((...said he was busy with finals 'n stuff.
Ugh, getting back to my college from thanksgiving was such a pain. I got stuck in over 3 hours of traffic on a trip that usually takes 3 hours to go from the house back to college.
I felt like dying halfway through. =_=; ))

Alexander sighed lightly as he looked to his mate "Lets take her to our place for tonight. At least there we can keep an eye on her incase Kratos decides to return" he told her as he held out his hand to help Toph up.

Lord Inu approached the portal. he was sleepy from the gas but it hadnt knocked him out like the others. He had carried a few of the warriors back and placed them on a bench so they could wake up in a safe enviorment. "Well that certainly was a interesting battle" he said to no one in general. "I suppose everyone made it back safe correct?" he said looking around.

Emmet smirked as he saw the sleeping dragon being dragged into the portal room. "Looks like the containment group is done. well what should we do with the dragon?"

Maverick entered the portal room deep in thought. He wasnt good at full out battle being a alchemist and all but at least he came in handy. Still he wished he could of done alot more in the battle.

Croix walked into the portal room bringing in the remaining of the group that was knocked out with the gas in the last battle. "That should be all of them... Wonder if everyone made it back alright.... I dont see that newbie around.... i hope shes ok" he sighed as he walked over to the door and stood guard like he usually does.

Raguna walked into the portal and looked around "Hear there was a battle. is everyone ok? I got a few healing items if anyone needs them."

Souji was sound asleep on a bench now after being brought back from the battle field

Medic made his way back to the portal room, forcing himself to walk straight. He only inhaled some of the gas, but it was making him feel lightheaded all the same. However, he did hear the question of what to do with the dragon. "I vant it." As he was looking around at the others, hearing their questions of whether or not everyone returned safely, he realized someone had been missing since the beginning of the battle. "Vhere is Heavy?"

Oomizu tossed the pilled into the dragon's mouth and ran before it swallowed it. Once it had, a puff of smoke surrounded it, and when the smoke cleared the dragon was about the size of a puppy. She picked it up and cuddled it with a slight squeal. "These things really are cute when they're small~!" She giggled lightly as she latched her arm to Bunko's and escorted her friend back to the portal room. When she heard the topic, Oomizu cleared her throat loudly to get everyone's attention. "Medic, this guy won't stay small for long. Plus, he's feral. You probably didn't even believe in dragons until you saw one in person, so what makes you think you could handle a full grown dragon whom you tried to blind with needles? These things are smart. They hold a grudge." She sadly looked down to the dragon and gave a small smile. "Besides, with how people have been hunting these guys, they're going to go extinct. I say we should take him to Cox, have him play vet for an hour, and then we find a good desert through the portal, and then toss him out into the wild where he belongs."

Gakupo messed with his headphones as he came through the portal, regaining his ability to hear. He carefully propped Gumi up against some lockers and did the same for her so that when she woke up she wouldn't wonder why she couldn't hear anything. He then walked over to where Yzuki was and took Meiko from her and smiled. "Thank you, Yuzuki-chan. I appreciate the help." He sat Meiko down on a bench not too far from Souji before he went back to his sister, lifted her up some, and then sat so she'd be in his lap once again. Such a good big brother.

Scout looked to Faya and smiled to her. "Yeah, sure. You grab his wrists and I'll grab his legs and we can carry him back." By the time they got there, he heard Medic's question on where Heavy might be and huffed. "Dude's probably with his little wifey. Dude don't give a s**t 'bout us any more. Hell, I wouldn't be surprised if once this was all done he quite working for BLU and just retired to that snow fort of his in Russia." He gave a slightly bitter huff. He had seen Heavy as the brother that didn't beat on him, so the fact he had just suddenly abandoned all of them (or so he felt) made Scout a little angry. Then again, he was also pretty ticked that Heavy had moved the girl he was engaged to into their room and had locked Scout out so he could hook up with her, leaving him without shelter for a night.

Hiruko kept his mouth shut as they all came into the portal room. So many people, passed out. He wondered if any of them were having any nightmares.... Then again, he had already eaten once tonight, and it would be pretty hard to top how messed up Oomizu's nightmare had been.

Luki listened to Azmaria before he nodded and finished his ice cream. He made quick work of the cone (finishing it within three bites without making a mess or looking rude). "Sorry for all of my questions. I'm curious as to how different people think and stuff like that. It's nice learning about different peoples thoughts and feelings. This whole religion thing is sort of like discovering a new culture to me. It's pretty fascinating to learn about." He then smiled lightly and dabbed at the corners of his lips with his napkin. "I've been asking a lot of questions of you. Are there any you have for me?"

Medic resisted the urge to roll his eyes as Oomizu started trying to list the reasons why he couldn't have the beast. Why in the world would it matter if it held a grudge against him or not? It wasn't like he wanted it as a pet. Then, however, she mentioned dumping it into some desert. "You vould srow it avay!?" What a waste. "You have no idea vhat I might be able to do viss zhe beast! I have no idea, not vissout at least trying!"

"Don't bother listening to 'im," Spy called, taking the risk of drawing attention to himself. Part of him was curious if anyone would even say anything about his roughed-up appearance (aside from cheap insults). "He just wants to cut it into pieces and try to find some use for zhe parts. I assume you think that thing would provide a nice new heart for your Heavy?"

"Hush," the BLU practically hissed. Then he heard Scout complain about Heavy. "Ach, nein, he vouldn't do zhat. He lives to fight."

Heavy walked into the room and over to a seat a bit angered. He looked around with daggers in his eyes as he looked over to his team members then back to the rest of the group. What was bothering him? who knows

Meanwhile back in Dr Cox's office. Dr Cox was dancing and singing a song to himself. "Im the one to call Dr. Feel Good Im the one that makes you feel alright".....
PostPosted: Tue Dec 06, 2011 9:55 pm

Scout returned the daggers look to Heavy before huffing and leaning against a locker. "Buncha nerves," he grumbled to himself. When he heard the plan for the dragon, he got into a bit of an uproar. "What?! Hey, wait! I'm with Medic on this one! It feel like you're just throwing that thing away after we went through the trouble of catching it! The least we could do is get something outta this!"
"You did get something from this! Experience! And it wouldn't be throwing him away! It would be putting him in an environment in which he would feel more comfortable living in and have a better chance at surviving in! Besides, we were wanting a dragont o protect the city with. Unfortunately, a dragon of this breed wouldn't do us a lot of good unless we made the desert surround the entire city, which would make it dangerous for the children whom we're trying to save since if they wander into its territory it's going to want to kill them. You do remember that you're here to save children, right?" Oomizu hugged the dragon to her chest before she looked down at it the same way a normal person would look down to an injured bunny or puppy and talked to it in a sort of baby tone. "Don't you worry. Zuzu will make sure you get all better and that no one will try ripping your heart out." She cuddled it and rubbed her cheek against the sleeping dragon's head with a cheerful smile. She wasn't kidding, though. She was going to be guarding this dragon until it could be relocated to a safer place. "Maybe if we come across another species of dragon and there's multiples of them, then you can have you're own dragon. But until then, Medic, you're not laying a finger on this little guy~!" She then looked up to Emmett with a smile. "What do you think? My plan sound like a good one for this dragon? After all, he is a little too old for us to tame him..."
Scout rolled his eyes and went back to leaning against the locker with his arms crossed and a pout. "Man, can't even get a hat for all the hard work it took to bring that thing down..."
Gakupo listened to the arguments before he felt he should put in his two cents in the fight. "I don't know. I feel like Oomizu might know best. We don't have very many dragons back in our world, but I do understand they're pretty rare. If we did kill it, I would feel pretty bad... Besides, he actually looks kind of cute the way he is now."
"You guys can argue this as much as you want, but I pretty much have my mind made up on this. And since the dragon's in my arms and you're going to have to fight me to pry it out of my hands, I suggest you just go with it." This was an actual invitation for someone to challenge her for possession of the dragon, but she knew most of the newer members would have enough common sense not to challenge her. Now if an older member of the group were here, then she would have clung to the reptile in her arms tighter since a lot of the people she knew well would have put up a fight if they thought their idea was better.

When Oomizu popped the pill into the dragon's mouth, Bunko had immediately let go and let its mouth snap shut. She brushed her hands against her battle gear, getting as much as that beast's saliva off of her hands as possible. Watching as the dragon changed form to the size of a small dog, Bunko smirked before linking arms with Oomizu and walking out through the portal side by side. Looking behind her as they arrived back at the portal room, she noted that they were the last ones to leave, allowing the portal to go back to normal. Whatever was normal for the portal, she never knew but it was at a stasis that she just let be. When Oomizu began to address the Medic about the dragon's condition, before it then was interrupted by Spy's interjection. She looked over to him, briefly, before she looked around the group, finding Faya and then making her way over to her.

Faya smiled over to Scout genuinely before she did what she was told. Lifting Soldier up, grabbing onto his shoulders instead of his wrists for fear of hurting him any more, she then helped Scout move him into the portal room before being followed out by Oomizu and Bunko. Her brows knitted together slightly at Scout for his slandering of Heavy when he was not present, gossip was always something she hated. But still, she didn't know what the boy was going through so interjecting would be wrong on her part. Looking around, seeing some people sleeping while others tried to make sure they were okay, her eyes couldn't help but fall upon Gakupo, who was talking to Yuzuki at the moment. Then her eyes flicked over to her master, Spy, a small smile causing her lips to curve upwards lightly before she noted that her elder sister was approaching her, looking over to her now with a brighter smile before she jumped up and hugged her tightly. "Bunko! I missed you so much!" She cried out loud as she buried her head into the crook of her sister's neck, this being the first time they really had time to spend together since both of their horrid demises.

Bunko laughed lightly as she wrapped her arms around her younger sister, whos legs were wrapped around her waist like she was some sort of primate. Rubbing her back she hugged her back just as tightly, almost spinning around with her as she did so. But after a moment, her soreness couldn't handle her weight any more as she set her down. Looking into her eyes, she noticed a few things were off about her appearance, like her hair and her eyes before she shook it off and patted her head lightly, since she was still only a bit over 5 feet tall, while Bunko was almost 5'7". She was a lot taller than most people, but it came naturally with all of her training as well as her heritage, which she still vaguely knew anything about. Although Faya still didn't know that they were not sisters by blood, although at this point, it honestly didn't matter to either of them. "I missed you too Faya. Just please try not to scare me by doing something so reckless every again. I just, I just can't afford to lose you again." She whispered before she recieved another hug by Faya, stroking her hair gently as she enjoyed this reunion.

Yuzuki smiled happily as she watched him take care of his sister so tenderly. Tilting her head to the side, with her hands fidgeting amongst themselves behind her back, the pink-haired girl watched him as she tried to figure out why he was so compassionate with the girl. Yes, she knew that he was her elder brother, it was in the files on her database. She made sure to keep tabs on everyone she associated with, a good trait given to her by her former master. Seeing Bunko and Faya's love for each other also puzzled her, seeing as though she had never had a need for love or compassion or even friendship and therefore never yearned for any of it as she did now. But at Gakupo's statement, she quickly shook her head and snapped back, her cheeks heating up as a light pink blush appeared. "O-Oh! Um, yes!" She began before she cleared her throat. "It wasn't any trouble, I'm always glad to help out my friends and commrades!" She exclaimed with a bright smile, as the pink on her cheeks that seemingly matched her hair began to fade slowly.

Faya then looked back over to Oomizu, Scout, and Medic as they all began to quarrel over the small dragon. Releasing herself from her sister's grasp, she then walked over to Oomizu once she began to nuzzle the small creature in her hands. Staring down at it before she looked up to the elder woman, she gave a large grin before looking at Scout and Medic with a slightly annoyed expression. "You guys are all so immature! Even worse than the children we try to save! If you wanna go dragon hunting and get something out of it, whatever it is, then ask Emmett and he's put together something for you guys to do. But this little guy isn't going anywhere so leave it alone!" She exclaimed before she looked back at Oomizu with another smile. "Can I please hold him Mizu-chan?"

Just then, the portal opened up as a young woman entered the room. She was clad in a slightly risque tan jumpsuit with all sorts of smaller pockets and pouches filled with things that could help her in battle. She quirked a brow as she noted that a lot of people were accumulated inside of the portal room, herself never been inside of or on the floating city for that matter, she didn't recognize many of the people there. But those she did recognize were Oomizu, Bunko, and Faya, since their parents shared a connected history together, but she wasn't really as close to the girls since she was always moving on her father's airship from destination to destination. "I see that I have come into a rather awkward time," She began as she fidgeted with the straps of the large duffle back she was holding, the other hand holding up an AK-47 that was leaning against her shoulder at that moment. "Oomizu," She stated, looking over to the young blond, her face as stoic as her mother's at the moment. "I have come on behalf of the SPI to help in your endeavors as well as to test out some new equipment."

Toph took Alexander's hand as he helped her to her feet. She just couldn't believe that all of these negative, horrible things kept happening to her. But as she then felt Tomoe's hand on her shoulder, she felt this calming energy flow through her as if she was given a very calming tea that just relaxed every muscle in her body. "If it's not too much trouble..." She began before Tomoe interrupted.

"There is no need Toph-chan. You as well as anyone else, is always welcome to our home. Plus, you are practically family at this point, and I want to be there for you as family would in this situation." Tomoe told her with a gentle smile, her hand still upon the young woman's shoulder. Looking over to Alexander with a light smile, she then wrapped her arm around her shoulder and began to lead her away, although she was still silent at this moment.

Azmaria smiled gently as she looked over at him, her hands on the chains that held her swing in place. She kicked out her legs in front of her before curling them underneath her as she flew back before kicking them out once more, going a bit faster and higher than before now, simply just enjoying her time here. "I'm glad that I'm helping you in discovering my religion. There are plenty more than just mine, but each one has a universal message of love, peace, and justice." She told him with a gentle smile before she looked up to the night sky, watching as all of the stars glistened like pure diamonds. "Um, if I was to ask a question, please don't take offense to this but... You... You aren't human, are you?" She asked as she looked over at him, innocently.

Gakupo smiled lightly up to Yuzuki. "I'm glad you think of us as friends. I was afraid that since we've never really talked before that you simply thought of us as comrades and nothing more." It really was nice knowing who in the group truly accepted you and who didn't. Everyone could be pretty hard to read. He listened to all the conversations, trying to ignore anything that had to do with Faya as he held his sister close to his chest to keep her comfortable and warm.

Oomizu heard the distinct sound of the portal activating and looked towards it. When the woman stepped through, she smiled lightly and handed the dragon to Faya. "Try running off with it and I'll hunt you down~!" As sweetly as it was said, she wasn't joking.... She went to a locker that had a couple of strong locks on them and, with a flick of her finger, undid all of them. She reached in and pulled out a watch like what everyone else wore before she turned to the new girl and put a friendly hand on her shoulder. "I'm glad to see you made it here safely, Victoria. Don't worry about your timing. We were all just discussing what to do with our latest catch," she said as she nodded towards the dragon now in Faya's arms. "I'm sure Hitomi or Hotstreak have already given you the layout of the city so that you'd know where everything is, but if you have any questions or need help finding anything, feel free to find any of us." She handed the watch to Victoria with a friendly smile.

Luki enjoyed the speed and height he was at now when it came to his swinging. At this point, his swing was rocking back and forth about as much as an average rocking chair, which was just fine with him. He felt relaxed, and he was enjoying himself. If he had wanted to go higher, then he would have already done so. To her question, he smiled lightly. "No offense taken. I know I'm not human, but I'm not entirely sure what I am. I was created and woke up in a laboratory with a bunch of people working hard around me. I have a computerized voice, I myself can connect to technology and download things to my memory, there's wires that work as nerves within my body, and my bones are made of some sort of metal that's hard to snap, but it is still easy to dislocate a joint or limb. However... I have flesh and blood and the organs of a normal human being. I have independence and can think and do for myself.... Usually. I have emotions and reactions that are true an genuine, and I have the ability to express how I feel like a normal person would. I even have an ability to like and dislike." He closed his eyes and chuckled softly. "So why should I take offense when you notice I'm different? How I was made is different from how you were made. It only makes sense you would notice and want to ask questions. You're a lot more polite about it than most would." He then opened his eyes and looked over to Azmaria. "Although, I wouldn't be lying if I said that sometimes I wonder if I used to be human in a past life. It's weird, but... Sometimes, some of us have these dreams that seem so real... Like it happened before. Who knows if it really did. The point is we're here and alive in whatever way we are."

Faya giggled lightly as she took the small dragon from Oomizu's grasp. First she spun around with it about an arm's length in front of her, kind of like she was holding a small child before taking it to her chest once more. "Hey there little guy," She whispered to it as she nuzzled the top of its chest with her cheek. Faya never really had pets since she always had Bunko and the other children of the orphanage, one of her favorite people to play with was a younger boy named Raphael, who moved to the floating city when the FOQ began to attack the children born with special powers. She hadn't seen him in a long time, but she hoped that he was at least doing alright.

Azmaria looked back over at him, a hand atop her head to keep her nun's hat firmly placed as she continued to swing. It was a nice feeling, having the wind blow through her hair. Just like when she was a child. Well, it not like she wasn't a child too long ago, somehow once she got here she immediately grew up, adding on 6 years, 5 inches, and a good amount of healthy weight. She still didn't know why God did this to her, but she knew that God surely had a reason, just like He had a reason in creating all life. But as Luki began to speak about his own being and philosophy, Azmaria drunk this in, happy to be given this new amount of knowledge. But part of what he said made the young girl feel a bit sad for him, not pitiful, not even close. But some sort of empathy that allowed itself to become manifested in her very soul. She always wondered what she could have been like in a past life, if what she did then, allowed herself the gifts that she was blessed (or cursed in her opinion) with. She didn't like it when she would cause misfortune to others for just being in her presence, but there wasn't much she could do if this was God's grand design. "Well, I ask only out of curiosity." She began looking away from him now and down to her feet as she swung back and forth casually. "I knew from your voice you were not human, but...the way you act and the way you carry yourself with your friends made me want to believe that you were." She gripped on to the chain a bit tighter. "I, well, where I'm from. The time I'm from I'm not used to such technology of which you speak of. I'm not used to any of this. But I'm still curious. But maybe it's just the feeling of inadequacy I have. I have this great power, but I'm in no way able to use it properly and I hurt the people I care about in the process. I just find that there are people more worhty than I to be bestowed with such power and to go out on endeavors like this. Not I, whos been sheltered my whole life and cannot do anything for myself without the help of others."

Yuzuki smiled at Gakupo gently as she continued to stand next to him, her ball of her right foot beginning to move in a circular motion, her arms still clasped together behind her back. "Of course I consider you a friend!" She exclaimed as she stood up straight once more. "Well, I can relate to you and your friends more than I can relate to anyone else here. No one can really relate to how it feels to be as human as you can possibly be, without actually being human."

Gumi slowly began to stir at the sounds of voices. One was one that she had never heard of and the other, oh, it was her brother. He always did have the most melodious and calming voice. And the way he sang, she just admired him so much and only hoped to be like him one day. But at the moment as her eyes finally fluttered open, she gave a small yawn as she looked around herself drowzily. Continuing to lean against Gakupo as she rubbed her eyes in a cute way, she muttered a few inaudible Japanese words before scratching her head and waking up fully. "Hmm, what happened?" She asked quietly, her eyes still partially closed. "Where are we?"

Victoria couldn't help but smirk lightly as she noticed how Oomizu had handed off the small dragon to Faya, whom was cuddling against it just as much as Oomizu was earlier. But her thoughts were then drawn to the young blond as she unlocked and opened her locker before handing her one of the watches that were given to the heroes who resided within the floating city. She had lived her from time to time, but had never recieved a watch like she was an official member. Holding it in her hand and placing the large duffle bag on the ground beside her, having her AK-47 lean against her hip now as she opened the band and wrapped the watch around her wrist, tightening it so that it wouldn't move around or fall out of place. "Well, it was nice to get an updated map since apparently the original city was leveled due to the attacks by the FOQ." Victoria replied with a sigh as she glanced around, noticing many new structures in place of the ones that were originally there. "But since my mother and father still help run this city, I should be able to manage." She said as she then grabbed her AK-47 into her hand once more, leaning it against her shoulder as she grabbed her duffle bag. "So how have ya'll been," She asked Oomizu with a chuckle. "Still gettin' into trouble lately? Or have you finally cleaned up your act for good?"

Medic knew Heavy well enough to know when to leave him alone. In a world without respawn, the best reaction to that kind of expression on the gaint's face was to just stay out of his way. He could always ask him about it later. At the moment, however, he had other concerns. Like the fact that there were two members fighting to keep the dragon, and two that simply decided there was no argument, that their word was the end all of it. "No, I am not here to save anyvone!" he snapped, the only one among them that could truthfully say this. "I am here to research zhings zhat are impossible to in my home, and you are taking zhat avay from me! First from kidnapping me, now dangling zhis marvelous opportunity in front of me, and denying me furser!" He was gesturing wildly as he spoke, letting out all his frustration at once. Realizing he was acting like the child he was always telling Scout he shouldn't be, he forced himself to be still. The German took a deep breath through his nose, before he continued. "But I suppose it doesn't matter vhat I zhink. Or Scout. Or anyvone else in zhis sorry excuse for a team, for zhat matter. You've made up your mind, and trivial details like you aren't zhe leader be damned."

Almost completely ignored. Okay, he could work with that. At least half his career had the goal of being overlooked. It was kind of funny watching the BLU b*****d throw a tantrum, but it quickly lost its appeal. The young woman that claimed to be from SPI was far more interesting. Perhaps it was time to start branching out. To get the word out there, for those that knew of his existance, that he was looking for other allies. Allies that would actually watch his damn back, and possibly give him assignments actually suited to his skill set. However, at the moment, he was less than presentable. The Spy gave a nod to Hiruko, and made his way to his locker. Surprisingly, there was a good deal more in there than there had been the last time. Mann Co was certainly pushing the limits, weren't they? Goodness, how many knew knives did he have? The Frenchman pulled a particularly elegant-looking one out, that had a tag tied to it. Your Eternal Reward? This certainly sounded interesting... and the new items weren't even limited to weapons. Not even limited to just hats. A lovely rose, a warm-looking turtleneck to wear under his jacket... These new items of death and fashion were certainly turning his mood from bitter to almost excited.
