Hayate sighed shaking his head rapidly at Alpha "Nah it's really nothing you would be interested in, trust me. But yes there are one or two ladies I know who live in Kunec. Met them on my last trip here which was more formal than this and involved delivering a signed agreement between us and them to form an allience but enough about that anyway" he dismissed it moving ahead to speak to the gria at the reception desk in her own language.

Felina quietly laughed pulling Oassu into a hug as they walked "Nah there may be the odd one or two high class types but the rest will all be either businessmen or celebrities. Businessmen are just like any other person you would encounter on the street only richer. Celebrities... sometimes they are nice other times they are totally up their own butts. You never know until you meet them" she whispered trying to forget the last time she had the red wine.

Hebal frowned almost regretting what she says "No no not a tonberry for a first pet, those are not domestic ones so would be a super challenge to look after. Amane's favourite creature is the red squirrel, it always has been since she likes both the fur colour and the bush tail" she told him wondering why Zadina was blushing.

Alpha hung back handing his papers over to the gria at the desk then allowed Hayate to do the rest of the talking "I have a basic idea but I haven't really explored enough of the top levels of the city to be 100% sure Ba-Bobo" he whispered shuffling around on the spot "You need to hand your papers in too" he quickly reminded his friend.

Seph turned herself around peeking behind Itaka and through the door to see that Chobi had settled down and was drifting to sleep on the blankets in the other room "I think Chobi is doing ok here don't ya think. Plus the people told us it would be safer if we kept her indoors with us and I don't want anything bad to happen to her" she told him with a small hug "I bet you'll be drawing a crowd in yourself regardless of what armor you wear" she grinned splashing back under the water

Oassu nodded "I guess so, but still it'll be alright with you, you can help me out I'm sure but maybe we should stick with globetrotter for my career since thief wouldn't go down too well I'm sure" he said.

Barbaros handed his papers over and raised an eyebrow at the box accepting his keys. "Oh uh...a hidden bonus maybe?" he said once they were away from the desk Wonder whats in it?" he pondered

Zadina giggled "Mari does alright with Sophia though but sure I could get her a red squirrel for a pet!" he cheered before thinking for a moment "Not exactly a domestic animal...it might not be happy as a pet...." he sighed.

Itaka tensed up as Seph turned and hugged him but he returned it all the same breathing a sigh of relief as Seph dived under the water. "Fine but you'll need to check on Chobi during the day, she'll be awfully bored in here and she'll need feeding" he said glancing back at a snoozing Chobi.

Felina laughed continuing past the hostel they decided against getting rooms for "Yeah thief wouldn't go down a treat there, would certainly put them on edge and their hands by their wallets if you did mention it" she agreed skipping alongside Oassu "How about we stick to that story we used in yithra of you being a merchant so we don't get mixed up in future"

Hayate scratched his head watching what Alpha was doing with the box "If you really want to know whats inside then we can pick the lock once inside the room, may look suspicious if we do it here" he answered taking the box back to give it a good shake "Well it's nothing too heavy so unlikely to be gil or gold... not that big either from the sound of it" he muttered reaching the top of the stairs and shoved his key into the door.

Seph smiled stretching her wings out so that they skimmed across the water surface. "Yeah and hopefully they will allow Chobi into the resturant with us or else I'll have to throw a bit of a strop until they do agree to let her in" she chuckled dipping her tail back into the water "I hope I dont spend all day beating up rookies but at least it won't stay easy forever"

Alpha snickered taking a look around their new room "Hmm... this place isn't so bad I guess if a little small. But it would be pretty awesome if it was a gamblers spirit but somehow I don't think any of us are that lucky but it could still be something similar. Hope it's valuble all the same" he answered hopefully before rushing into the bathroom.

Hebal nodded in response smiling at the thought of Amane growing up with a bright rainbow coloured parrot perched on her shoulder all the time "Yeah, that would be a totally awesome present to give her next time you see her but it may be a while until then but if all goes well the elders may let her join me for the dragon festival but realistically I don't think they will" she sighed.

Oassu raised an eyebrow "How did he find out, he'll have a hard time telling your mum thats for sure, she'd be bad about it." he said glancing at the inn as they passed "Thats your place Hebal, Zadina" he said pointing to it "Room for Miss Amelia and her adopted son, Ziggy" he said glancing at the papers before handing it to Hebal.

Barbaros reached into his pocket before pulling out a lock pick and tossing it to Hayate "Knock yourself out" he said lieing down on the bed "Good thing there's a few chairs here, we can sleep in those and do a rotation thing so someone gets the bed" he said.

Itaka nodded "You might get last years' champion or Gil tommorow for all I know, but you'll really struggle to get Chobi in....she might run off and eat someone else's food" he said stroking Seph's tail under the water.

Zadina frowned "You should go and see Miss Amane for the dragon festival, you could take me too! We could have great fun to celebrate and the parrot could be her present from me!" he said excitedly.

Hayate placed the box and the lock pick up to his eye, concentrating on getting the box open "Yeah sounds like an ok thing to do and I guess since your already on it, you can get the bed this night" he muttered listening to the lock of the box making a clicking sound. "Right lets see whats in here, the contents of this box is... a pair of false teeth" he groaned deciding against picking the object up "Wait... and theres some kind of key underneith" he added noticing something under the teeth.

Felina smiled and waved her friend and cousin off before turning back to Oassu "And so we have all pretty much scattered and gone our separate ways for next couple of days. Dad's always known you were a thief, ever since he got the reports on the incident with Narasaela. Still theres bound to be a decent time to sit mum down and tell her before we get back."

Itaka nodded "Sure, would be a shame to ruin Chobi's freedom in this city by cooping her up all day, she'll probably miss Boco too eventually but it won't be that long we'll keep her fresh and happy" he reassured Seph refilling his glass.
