It's the nose. Too slender for a guy.. maybe a bit of the lips too. But yeah, it's a dude, by the way the shoulders are carried. Still, it's not too hard to see where either gender would mistake it.

It's possible that Siren gave herself to a guy back on Roon who later went to Onderon and did the horizontal wookiee nookie with some other girl, so there's maybe a 1/10 trillion chance if you shag a girl there, you'll be touched by an ever so slight seductive Dark Side residue from Siren.
Anyways, I'm sure Siren's gonna be in a bad position if Demaia does assault Lyra, still believing Marr was behind that attack. She might be strip-searched. She could be hiding anything in her panties for all anyone knows... rolleyes
