No one has explained it all to you yet, have they? This place seems to be an anomoly. Time and matter aren't completely within bounds here. Particularly time... that's why we call it the 'Brink of Time'. You'll hear it reffered to as that. People from every age seem to just come in and out at random.

She finished pouring her own glass, and she sat, waiting for anyone else to come and save her from her own troubles...but after a long solid while, she got bored, and retreated back to her room to keep practicing her english:::

*Van der Mullen growls slightly, but the edge in his voice is no where near as sharp as it would have been with someone else. he rubs his knee* Miss Serenis, has it ever occurred to you that if a man is lying, passed out from exhaustion, it might be more appropriate to let him rest?
