, College is the perfect excuse of such an issue. If she's having trouble finding the time, well.. :/ What are we going to do RL > RP.

If they have reasons then they should pass on their responsibilities for the time being. So the guild can still operate normally.
So, excuse denied.

Jin Shirosin If they have reasons then they should pass on their responsibilities for the time being. So the guild can still operate normally. So, excuse denied. Seconded. If you can't fulfill your duties as Crew, pass the torch onto someone who will. Ninja is extremely active and has already expressed interest in assisting the Leaf Village, but it seems that people would rather let the village collapse than give it new authority.

RPing has nothing to do with crew duties.
Furthermore there is a difference between taking a full load of classes that are easy as pie and require little work compared to classes that require a lot of work and study time.
Also... if all of you are going to start giving - points to Proto who does do work in the crew forum, I suggest you start giving - points to me as well. Just like Proto, I do not RP, and if not RPing is an excuse to attack someone here then fire away at me as well.
@BnW: I think Kouri put this thread under one of my duties, so I'll be taking over the updates.

Has she been doing anything with HER village? That is the argument against her. You don't have Ame open so that's different. It's not that she isn't RPing. It's that it is stopping other people from doing so.

First off, Konoha shouldn't be any of your concern seeing as you are not a part of that village.
Another thing, many of the konoha members, like Mini and Tai (who have duties in the village as well), don't even have time to do much RP anyway. The only actual "uber active" member is apparently Ninja, while everyone else is completely content to go at a slow pace. Also, apparently all of these slow people are in college, working on midterms, doing term papers, and all that jolly fun stuff that is requires of us. If the majority of the villagers are content with the current pace, there's no reason to change things up for a single member.
This is also why other villages are open. I'm sure the one "active" member of Konoha can get the RP itch out somewhere else.

Actually that is why I don't RP there. And for your information I did have a character there. I just didn't bother reposting it when Proto scrapped the old scroll a couple weeks ago. Did you ever stop to think that there is a reason that it isn't active there?
I understand you are trying to defend your friend(thats all this is, be honest). But I, as well as everyone else, am entitled to an opinion. And I put in my votes accordingly. So you don't need to go getting all worked up over it.

Yes, I did stop to think there is a reason that it isn't active. The vast majority of the members are busy with college.
I understand that you are trying to attack someone you simply don't like (that's all it is, be honest). However, I do acknowledge your opinion. I, too, ahve an opinion of my own, and it is my opinion that you are getting much more worked up than I am right now.
Anyway, work is being done in the crew thread. Proto is a part of it. Those who are more inactive than she is would include me and Kouri... but no one ever hits us with negative points. Especially not Kouri.
Good day

Please Stop ASSuming things unless they are physically posted. I gave negative points because it is her job to do approvals. How many threads haven't even been looked at with the exception of Qyp? At least he's doing Approvals but the idiocy that is this "council" will NEVER get anyone's threads approved because of "Crew" like you. Armads, and Proto. Rping has nothing to do with it and you're only defending her because she's your friend ((be honest)). You aren't defending what she has/has not done. So just stop. The rules are to give or take points because of what you see. So again, we gave valid reasons for our subtraction. If you don't like it, cry to someone who cares.
Also, don't tell BnW that you'll be "taking over" since that is what he did since you refused to.

Are you only reading bits and pieces of what I post and somehow blocking the rest out?
The inactivity stops any more activity from coming.
I wasn't attacking anyone from the start, until you decided to play the antagonist here. I voted based on her activity. Activity that normal guild members can see. I cannot vote on things that are behind closed doors. If you want to restrict what I say, then make this thread for crew only.
And I will repeat myself.. The two of you are not responsible for running a village. She is. If she is unable to do so, she should pass the responsibility. She could always reclaim up upon returning.
Also, im not worked up at all. If I were then I would stop responding.

Edited: Done done
@ Rach: Approvals are council based now (at least that's what was voted on - hence the need for 5/5 people to vote yes on something? ). No one in particular is in charge of approvals anymore. You already know this~ XD
Also... I did not vote for the council thing >>;
So, since the council thing is how the guild is going right now (despite some of us not having voted for it) giving negative points to someone for a duty that is not their isn't... fair?
And Hurt and Heal is listed under my crew duties, I just found this out last week. I was letting BnW know that, I wasn't attacking him, Rach. I was also waiting to update it since it really hadn't been very long since the previous update (I think anyway)
@ Jin: Yes, inactivity can stop more activity form coming in. It can also, however, provide a much slower pace for those who need that slower pace due to real life, but still want to enjoy RP.
Being an antagonist was not my intention, I apologize for appearing that way to you, and I have no intention of restricting your opinion, Jin. I simply saw something that I considered to be unfair.
I run Amegakure. Just because I will not allow other players into the village doesn't mean I'm not running it, still. I even told you what I was preparing it for via Pms. ^_^ However, my college work is keeping me inactive, and preventing me from allowing people into the village for the events I was planning.
I'm glad to know you are not worked up. I feel better knowing that ^_^

A good friend of mine had once tried very hard to advertise this guild to me. I don't get a lot of time on Gaia except to merch, but, she used to go on and on over maple about how much she loves this place. How no other guild can match this one. I don't like guilds in general (forum people are much nicer) but I told her I'll take a look, and she'll get even more excited, spamming me information by the day.
Now with college exams, SATs looming around the corner, online time is all the more difficult. Now that four years have gone by, I think I know why in conversations with her she doesn't say she loves this guild anymore. But she gets angry every time I point to her this, and will then refuse to talk to me for weeks.
After watching some of the folk around here for such a long time... It's clear to me this isn't the right place. Not for me, not for the nice people here. This place doesn't even welcome new members anymore, with some of the older members trying very hard to stomp them to the ground. It's disgusting, the superiority complex, the tone some of these people talk in.
Proto, I'm sorry...but you know I can't stand hypocrites. Particularly people who try to pass themselves as saints who cares about the well-being of the guild when really, they only care about themselves. I'm only sorrier that even when you don't like this guild anymore, you put on yourself obligations for what really are a crude people. But just because I know the reason why you do this to yourself doesn't mean I have to understand.
To the guild members who have nothing better in their lives to do. If you really care any shred about the guild, instead of taking the time to attack someone, you'll offer to help them out even if you hate them. If you say the guild is so important to you, what matters your petty dislike? If you cannot even overcome that, then honestly, don't try to be a saint when really you're lower than the dirt on the ground.
+2 Proto - You wasted four years of your time trying to get me to participate in this guild. Even though it comes to this decision, I'm glad that you tried very hard to share with me the times you had much fun laughing with others.
I know you'll say butting into this is none of my business, and I'm honored I had been one of the few you told that to. Take care of yourself, I'm glad the cold's almost gone and I hope things are going better with your dad.

Thanks Nyxiis.
And since this hurt/heal is just a fuel for arguments, I propose we lock this thing up, and throw it in the trash can.
