Ginji of Thunder Normal type :] Maybe. OR ???-type Remember. Color Change makes Kecleon (and by extension, Smeargle) a pure [attack]-type Pokemon. So what happens when a pure Flying-type sheds its Flying-type condition? Will the cartridge implode upon itself? ... Perhaps this is best attempted in a new PBR file, where it won't muck with your saved data.

Trial and error?
Step 1)
Normal attack-- S.E.= game broken; NVE = Rock, Steel; Nada = Ghost; Neutral = proceed to Step 2
Step 2)
From NVE, Fire attack-- S.E. = Steel; NVE = Rock
From neutral, Electric attack-- S.E. = Water, Flying; NVE = Grass, Electric, Dragon; Nada = Ground; Neutral = Step 3
Step 3)
From S.E., Grass attack-- S.E. = Water; NVE = Flying
From NVE, Fire attack-- S.E. = Grass; NVE = Dragon; Neutral = Electric
From neutral, Fighting attack-- S.E. = Normal, Ice, Dark; NVE = Poison, Psychic, Bug; Neutral = Fire, Fighting; Step 4
Step 4)
From S.E., Ghost attack-- NVE = Dark; Nada = Normal; Neutral = Ice
From NVE, Ground attack-- S.E. = Poison; NVE = Bug; Neutral = Psychic
From Neutral, Rock attack-- S.E. = Fire; NVE = Fighting; Neutral = ???
(Took me about half an hour with a type chart to plan that out)
IMPORTANT!!!!! To ensure proper testing, make sure to re-Role Play a different pokemon to get rid of Color Change and keep the pure Flying-Type. Also, to allow repeated Roostings, use Will-o-Wisp or Leech Seed to set up a constant HP drain. Or let Smeargle land on a single layer of Toxic Spikes (Not double layer!)
