If yes then no. And even if it did, still no.... I'd rather play with a DS.

Pokemon Online is a battle simulator for the computer. You can put in the pokemon movesets, abilities, IVs, EVs, etc. During the battle, the HP bar drains instantly. Meanwhile, in the DS games, it animates the bar, making it gradually decrease in HP.

same here, I use it to test out teams, but ultimately I prefer playing on the DS a lot more.
