I don't really like generals either, for the same reason, suki. Although, especially in FE8, I guess... cause they have less movement. See, I was kinda like "What!? I thought knights has 5 movement! They do in PoR!!!" and then I realized that they just decided to do that in FE9 cause they could. Or something. neutral

In FE8 I cared about speed cuz the speedy units were awesome (Joshua, etc.), but in 7/9/10 I decided defense was more reliable than dodging...although not being able to double makes the maps slower ^^;
I still prefer wyvern riders/paladins to knights though...just cuz the low movement is annoying.

If I think back, I didn't use any of the knights/generals AT ALL. I think I used Wallace once, but you kinda had to.
Other then that, I relied of paladins.
But I LOVE wyvern riders/pegasus knights. I think Marcia was my favorite or all of them in PoR. Then there's Tana and Cormag. Although, Florina never did much...

I guess I won't be using Amelia. >.>;; Amelia is good if you raise her to be and in my opinion can beat Franz by a mile even though I prefer Franz better but that's just how I feel, also with her support with Ross, the two will critic like no tomorrow when together and with either class. sukiyakii I was never one to use generals. Need for speed...? XD Nore was I, the only general I ever used was Oswin in Hector's game. ........now i'm debating the fact on whether to post the innesxephraim pic Ive been workin on that's finally finished lol

I didn't use generals until I played FE7 and saw the awesomeness that is Oswin. Then I started trying out the FE9 generals etc. I still prefer paladins/wyvern riders/pegasus knights though.
As far as those classes go, I adore Tana, Cormag, Jill, and Marcia x3

Hm... I prefer speed too... cause I like using myrmidons and cavalier. But I really like magic users, too. Even though they don't move as fast as the other units, they're still great cause they tend to do a lot of damage. ~coughSorencough~
I'm great with Cormag, but I suck with pegasus knights, usually. Except Vanessa. She was amazing with a javelin. Tana was okay, but I like Vanessa better. And I'm okay with Marcia, but Florina kept dying on me, so I just gave up on her, and never got her sisters.
I also like the rogue class in FE8. Colm was great, especially since I gave him the swift boots, so he had movement 8 instead of 6, like Rennac. And I'm okay with thieves normally, but sometimes I just can't handle Volke's low damage. But that's due to the difference in the class between GBA and Cube.
Actually, how is the thief damage dealing in FE10? I know they introduced new knives, but they still only have thieves using knives, so... Those throwing daggers looked interesting though.

Generals use three weapons.
Generals have good defense.
Generals have good attack.
Generals are pretty good after you level them up.

I don't remember Generals using three weapons. I remember that they start out with lances as Knights, but then they can either get axes or swords. They can pick two of three weapon types, but as far as I knew, they couldn't use three.

Well, I currently have Amelia as a knight, since my brother stole FE8, ( -glares at him- ) and Amelia's at level... I think 18, and she has speed maxed out. Yeah. She's pretty fast... just lack of movement.

My Amelia is AMAZING.
She can take out Caellech single handed, without healing.(Knight level 13)

Well, I did give her a couple of stat boosters. Just two energy rings and 2 dragon shields. Caellech isn't that strong, anyway.

i cant remember but do the secret shops in fe 8 have body rings.
a Valkyre is the ultamate pwnage imean L'arch nearly maxed out every stat prissy too.
As Generals go i dont use them quite much at all to say i like them. amelia has a 9 lv bonus for her training.
Yah now to the fun part Peg/Falco knights!! ALL HAIL all my pegs own and they are second to a Valkyre in my opinion. maxing atk,skill,speed, luck around 23 def around 15 and a resis of 18 to mabye 22. mabye better.
anyway ima record my playthrough and put it up on youtube sometime soon.

Yes, you can buy Body Rings.
I can't see Syrene having good stats. :/ Honestly, she turns out worse than Karla for me.
