Nerwin flit something push against her hip, and she realized she was only making it worse for Croix. she let him go and took a step back., her checks a bright red. "im really sorry about that. i didnt mean to... you know. i only meant to comfort you and to reassure you that your not a bad guy, and that i can understand why your body would react the way it did. also im really sorry i have that affect on you a big part of it to has to be my elf blood. for some reason i guess its the pheromones elfs give off or something, but alot of races, humans included tend to trust and fall in love with elf's very easy." Nerwin's whole face than went red, when she caught what Croix said. "while, umm... thats nice to know. i would love to do things to you as while. than again what woman wouldnt want to with a man thats as gifted as you. But Ummmm.... Thats NOT saying that your body is the only great thing about you though. your kind and considerate to, which is always a great quality to have." Nerwin wasnt sure what else to say. maybe by the way being part elf i have like super hearing to where if i could hear your whimper from over there you think i could hear a whisper from right in front of me. but she thought maybe it would be best if he found out on his own. she had already told him she had good hearing in the portal room so maybe he would figure it out.

Croix couldnt handle it much more. His body was begging for it. He looked at Nerwin shyly "Would you really want to do things with me too? I... ummm dont normally ask people this but... i just cant help it anymore... Nerwin would.... you be my partner tonight?" he said as he held his breath waiting for her to say no, or smack him, or just end up saying just kidding like luca did before.

Croix asked the question that she had been waiting to hear. she held her right hand out to him, and said. "do no accept unless you mean it. 'By the full moon that shines tonight, i will be yours for the night if you will be mine for the night as while'." If Croix accepted her offer, there would be no way out of his request for the night. once he accepted they would be bonded for the night by magick. with this she would be sure if Croix's word was true.

Croix nodded to her. "i would never take advantage of a woman by just being with her just to get off then leaving right after... If we do this then we do this right, i will be yours all night as long as you are mine" he told her with a blush as he took her hand. ((time skip))

Well, that was underwhelming. Medic turned back to his locker, Scout now untied and Archimedes again on his shoulder. "Scout, did you notice how fast you vere running on zhe vay here?" he asked, rummaging around and looking at all his new tools.

Scout rubbed his wrists. Seriously, a monk from Texas taught her that? How the hell was he supposed to believe that obvious piece of bull shi-- Medic caught him from his thoughts and he looked up to the doctor. He tilted his head slightly and looked to the doctor in confusion before looking up in thought. "Uh, well, I guess it was a lot fastah than usual. That sorta thing happened ta me a little before you showed up an' joined the group. I don' know how I got that fast, though. I don't think I drank any of my sodas..."

"You didn't," Medic answered, blunt as always. "You vere moving faster zhan you do even viss zhe help of your sodas." Good, he hadn't insulted them. He was worried he might. "Don't you find zhat... interesting? Zhat you're running faster zhan should be humanly possible?" Finally he turned away from his locker, looking Scout in the eye so he could better judge his reactions.

Scout thought for a moment. That tone Medic used meant there would be poking and prodding and that he may lose a rib or two... (He still wasn't sure they really grew back.) However, "I guess I'm a little curious as to what's makin' me run so fast. Maybe if ya figure out what causes it, then I can use it to run supah fast AL the time! Like The Flash! OH MAN!!! Wouldn't that be awesome?! That'd be supah sweet, 'specially since the new mask I got TOTALLY looks kind like his!" Well, now that the idea was planted into his head, he was grinning widely and eagerly. Alright. So many not every time the good Doctor experimented on him went well, but, hey! This time, they were in some super advanced city that if something terrible did happen, then they could reverse whatever damage had been done and call it a day. Who knows. Maybe they could regrow any of the missing ribs in his chest.

Medic's grin was practically scythe-like. Scout wasn't normally this eager to let himself be put under the German's knife... He was thankful for the boy's reckless desire to better himself, especially if it meant he might get an edge over his RED counterpart. "Ja, just like a super hero," he agreed, pandering to the Scout's childish idol worship. "Now," he began, turning back to the locker to put his things away neatly. "Ve should get back to mein infir- oh, Scheiße!" The Teutonic man threw a hat (some Medieval looking helmet) to further punctuate his words, and promptly slammed the locker shut, with a pout. He was getting ahead of himself; he had completely forgotten that he didn't have an infirmary, nor any of the tools he would need for exploratory surgery. Hell, he didn't even have a ceiling, wall, or floor mount for the Medigun. Sure, he could try to go to the hospital and ask for a space of his own, but he knew they would decline. They always did, even if there was room for him.
Archimedes was thrown off balance by his owner's jerky movements, flapping frantically as he fell. This time, he decided on a perch that didn't look like it was even capable of its own movement. Yes, this new one was made of metal, it wasn't likely to move about without one of the living thing's interference. What the little dove couldn't know, however, is that he was standing on the control panel for the portal.

Scout immediately regretted agreeing with Medic's idea the moment that wolfish grin came onto his face. Oh great. Medic had planned this, hadn't he? What was he going to do to Scout. He could feel himself start to sweat with nervousness as the thoughts (and a few memories he had suppressed for his own sake) of what Medic could do started to flood his mind. However, Medic cursed in German and threw a pretty sweet helmet. Maybe there was hope. Some of this hopefulness resounded slightly in the Scout's voice. "Somethin' wrong, Doc?"

He didn't like that tone of voice. That meant Scout realized his mistake. "Ve can't... I have no place to vork," he answered. This was a huge mood killer.

Scout put forth his best effort to pout for the Doctor's sake. After all, jumping up and down while clicking his heels would probably hurt or insult the Medic. "Really man? Aww, man. Tha's a shame. Well! Guess there's notta damn thing we can do a'bout it, right, pally? Maybe next time or somethin'." Yeah. That was convincing of Scout's "disappointment" of not getting to be ripped into and have his organs poked once more...
