Finishing up my LC team. I actually don't think I'll be able to finish my tomorrow, but that's cool, it'll just stay up late.
I'm gonna go ahead and keep asking questions, because eventually I'll stop, I swear. Which Cacnea is better, or are they both too crappy in areas?
1. Hasty 30/6/25/28/4/28
2. Lonely 15/30/9/14/9/14
I would normally assume that the first one is better. As long as I don't want any physical attacks. Or if I want to take a fire hit. At all.
That only leaves the second one, which is baller as long as I only use physical attacks. And still very little special defense...
Also, the next two pokemon I need are Swinub, Gligar, and Scizor, none of which I can easily get, and none of which seem to be on the GTS. I hate to ask so many favors, especially since I'm sure I'll be asking for TMs later too, but if anyone has any of these, it would be a big help if I could use em for breeding. I swear I will get AR in May for this. Only 2 more short months...

It's for breeding. Gligar can learn Metal Claw and Night Slash from Scizor. Thanks for mentioning that though, I gotta go check all of the 'mons I'm gonna use.
EDIT: Yup, they all work.

I think gligar can run SD, escpecially with his natural bulk he can pull off atleast one. And if he predicts an ice attack he can switch to swinub. Plus gligar can always run a CB

Is it? Well damn. Call me a noob, but I looked at the attack stat of 75, which for first evolutions in pretty good, and all of the physical moves it learns, not to mention swords dance. I immediately thought that it could be a sweeper. With 80 speed, which for a first evolution is also fairly good, I thought I could give it a Muscle Band or maybe even a Choice Band with some adjustments.
I mean, it gets STABed Earthquake. With sand veil, you aren't gonna even be able to hit it all the time.
Not that I think about it though, you're right, all the Gliscors I've faced have been mostly walls.

I'm just gonna keep breeding Cacnea then. It can't hurt. I'll check GTS again to see if they've got Swinub, Gligar, or Scizor yet.

I'm not too used to level 5's fighting each other. I've been using Gligar as a wall. All I know is I'm getting a Munchlax biggrin

The reason why they're walls is becuase they're a check to so many 'mons and having some awesome resistances/immunities

Royal Infinity I'm not too used to level 5's fighting each other. I've been using Gligar as a wall. All I know is I'm getting a Munchlax biggrin yah...arguably, the only decent walls are munchlax and bronzor in LC...
with an oran berry, bronzor takes 3-4 HP fire's.
since gligar is fairly bulky, he does make a good sweeper, as he can take prioirty hits, you just need to BP some boosts, or run agility/rock polish...
then again 80 speed, it can outrun a lot, and swords dance makes it good...
so catz, you guessed right xd *choice band gligar sounds ideal, as for your moveset, not so sure, steel attacks are horrible for adding type coverage*
