Hm...though balance of power has its perks, it's also a dreadfully slow process. To think! You have to ask another's opinion on something! -le gasp- I say just set up a dictatorship. If you get a sucky dictator...well, at least he'll only last 40 years tops. Then someone else takes over! surprised

If we're ninja, then he's the ninja who kicked everyone's a** to get picked as dictator in the first place. It would be similar to having a shitty Kage. You have to live with whoever it is. Because there are very few people in the world that can stand up to them.
