NUDE FEMALES SKYRIM MOD INSTALLED.
Okay, so, turns out I may not have actually bought an official copy. Just a legal install key for a download. This means I have no Steam support and therefore no convenient way to update the game. This does not please me.
However, since it was only $18, I guess I get what I paid for; this should hold me over until I can afford an official copy for steam support and they'll likely be cheaper on Amazon by then by more legitimate sellers.
The good news is that I can mod somewhat effectively (to test this, I downloaded the nude females mod, made a female Altmer mage, and it works...this too pleases me.)
Controls for the PC keep resetting, but the defaults aren't all that bad, they just take getting used to.
And last but not least, I have confirmed the game does indeed run well. Medium-High graphics run as smooth as a buttered pig on my laptop in many areas, even in the overworld.

CarcharOdin misternitsua  Finally, a planeswalker worth getting semi-excited over. Tibalt, Tamiyo, 3rd Liliana, 3rd Ajani, and the 4th version of Jace just didn't cut it. That's looks frustratingly overpowered. The new version of Niv-Mizzet is FAR better than the older one. Jace, however, looks like he got nerfed big time. Given people's annoyance with him last time around, this may or may not be a good thing. I do like how you can pump your mana to have the new Niv-Mizzet shoot stuff, but the old one goes infinite with Curiosity and/or Ophidian Eye, and sadly, there is nothing I know of that could cause a similar loop with the new one.. Please tell me you're talking about Jace, the Mind Sculptor and not Jace, Memory Adept.

But only one of them was banned in every format except Legacy

Reason #1 why Best Buy is better than Gamestop:
Occasional 100% Trade-In Bonus.
Walked in. Got $48 trade-in for console Skyrim and Pokemon Black (didn't need it anyway, I have White).
PC Skyrim was only $16 after that. Worth it.

I don't understand why you haven't taken advantage of this yet.
