((Honestly, you came in at the perfect time to join. I suggest you start by making your first appearence somewhere at random, then feeling the call to all demons and follow it. A good way to get to meet others, at least.))

Liam looked back at him, blank black eyes burning into the man's red ones. "My soul is already torn, your mark can not harm me anymore than I am," his voice not so much deep, but emotionless as the words spilled from his mouth. He nodded at the man's question, glaring at the Blood Mark on the wall. His hands moved to take the bandages off of his arms to use to cover up the bubbling cross. Doing this revealed the symbols that were cut into his arms, similar to the one on the wall and the ones on the man's suit. He left his neck bandages on, and tied a knot around his waist. He raised his head slowly and looked at the man, studying him now as he'd been studied.

An eyebrow raised as the marks were revealed. "Welcome my kin...It seems we are brothers after all." He answered, the grin still stuck in place. Steffen moved closer,a motion that looked very much like gliding.
"Those are parculiar marks you have drawn on you...Not unfamilair I admit." He paused, wideing his grin to reveal pearly white teeth. " But who am I to pry in another business...No I am more interested to finding the one who sent forth such a shocking amount of dark aura." His hands moved through the air as he spoke, movements ment to be entrancing to the passerbyer. "Would you know whom it is I seek?" Steffen seemed to notice the scythe for the first time and unwittingly extended his mutilated hand as if asking to see the object.

Holly had been somewhat shocked at Violet's violent reaction, but not too surprised. She backed off immediately, some disappointment evident in her eyes.
Unsure of what she should do, Holly took a step forward, then stopped. If they were trying to get into hell, she couldn't go there. She would be completely obliterated. Hell went against her very being.
With a small sigh of guilt, she flew to Dream. "Dream, I can't go with you all into hell. It'll destroy me. Is there anything I can do above ground to help?"
((Note to self: never sit 10 hours in an airport again. I'm making this my last post for the two weeks I'm supposed to be in TX. I dont' know if I'll be allowed to use the internet or not, sooo.... yeah. ))

Liam watched his every move, all of which seemed to be enticing and thought out. He flipped his scythe over in his hand and handed it to him. If he wanted to use his weapon against him, let him, it didn't matter to him if he lived or died. It was now his turn to grin, as the edge of his mouth curved up into a deadly smirk. "I know who you're looking for," he closed his eyes, only to open them after saying, "He's standing right in front of you."

Sighing, Remiel paced restlessly in the house. His sharp demon ears heard everything happening upstairs. The girl was arguing with her husband. Stopping, Remiel started to tap his foot impatiently as he waited for the girl. She thought she was his lover, but he knew he would only devour her once they were alone. But at this rate, it didn't seem like he would have time. Already, Remiel could feel the tug at his being. Someone or something was calling him. He barely had the strength to resist. The staff in his hands helped him a little. The argument upstairs got worse. Remiel sighed. He ascended the stairs and came into the girl's bedroom. As soon as he entered, both shut up and stared at him. Before they could say anything, Rainer raised his staff and they began to burn internally. First went their larynx, preventing them from screaming. Then went their heart, killing them quickly and efficiently. The two humans slumped to the ground. Remiel approached quickly and crouched in front of the bodies. Sliding his eyes halfway shut, he saw their souls hovering uncertainly above their bodies. Remiel's tongue snaked out and ate first one, then the other. Once the souls were gone, Remiel unhinged his jaw and swallowed the bodies. At one point, he had to dismember the bodies, for they were too big to be swallowed whole. When he finished, Remiel stood, staff in hand. The emerald gleamed brightly. Wiping his bloody mouth, Remiel went back downstairs and out of the house, receiving horrified stares from passers-by. Remiel ignored them. He was too busy following the call.

An uneasy whimper escaped Belladonna's lips as she stepped toward the portal, drawn to it. She inhaled deeply, filling herself with the scent of whatever was on the other side. Another step closer. The pull was not only in the scent, which was still very faint, even to her, but mental as well. For a moment she shook off the feeling and vicious, angry snarl tore from her. She was being manipulated and she knew it. Fortunately for her, ferals had a mind trick of their own; they could switch at will to a base level of thinking so that anyone or anything trying to penetrate their minds would 'feel' nothing more than the primitive mind of an animal of some sort. And while their enemies, and anyone trying to get into a feral's head is an enemy, were trying to control the mind that didn't actually exist, the feral demon could still process abstract thoughts and almost without fail, destroy the thing that tried to target them.
Once she shifted over, Belladonna was able to think far more clearly though not perfectly as the scent still hung in the air. Though it made it harder to resist, she inhaled again to study the scent like she would do if was locating prey. Demon. The word popped into her head almost immediately, a strong demon, one that could use a blood summoning. It was actually the smell of the blood that had caught her attention in the first place. It was that realization that helped clear the last of the cobwebs from her mind - there was no way she was going to wander into the unknown to respond to a summoning.
She prowled unhappily in area around the portal, pacing in circles. She needed to let the elders of the pack know about this but she was loathe to leave the area unguarded. She let loose a loud, primeval sounding howl in the hopes that one of her kin would hear and come find her. Unlikely, but her only option.
She stepped closer to the portal to reaffirm what she had smelled. There were other beings on the other side now as well - some scents were familiar, other demons, something else her instincts told her was 'angel' and human scents as well. It was the humans that almost made her leap through the portal excitedly - she'd heard stories growing up about how enjoyable it was to hunt humans. Fortunately, she caught herself in time.
In her frustration, she picked up a large stone from the ground and hurled it with all her strength through the shimmering aura. Though she had no way of knowing, she liked to think it had hit and injured the demon that had created the summons, and her discomfort, and that it would come stumbling through so that she could destroy it.
She bared her teeth in a vicious grin and felt herself rising to the killing edge. A dangerous place to be when there wasn't actually any prey around. Slowly she got control again and was left with the hollow frustration - she almost never lost control on the beast inside her. It was the summons, holding out against it was throwing her entirely off balance.
Abruptly she turned away from the portal, making a decision to ignore the thing until something actually came through it. Taking a running leap, Belladonna landed easily in crouch on a low branch of a nearby tree. With a natural ease and grace she leaped from branch to branch until she was high enough up to see the area around her for some distance and in place where she could stretch out to sleep easily. Slowly she unwound her long hair and unbraided it, sighing as she felt the strands release. She then wrapped herself in her travel cloak and lay down. She would wake at even the slightest out of the ordinary sound and certainly didn't have to worry about falling out of the tree either. Temporarily satisfied, she closed her eyes and drifted off to sleep.

Haucon knelt and scooped up the green stuffed cat. He gently placed it in Leila's arms. "Come on." he said picking her up again. "We can go see her now...or him." he added as an after thought. "I'm glad you're alright." he said smiling.

When the scythe was passed, his solid hands stroked the shaft examining it. Steffen's attnetion had been turned away from his kin and to the weapon now, seeming almost as if he had not heard the last part of the dark angel's statement.
"Beautifully crafted..." One pinkish hand tightened it's grip and took an experimetal swing behind him, the demon's lithe body turning this way and that. Finally the examination was over and Steffen offered the scythe back, beguinning his business.
"Then I am left in awe brother. And not just a little curious." The severe look in his eyes quickly melted into a what resembled mild amusement. The markings on the dark angel's body almost exactly matched his own, It was rare to come across another who posses such markings. "The neather kingdom has many creatures such as you, coming and going as they please. And yet I have never met one who expelled that much aura. Why waste such a glorious amount of energy when it could be put to better use." He raised both eyebrows in a welcoming manner. Steffen was almost certain this man before him could assist in his 'treasure hunt'. But first he needed to be sure where loyalties lyed.
" Maybe an epic battle in this wasteland the mortals call a world? I'm sure a warrior born such as yourself would rise to the challege magnificently." The raven haired demon was up to his old tricks, The conversation ment to snake it's way into a person's pride.

(( Just an Ally in a nameless city))
Steffen could not help but wonder how many more would answer the call...A moments distraction was granted when the man glanced at the pulsating symbol once more. He would smudge it from the wall in a moment's time but for now more interesting matters where at hand.

He watched him handle his scythe, unmoving, taking it back when the man was done. His eyes narrowed at the man's question. Why was he asking such questions? Surely this man wasn't looking for a companion to battle in this world. No, there was something else he wanted. He nodded slightly anyways before adding in, "And why would you want to battle against the mortals? Wouldn't it just be a waste of your time?" he asked, the black liquid still dripping from his back. His black eyes hiding the Liam that was screaming in his mind.

He laughed, a gracious and sincere laugh.
" No,my kin. The mortals are hardly anything worth battling with. It would be a slaughter." Steffen's grin went wider as he relished the thought.
"I would have you join me with-" The sentence was cut short as he spotted the pooling puddle of ooze. It was this that was sending such a strong aura. (( Gotta go! longer post next time!))
