Well if you recall. This isn't X-men 2.
And Noir didn't say in OOC that we were all completely frozen and oblivious to everything. If we were. WHY WOULD HE TALK TO SOMEONE.
Jeeze.
The flash bang thing was just an example. All you see is what you see when it goes off, until it wears off. naturally, a Genjutsu wont just wear off, so it's like being stuck in the same frame. You CAN still move. It just APPEARS as if you're not. A genjutsu CANNOT actually effect the real world it's all in your HEAD.

RyoRin I truly did miss it! Where did it go? crying It went to Junior Year. It also studied Art, digital manipulation and it's inspiration to become a digital artist. Where did Ryo's Pretty hair and Gasmask go?! O.O BY THE WAYWhy is it that only Ryo notices that I've returned? Why does Noir and Yuan ignore me? HUH? Fine, I see how it is.

Yeah, but your head is affected, as is everyone else's except for Mythic cause he has a technique that automatically pulls him out. I agree that Metal's tech wouldn't work, and neither would yours.
And yes, actually this genjutsu specifically states that it does wear off, and Noir said it will happen at 12 tonight if Drago doesn't get back on.
As for him asking Drago. Obviously, since he is the caster, he assumes he has a measure of control over the technique. I'd back anyone who wanted to challenge him on that, but it really doesn't affect me that much yet, and the sooner he talks to drago the sooner he cuts it off.

Just so we're clear.
Yuan only cares because Metal did something that is impossible.
And I did SOMETHING. It doesn't matter WHAT I did. Just that I did it.
Meanwhile, what I'm saying does make some sense, it just cant fit into his head..

Edit: Oh, yeah, and what he is saying does make sense, but not for this technique.

-pops in and walks into the room calmly before slipping on Dcme's lung- Damn it. -ish tired- I'm going to bed. Might pop in if I can't sleep as usual. -fans hand- Have fun debating over the dynamics of a jutsu simply to see how you'll all react to it one way or another. Tee. Still stuck whatever way you put it. Noir's time genjutsu is a way to explain him disappearing for a while and to give you guys something to do while he's gone while simply ensuring nothing juicy happens until he returns. It's very clever really. Nothing he would necessarily need to read with the current array of ninja there. Few strong enough to combat his jutsu before he returns. -yawns- I'm surprised you all didn't start debating over the true purpose of the time stop. Or maybe I'm thinking too much into it. It is night time after all. My mind shifts into hyper mode. -loses train of thought and disappears- Night for now.
