22 should be available in trade. That entire story arc is one of the definitive arcs of the Byrne Superman.

Virgil Hawkins It turns Kryptonians orange and shrinks them to a dimunitive size, filling them with a compulsion to sing rhyming moral tales and/or slave in candy factories. If i were to hazard a serious gyess? I bet it does somethin' funky to speedsters.

Mr. Silver Age "What does orange kryptonite do?" Orange kryptonite is a rare combination of red and gold kryptonite, and I believe it was only used in one story, and in fact just in one panel of one story, and in fact it was talked about rather than actually shown. In any event, orange kryptonite temporarily shifts a Kryptonian's superpowers from one organ to another, so that if you were using your heat vision, for example, all of a sudden the rays would be shooting out your nose.
Fact or Crap, I could not say.

Yup, at the end of the Superman Batman TPB: Public Enemies. You can clearly see... Green, Orange, Black, Purple, and Silver Kryptonites raining down all over the world.

You KNOW it'd be fun, Kal! I'm thinking of grinding it into powder and putting the powder into water balloons. Although other means of delivery might be considered.
I might have to ask the Joker's opinion for good delivery systems.

Don't be ridiculous. We're talking about an April Fool's day gag. It's not even Christmas yet.

Dork. No one has the power to make a day disappear off the calender. At least not without several sessions of congress.
