Third time's the charm though, so he took another swing at a Bludger, aiming at Fianna as she closed in on the Snitch, with Rhys directly behind her.

Somehow, Fianna managed to dart ahead of the elder Ravenclaw Seeker, giving the lioness the opening she'd hoped for. Meanwhile another pair of Bludgers whipped past her, as she had the undivided attention of both of the Eagles' Beaters, one of the cannonballs grazing the back of her robes as it passed. 'Come on,' she thought urgently, as she leaned out and stretched her hand toward the tiny ball. 'Let me catch it...'
