By medical history I assume you mean major issues, not just a doctors sheet of his sick days and such? Not that he ever took any.
He's had your basic battle and war wounds, *Indicates Fury's eye.*, he barely ages, and has "died". Other then that nothing too drastically serious I'd say other then random operations which were all due to fighting I think.
But I'm not a computer, you have total access to the Mansions files.
