:::With Van der Mullen gone now, she felt it was appropriate to switch subjects:::
How are you Maggie? Have you been away long? I was so worried about you when I last saw you with Meliandra. Did she really attack you and Bard?

Well . . . I had thought she was, but . . . I think perhaps she was ne'er serious about it. *Maggie thinks back, looking a bit puzzled* Truly, I am not certain. She seems te be a very .... unusual woman.
I am alright though. And ye, Cora? Have ye been well, I hope?

:::She wanted to say that she'd been alright...she couldn't explain it. She'd been quite healthy physically...was the mind that powerful? She grimaced and answered honestly:::
I... I feel like something isn't right. So many things feel out of place. It is beginning to weigh on me I think.

*Concerned, Maggie reaches out to rest a hand on her friend's arm* I dinna wish te pry, Cora, but if speaking of it may help relieve some of that weight for ye . . . . *she trails off, then continues* I may'na be able te do much te help, but I can at least listen.

:::thinking on it:::
No, perhaps you can help. Can you describe, in relation to the instances that you have seen me, any meetings with either Tacitus or Tavin? Or...Kal, or Nyx...

*Maggie furrows her brow, thinking* 'Tis been a while since I've seen Nyx or Tacitus or Tavin . . . several months in my time, though I canna know what that may mean, here. Kal, I saw more recently . . . perhaps three or so visits ago . ..

:::Cora tries to picture what it could mean. Just one more variable:::
And in those last three visits or so, of them, how many did you see me?

I believe . . . aside from the other evening, the last time I saw ye was before the last I saw Kal . . . *she says, and on that note, fades away*

:::Maggie was gone, but she'd at least finished what Cora was hoping to hear. K was still around. There was a chance she'd run into him. She just hadn't yet. But as for the others...:::
:::She stopped that old thought process to look at the spot Maggie was sitting in before she disappeared:::
:::sigh:::
:::Cora picked up the book she came out to return to the libarary. After doing just that, she cleaned up the glasses left out, and returned back to her room:::
*Exit Cora*

**Enter Maggie**
*Maggie fades in, kneeling to tend to the inn's kitchen garden. Seeing she's in the Brink, she climbs to her feet and looks to see if anyone else is around*

*It seems nobody is there at the moment, so Maggie crosses over to the bar to wash her hands off at the sink. After a moment's deliberation, she decides to head to the library to practice her reading*

Tacitus slowly faded in, his eyes cast towards the inky blackness high above as he shook his head violently, sending dust sprinkling down around him as it fell from his hair, which was caked with it in a dissheveled mess. It seemed he had been days without a proper shower, aside from one of the mexican variety. His pants and boots were covered in a green paint, making him look like his old self again, from a distance. He sat there, staring, nothing more.

:::Cora walked from the guest halls towards the main room. She'd spent a good amount of time convincing herself that it was NOT a good idea to begin sleeping in the main room as though it were her quarters. It just didn't seem right, even if it did mean she wouldn't have to miss anyone. But her thoughts were interupted when she saw a man in the room...the grey hair was the first thing that caught her eye:::
Tacitus...! :::she meant to yell it, but it escaped more like a breathe:::

Tac looked down for a moment, staring at the bar, then turned his gaze to look upon her. There was sadness in his eyes, as if he'd done something he'd regret for the rest of his days. He said nothing, but gave a halfhearted wave.

:::But the innitial thought had passed, and Cora took a good look at his face. It wasn't Tacitus...her heart sank at that moment. She knew it was Jordan by his features, but what in the world was he covered in!?:::
Oh! Jordan...! I thought... What happened? You seem to be covered in all sorts of filth.
:::She began to walk up to him slowly, still a little shaken from thinking she'd seen Tac:::
