The Headmaster listened quietly without comment, but could not help but nod gently every few points. He leaned against the wall with his hands in his pockets and one foot against the wall during the lengthy explanation. Finally, Nicholas was done, and the Headmaster offered a grim smile to any who looked in his direction. It seemed as if the bell had waited for Nicholas to finish before it rang. He used the opportunity of the distracting noise to change the topic.
"Well, that's that," he said with a lighter smile. He pushed away from the wall to move to the center of the room, nearer Nicholas.
"Miss Cailbrea, I believe I told you before that I made sure your room was reinforced with higher security, yes? I failed to mention that the upgrade included reinforcing your room to withstand a greater temperature, ensuring it would be able to contain the heat in case you lost control if you had decided to practice in your room," he explained.

“Fabulous! Well then you need not worry about moving you dormitory.” Nicolas smiled, his carefree personality resurfacing. “And I’m famished!” Nicolas’s tummy gave a growl. "How about we all go get something to eat!” Nicolas cheered.
“Shuuuu! Nicolas! Emma is sleeping!” Liriale said in a hushed tone.
“Well then!” Nicolas said in a cheering whisper as he clasped his warm hand around Liriale’s wrist and pulled her towards the door. “My tummy will wake the dead if we do not make haste! Are you coming? Headmaster? Ayla?” Nicolas asked as looking back past Liriale.

Ayla nodded when Nicolas asked if she was going to get lunch.
"I am rather hungry, since I have not eaten properly for several days. That could be another factor, I suppose," she replied.
Sliding off the edge of the bed, and standing up straight, Ayla picked up her satchel and placed both of her crystals back into her pocket. She waited for the others to leave before she did.

Aura smiled as Jin accepted her invitation and led him back towards the school. They were coming near the entrance when the doors bursted open, emitting an excited Phenia who flung herself at Aura and gave her buddy a bear hug. Lilith was close behind. “We are going to learn how to make hurricanes!” she said elatedly. “Isn’t that awesome! Finally learning the technique! And, oh who is this?” Phenia was whirling Aura around in circles when she spotted Jin and came to abrupt halt. “Oh! I know who you are!” Phenia said and gave Aura a sheepish grin. “You must be Jin! Aura has tol...OUCH!” Phenia yelped and rubbed her side where Aura’s elbow ‘accidentally’ made contact as she was putting her notebook back in her jacket pocket. Then she looked around, noticing that someone was missing. Lilith answered Aura’s questioning look, “Amir is still waiting for Tsuki, we meet him in the hall and he said for us to go ahead and save a table under the usually tree. You will be joining us right?” Lilith asked Jin. “Of course his joining us! Now let’s get some grub! I’m starving!” Phenia proclaimed and urged the group forward towards the food stalls.

Jin followed Aura silently back to the school with his right hand in his pocket and his left hand holding his backpack over his shoulder. On approaching the entrance, he felt minor vibrations from behind the door just at a girl busted open the door and engulfed Aura in a massive bear hug. It was one of the reasons why Jin was top of his class besides his religious training after school. His powers were practically always activated while he went through the day. Though it wasn't enough to cause his eyes to change colors like it usually did, he made him sensitive to air vibrations which allowed him to know of an approaching person, object or the intensity of sound. Practice for the mind, to say the least.
He stood there as he watched the event unfold. Not far behind, Lilith proclaimed something about leaning how to make hurricanes. This caught Jins attention quickly, always eager to learn something new. But when he was spoken to, which he figured would be sooner or later, he turned his attention to Lilith. Before he could speak, Phenia had spoken for her, only able to nod as she was about to say something, but then got hit in the side as Aura was placing her notebook in her pocket. Tilting his head to the side, he noticed a questionable look on Auras face. Only then did it seem like it was answered as Lilith spoke about Amir and Tsuki.
So these were her friends. Quite a bunch. From what he had heard from teachers, good students. The connection between them was seen easily by their actions and how they spoke to each other. Like they had been friends sense who knows when. It was a connection Jin never got to experience to it's full potential. The only friend he ever had technically, had graduated last year and was now out in the world helping people like he had always wanted to. He was practically the best earth bender he had known and has known. He always over expected he teachers expectations due to his constant training and determination. Which is why Jin has been training religiously after school. He was Jins motivation to become the best he could. Not all for himself, but for others as well. Which seemed to be working out. He had protected the school, the students and had just saved a life.
At the thought, Jin smiled big, looking up at the sky slightly before he hear someone addressing him. Snapping him back into reality, he lowered his head to Lilith and gently nodded with a smile. Again, before he could speak, Phenia had spoken for him. He didn't mind. If he was to say something, it wouldn't be a documentary. His usual one to two words would have been all that came from his mouth. But, he would speak later, he knew. By the looks of this group, they wouldn't let him go silent forever. At Phenias statement, Jin merely followed. Turning to Aura and giving her a smile, letting her know that he was enjoying everything as best as he could.

As Tsuki waited for the match to start, she was startled by the sudden bell. It left her confused and indecisive. She wanted to stay and cheer for Chyna, yet the temptation of satiating her hunger was very persuasive. Slowly, she recalled her duty to follow Amir around. The pull of that desire overcame the hunger and even the want to rally for Chyna.
Tsuki stood up, grabbed her bag, and walked out of the class. A look of delighted surprise overcame her when Amir was there in the hallway, having waited for her.
"Amir! Thank for...waiting..." she said, her tone starting out excited and dwindling to embarrassed whisper.

Aura gave Jin and apologetic smile, as if to say, ‘they are always like this’. She followed behind Lilith and Phenia, whose stomach growled the loudest. “Gah! My tummy is growling at me! Oh, shoot!” Phenia turned around and continued walking, backwards, as she addressed Jin. “Sorry my mind is preoccupied with food that I forgot to make introductions. I’m Phenia and this is my twin Lilith.” Phenia indicated to Lilith, who turned her head to smile back at Jin and wave. “We are both expert water benders.” Phenia stated, though while she was talking, she wasn’t paying attention to the looming food stall that she was about to crash into it when… WHOOSH …Aura had directed a gentle breeze that pushed Phenia slightly to her left, steering clear of the food stall. “Oopsy! That was close, huh. Thanks Aura.” Phenia grinned then her face showed that she was in deep thought. “You know what, Aura? You control your powers very well when someone else is need of help, but when it comes to your self…you lose that control. I think it’s your focus and…trusting your power.” Phenia halted walking backwards and held Aura’s gaze. “When someone is in trouble, you instinctively trust and hone your power, but when your dealing it alone, you double think and miscalculate causing mistakes. Something happen today, didn’t it? Don’t try to hide it, your right leg is slightly bruised and your pants are a little scuffed. I saw the bruise when you created your breeze just now.” Phenia said in a more serious tone, something rare for her carefree spirit. In an instant her tone changed to a usual cheerful one. “Well, you will tell us about it later! Right now we have important decisions to make, like a cheeseburger or regular hamburger.” Phenia said as she peered at one of the food stall menus. Lilith had wandered over to another vendor and was ordering her meal. Soon the twins came back. Phenia had a tray holding a cheeseburger, water bottle, and fries. Lilith chose fish and chips with a scoop of peas. “We’ll save our usually spot. Meet you there.” Phenia said as she indicated to a blue table located under a weeping willow, whose branches partly covered the table from view. Aura nodded and turned Jin to indicate with her finger that she was going to get a mixed fruit yogurt parfait. Her own stomach gave a soft growl causing her to blush.
Just then she heard Amir calling. Turning around, she smiled to see Amir and Tsuki heading towards them. Aura smiled and waved to him and Tsuki. Listening to him and noticed his observation, Aura nodded then turned to Jin to point out that she was going to go buy the parfait and meet him at the tables.

Amir was leaning against the wall of the hallway near the door that led into Jake’s class. Amir smiled as Tsuki emerged from the classroom. Pushing himself off the wall, he straightened up and said, “Your welcome. Would you care to join me and the rest of the group for lunch?”
Soon after, Amir was leading Tsuki through the botanical double doors and into the grassy area. Once in the sunlight, he spotted Aura and Jin. “Hey Aura, Jin!” he called out and walked over towards them. “Hey you two, getting food I see, how was practice?” Amir asked when he noticed Aura’s leg, “Well, we will talk about it in bit, I noticed Phenia and Lilith are already at the table waiting for us, so let us get out food.” Amir finished and turned to Tsuki saying, “I’m going to grab a turkey sandwich and I’ll might you at the table alright.”

The Headmaster's mood seemed to be eased by Nicholas's cheerful attitude having been revived. Something just was not right when Nicholas was not smiling. He followed Nicholas and Liriale to the door.
"Yes, Nicholas, I shall join you three, if no one minds my presence," he said, half-joking. He certainly did not want to impose on anyone had force them to tolerate being around him.

"I'd love to!" Tsuki said in response to his offer. His smile eased her own shy mouth into a grin of her own.
Finally, they reached the grass area after several minutes of awkward silence. Even as he performed such a common task as walking, he managed to look like a prince. She was so stunned she could not have started a conversation. She stayed in the background as Amir greeted his friends. Then, Amir turned to her.
"O-ok," stumbled the words out of her nervous mouth. She finished the consent with a nod before walking off in a separate direction. She looked around for something she would be content with and finally agreed on some tacos. She bought two and took them to the table in her hand.
