If you like oatmeal, I suggest buying "Quaker Oats instant oatmeal High Fiber". Each packet contains 40% of RDVs for fiber. I have two packets per day along with eating a few prunes.. >> Also, if this is a thing about being "regular", you also should consume plenty of water and incorporate a bit of olive oil into your diet.
