My Pikachu has been trained to hold off Lucario, but in case he fails, he always has bounty hunter Samus Aran for backup.

I'm trying to train an Absol. Hatched him, and got the desired Jolly nature (+Speed, -Sp. Attk). Idk how the EV training thing works, but I've been battling a lot of Hoot hoots. Idk, all of my Pokemon seem weak.

HootHoot gives HP EVS, meaning your absol is going to be pretty bulky

Yeah, but i don't want it to be bulky, and not have its naturally super strong attack. And I want it to be a speedy attacker.
