If I'm not mistakeing Quebec was shown as a charie in one of the strips This is quebec
He had a minor role in of the strips as faar as I know X_X There is no official art of him and I'm lazy too search the actual strip with him in it 8DD That would beee awesome <3 *huggles rayna for such an awesome idea*

-ah that's by Sayame! She's the one who did my cute Matthew pup! and yeah there was a small instance of Quebec appearing but that was when Matthew was worrying about the province disappearing and becoming its own country. Quebec is rebellious like that that's why Matthew has the curl sticking up constantly-
