MISSION- Having a Ball!
A band of thieves has stolen a rare pokeball. Your mission is to break in and steal back the pokeball.

I got the paper out, opening up the first page to start reading. I saw headline news. A band of thieves had stolen a rare Pokeball from a museum. I read on, as the story interested me. I heard about where the thieves were suspected to be, so I ran outside and sent out Vibrava. “Vibrava, take me to their hideout!” I said. I hopped on Vibrava, and away we flew.

When we got to the hideout, I hopped off of Vibrava and returned it. I slowly walked inside the hideout, closing the door behind me as I went. I looked around. The hideout was a mess. Food everywhere, fridge knocked over, and pop cans all over. I was careful not to step on anything loud as I went through, and I avoided most loud noises.

I stepped through a doorway, and I saw someone sitting there, clearly guarding something. He got up when I walked in and sent out an Arcanine. “Oh, piece of cake. I can deal with a little Arcanine.” I said. “Mudkip, come on out!” I threw a Pokeball, and my Mudkip appeared.

“Mudkip!” it said. It sprayed a jet of water into the floor, which immediately sucked it in. “Mudkip, use Hydro Pump!” I said. Mudkip fired a stream of water at Arcanine, who took the attack directly in the face. “Arcanine!” the thief said. “Use Fire Blast!” Arcanine fired a jet of flame right at Mudkip.

“Mudkip, dodge!” I said, “Now use Water Gun!” Mudkip fired a smaller jet of water at Arcanine, who barely dodged the attack in the enclosed space. “Arcanine, use Ember!” the thief said. Arcanine spit fire at Mudkip, who easily dodged. “Mudkip, finish it off with another Hydro Pump!” I said. Mudkip sent a last shot of water at Arcanine, who took the attack directly and fainted.

“My-my Arcanine!” the thief said. He returned his Arcanine to his Pokeball, then sent out a Quilava. “Quilava, use Flame Wheel!” Quilava wheeled towards Mudkip, surrounded in fire. It rammed into Mudkip and sent it flying into the wall, taking it out. The crash woke the other thieves up, and I knew I had to hurry.

I sent out my Beldum and told it to use Take Down. It rammed Quilava, taking recoil from the hit. “Quilava, use Swift!” he said. Quilava sent star-shaped bullets towards Beldum, who took them without taking much damage. “Beldum, use Take Down again!” Beldum flew into Quilava, who was sent flying into the wall. “Quilava!” The thief ran over to check on its Quilava, who slowly got up.

“Quilava, use Flamethrower!” Quilava jets flame from its mouth, which headed straight for Beldum. “Beldum, dodge and use Take Down again!” I said. Beldum dodged, then ran into Quilava one final time, still taking recoil. Quilava was sent flying again, but this time did not get up. The thief returned it to its Pokeball and sent out a Corsola. “Corsola, use Bubblebeam!” he said. Corsola let out bubbles from its mouth, most of which hit Beldum. “Beldum, use Take Down!” I said. Beldum speeded towards Corsola, but missed and hit the wall instead.

“Corsola, use Water Pulse!” the thief said. Corsola fired more water at Beldum, who took the hit directly and was KOed. “Beldum, return.” I said. I returned Beldum to its Pokeball. “Bulbasaur, come on out!” I threw another Pokeball, and Bulbasaur appeared. “Bulbasaur, use Razor Leaf!” Bulbasaur sent leaves out from its back, and they zoomed towards Corsola. Most of them hit, and Corsola was angry.

“Corsola, use Ice Beam!” the thief said. Corsola let out a beam of ice, which hit the wall after Bulbasaur dodged. “Bulbasaur, use Solar Beam!” I said. Bulbasaur started glowing, clearly preparing to attack. “Corsola, use Shadow Ball!” the thief said. Corsola let out a black ball, which headed straight for Bulbasaur. Bulbasaur couldn’t dodge, and took the attack head on.

“Bulbasaur, attack!” I said. Bulbasaur fired, and the attack hit Corsola hard. Corsola went flying, then fell to the ground, KOed. “Alright!” I said. I listened as the other thief ran into the room, sending out a Ninetales. “Ninetales, use Flamethrower!” she said. Ninetales let out a deadly flame, which hit Bulbasaur and burned it.

“Bulbasaur, use Bullet Seed!” I said. Bulbasaur spit seeds at Ninetales, and Ninetales took them without damage. Bulbasaur took damage from its burn. “Ninetales, use Fire Blast.” Ninetales let out another jet of fire, this time taking Bulbasaur out. “Bulbasaur return, and Combusken, come on out!” I returned Bulbasaur and sent out Combusken.

“Combusken, use Slash!” I said. Combusken waves its arm at Ninetales, slashing it with its claws. Ninetales retaliates with Hidden Power, which hits Combusken and makes it hunch over in pain. “Combusken, use Double Kick!” I said. Combusken kicks at Ninetales. Ninetales is sent flying, and flies through a bookcase.

The thief froze. “Uh-oh. Now this guy knows where we hide the stuff!” I jumped through the hole, Combusken following right behind me. I see things that have been stolen in previous years, things I had paid attention to. I also saw the golden Pokeball. I ran towards it, but the other thief that had woken up had jumped through before me and cut me off. “You won’t leave here alive!” she said. She sent out an Electrike and told it to use Thunder. It shocked Combusken, but Combusken took it and attacked again, this time with Dig. Combusken dug a hole in the ground, then came up right under Electrike. Electrike was sent flying, and Combusken got out of the hole.

“Electrike, use Charge!” she said. Electrike shone with electricity, preparing to use an electric attack. “Combusken, hit it with a Fire Blast!” I said. Combusken burned Electrike badly with the attack. Electrike retaliated with Thunder, Combusken taking a huge hit, and almost fainting. “Combusken, hang in there!” I said. “Use Flamethrower!” Combusken sent another jet of flame towards Electrike, who could not dodge it. It took the hit head on, and was KOed.

“Grrrr… I can’t last much longer…” the thief said. She returned Electrike and sent out an Espeon. “Espeon, use Psychic!” she said. Espeon sent out a psychic force, and Combusken fainted. “Combusken, return.” I said. Combusken disappeared in a flash of red light. I pulled a Pokeball from my belt and looked down at it. “Vibrava, come on out!” I threw the Pokeball and Vibrava appeared.

“Vibrava, use Crunch!” Vibrava flew over to Espeon and bit down on its back. “Espeeeeeeeeon!” it said. “Espeon! Use Psybeam!” the thief said. Espeon let out a beam of psychic that almost hit Vibrava, who barely dodged. “Vibrava, use Dragonbreath!” I said. Vibrava breathed a breath of energy that hit Espeon and sent it flying into the wall.

“Vibrava, finish it off with Hyper Beam!” I said. Vibrava let out a dark beam, which hit Espeon and made a cloud of smoke. I coughed, and so did the thief. I refused to look up, for if I did, my eyes would be stung from the dust flying around. The thief, however, had her own plan. She ran into the dust and grabbed Espeon, then jumped out through the hole in the wall.

I ran over to the hole, and saw the thieves speeding away. I looked around, and saw the Pokeball sitting on a stand. I walked over to the stand and picked it up, then walked through the first hole. I walked out of the hideout and left the ball on the ground, right on top of a note.

I am a member of Team Aqua. There is a ton of stuff in the hideout. Go to the farthest room, then turn to the bookcase. There is a hole in it, go through. Lots of stolen stuff in there.

I sent out Swellow and we started flying away, back to HQ. When we got back, I grabbed something to eat, then turned on the TV and sat down on the couch.
