"After?" Cody suggested. At night. "At least we'all be less likely to fall this time," he teased, remembering how they'd stumbled when they'd gone down the mountain.

"Alright," Dari agreed. So a nighttime trip to the mountain it was. Cody would be able to see as well as him!

Cody smiled. "We'll be criminals again," he said. "I'm looking forward to shopping with you again," he added. It was strange. He'd been unconscious for days, but it felt like he'd been away from Dari that long. He wanted to spend time with him.

"Isn't being on the allies list with an ultra-secretive international organization enough for you? You rebel." He turned toward the Asian market rather than home. "Is there anything you're really looking forward to?"

"Nope," Cody grinned. I have to corrupt one of their star agents!" He paused in thought and then shrugged. "I don't know. Let's explore together. We can try a little of everything."

Dari nodded.
When they pulled into the parking lot, Dari got out and went around to open Cody's door. He knew that it wasn't necessary, but it made him happy to see that head of curls anyway. He also opened the market door.

Dari was going to spoil him if he kept on like this! Cody smiled and took his hand once they were inside. "What do you want to try most?" He asked.

Dari happily took Cody's hand.
"Pff. Mochi." It was chewy and marshmallowy, but not super sweet, plus it had cool stuff inside. "We should get those fish-shaped ice cream wafer sandwiches. I always look at them and have never gotten them."
Of course, now they had forever to try them. He smiled at the thought and wiggled Cody's hand.

"I've never had mochi," Cody admitted, and smiled. "Oh, yeah we should!" Icecream anything sounded good. He lead Dari to the sweets section and started selecting boxes of Pocky. "Look, heart shaped!"

"Do you like red bean? I think it has red bean in it," Dari said. He knew it did, but he'd gotten better at acting like he didn't remember some things.
"That's cute! Let's get it. I wonder how sweet it is."

"Yeah, I've had red bean dumplings," Cody smiled. "What else would you like?" He put the heart shaped pocky in their cart. He picked up a rice candy and tossed it in. "Pick some things," he said.

Dari went around to sweet things and picked them off of the shelves. Fizzing candy, super sour, custard buns, mostly things he hadn't tried before. Usually he tried to moderate but they were celebrating today. Cody was back!
"You pick things too!"

Cody grinned. He selected several bean paste rolls and stuck them in the cart. "These all look good," he said. "I don't know what'd be best, though."

"I've had Japanese food in Japan, but I couldn't taste," Dari admitted. "It was just for show. I usually didn't go to dinner, though. Anywhere. We should go on vacation."
