When the decorating is done, Billy lies down on the couch. He's still a little weirded out about the offer Raven had made and wasn't sure how to bring the subject up with Corri.

The younger twin doesn't have anything else to do, so he goes into the living room. Billy's kinda sprawled out though, so he sits on a chair near the couch.

I guess that's a thinly veiled hint to bring in dom. The jrocker just comes right in without knocking, since he lived here more than with his mom now. He's all dressed up and has his hair and makeup done, though I'm too lazy to describe what he's wearing. He wanders around a bit before finding the twins in the living room.
