Honda clenched his teeth, suddenly pushing Malik away, his face completely red, "That's it! I don't care what you wanna do Anzu, but I am not staying here another minute!" he shouted, storming past her, "See ya at Yuugi's."
Jounouchi fell silent as Anzu's words sunk in. "your problems..." "sensitive..." "hurt you..." "get it..." these words just went through his head and he felt terrible. He never wanted to worry his friends. That was the last thing he ever wanted... but he was fine, wasn't he? This was just a little issue that he would soon get over... so why was he so intent on getting Anzu and Honda away from Malik? Well, that would seem obvious if he would just tell them what had happened, but he couldn't... Jounouchi could feel his throat attempting to form the words, but it failed miserably. Finally, unable to come up with any better response, he replied, "Do what you want... Yuugi and I will be at the Game Shop for a while..." in a mumbled. He shakilly felt his thumb going towards the "End" button, but he couldn't get himself to press it until he heard Anzu's response, until he heard that everything was okay and that she wasn't mad at him and that she could tolerate his lack of understanding and explanations.

Oh, the choice is popularity? XP I do see Jounouchi attempting to pursue that, but that's more of his fake, show-offy, superficial self than his true self... I think he longs for companionship, but doesn't completely understand that popularity won't give him that, so he wants to be cool and get attention. XD;; But yeah, with your reasoning I can totally see why you picked family instead of popularity. ^^;;
Wow, they don't give you many choices for majors though, do they? o.o I couldn't really see Jounouchi in any of those except maybe Art or Drama... actually, not even Drama, because he obviously sucks at acting. XD;; I have often played with the idea of Jounouchi being a decent artist for some reason though. o.o So yeah, that would be my suggestion, only because there doesn't seem to be anything that works any better. ^^;;
Oh, I have a pretty amazing Sims story, but I don't know if I should tell you since it involves quite a bit of Puppyshipping action... >_>;;

Honda left the apartment, marching away as fast as he could without actually running.
Jounouchi paled slightly, then felt his lip twitch, "Well fine then! I will be selfish or whatever you wanna call it! But maybe you should learn to just mind your own business for once!" he shouted into the reciever, then quickly proceeded to end the call, slamming the phone down towards the counter. Before the phone met said surface though, he realized that he didn't want to break Yuugi's cell phone, so immediatly moved his knuckles over the phone to protect it as they hit the counter.

Yeah, I could say "a random brunette Sim." XD;; It's a pretty hilarious story...
Anyway, I was playing Sims 2, and I had a family of roommates, Jounouchi, Shizuka, Mokuba, and some random brunette guy all living together. Anyway, Jounouchi ended up falling in love with this random brunette, and Shizuka and Mokuba seemed to be hitting it off pretty well also. Shizuka was also doing very good in school, so all seemed happy... but then, one day, the unthinkable happened... Jounouchi and his brunette lover were happilly woo-hooing in their bed, as they had the house to themselves. But then, Shizuka and Mokuba came home from school. You'd think that they would see the closed bedroom door and take that as a sign not to disturb, but unfortunately Shizuka had brought her report card home, and she had recieved amazingly good grades. Ecstatic, she couldn't wait to show her brother, so barged into his and the brunette's room without knocking, and while they were in the middle of their "activities" to boot! You'd think that shy little Shizuka, upon witnessing this scene, would simply blush, apologize, and dash back out of the room, but she must've been very excited about that report card, because instead she ran up to the two and jumped up and down as she attempted to show off her grades. Jounouchi and his lover, on the other hand, were quite busy, so promptly proceeded to ignore poor Shizuka.
I, of course, was quite horrified, so told Shizuka to go do her homework so that she would leave the adults to their business. However, Shizuka didn't seem to quite understand my intentions... Instead of leaving the room to go sit at her desk and work on her homework, she instead plopped down onto the floor, right next to the bed, and worked on her homework there. XD;; So Mokuba was off doing who-knows-what, Jounouchi and Mr. Brunette continued woo-hooing, Shizuka was doing her homework, and I was slapping my forehead... Yup, it was a pretty amazing moment. XD;; I still don't understand how Shizuka can be that dense, yet do so well in school... poor little darling. <3
And that's the story! biggrin OMG, I'm glad that I've caused you to tolerate Puppyshipping more! <3 You, on the other hand, have caused me to adore Irateshipping! X3 I think it's become... my second-favorite pairing. o.o
Anyway, the last event item is gloves; there's eight all together. (you're talking about the caroling items, right? o.o)))

Honda made his way out of the apartment complex, stopping at the side walk and letting out a sigh, looking down at the ground as his guilt for abandoning Anzu finally surfaced. He clenched his fist for a second, before finally shouting, "Oh, for the love of...! Damn Malik..." he huffed, turning and heading back towards the apartment complex.
"Anzu..." Jounouchi mumbled, "She and Honda are with Malik, who is apparently completely wasted..." he said bitterly, refusing to look Yuugi in the eye.
((I hated the game when I was little because I didn't understand it. XD;; But then my mom got a Nintendo Monopoly for me last year for Christmas, so I tried playing it again, and ended up loving it. I pwned my mom, which I guess shouldn't be a big deal, but it was for me because I don't think I'd ever won the game when I was little. XD;; I guess I've developed a mind for business... I blame my dad... >_>
Oh no, I wonder if you're getting the same cold I have! D: It could've travelled to California by now... For me, the first day was a sore throat, then the next day it was the runny nose, then the next day I kept coughing really badly (though if you do have the same cold, that might not be the case for you since I have asthma, and colds usually make me cough a lot and have a hard time breathing) and pretty much fell in and out of sleep the entire day, feeling really dizzy, then all the days after that it's just been bad coughing and a man voice. Today is... the sixth day I believe, and it's finally starting to let up. XP I only had a coughing fit this morning. Gosh, I hope you didn't get what I have though. D: I don't think colds are contagious through teh interwebz. ^^;;
B-but...! Shizuka Chan is only stupid in The Sims...! D: And she only was in that situation... Jounouchi and Mokuba did many more stupid things than she did. *hugs the poor baby*
I've made myself into a Sim as well, though I was little and it was on the old games. XD;; But even back then, I just had her living on her own... true, she eventually ended up falling in love with Bob Newbie and he had an affair with her, but they never actually got married or slept together. I did kill Bob Newbie's wife though... I locked her in a 5X5 foot box with nothing but a toilet and let her starve to death... >_>;; Ask anyone I know in real life: I am extremely cruel to Sims... I've even done experiments on them, like to see what was the fastest way to kill them, or who would last the longest without food... XD;; *gets shot*
That's scary that your Sim kept dying though. o.o Does that make you afraid at all at the thought of giving birth? XD;;
My friend (the RP partner) made a Sims household with our Mario RP characters, and that girly character of mine, Tero, who used to be a Boo, so was technically dead, kept getting himself killed! XD She had to recreate him like five times, and his various ghosts would haunt the house.

It's funny though... I don't have a problem pairing characters I hate... I mean, I pretty much hate Otogi, though with no where near as much passion as you, yet I love Chaseshipping. And I definitely hate Yami no Yuugi, but I like Puzzleshipping and whatever that shipping is called... Dragonshipping I think it is... whatever it's called, it's Yami no Yuugi/Jounouchi. XD;; Guess we just have different amounts of pride in what we hate. XD;; ))

Honda soon approached the apartment door again. He didn't bother knocking; he was certain it was unlocked. So he opened the door and walked back in with another sigh, "Anzu...?"
Jounouchi just shrugged awkwardly, "Anyway, wanna start eating?"

Sorry hun. ^^;; Oh, one other thing about the cold, though this isn't really a big deal or anything, but during it I've suddenly become really thirsty for water, then went and filled up a glass, drank a couple of gulps, and suddenly couldn't stand to drink anymore. I've also had a lack of appetite, but that's not really a bad thing. ^^;; I mean... all I've eaten today is a roll and a bowl of fruit salad, yet I feel completely full. *shrugs*

Ugh, I never wanna give birth or have kids either. XP On the off chance that I did ever end up wanting a kid, I'd probably adopt a 12-year-old or something, because they're the ones that never get adopted, plus I couldn't handle raising a little kid. D:
And well... I do hate Otogi... but at the same time I love him. ^^;; It's weird, I feel the same way with Yami no Yuugi. They piss me off to no end, but I can't help but feel happy when I see them, or glad when something goes right for them... XP I'm not very good at hating... I think the only YUU*GI*OU character that I truly, deeply, and completely hate is Vivian... yet she still makes for a good laugh. ^^;; But anyway, the reason that I... *dislike* (I guess) Otogi is pretty much why you said you like him: He's a self-centered whore. biggrin I mean, only certain self-centered characters I don't like. (since I love Kaiba and Jounouchi after all...) But I don't like how Otogi is all into his looks and thinks he'll get any girl he wants and stuff... Kaiba is more like, "I know I'm sexy but I don't give a damn about my looks and I know all the girls want me but I hate them all" and I love that. And then Jounouchi is all, "I know I'm sexy" even though most characters don't see him as such and "I know all the girls want me" even though none of them do, and I love that too. XD;; I guess what I don't like is Otogi's, "I know I'm sexy and I'm gonna keep it that way and I know all the girls want me and they can have me." It's all in balance... 3nodding
I'm not very prideful I don't think... I've never been "proud to be an American" or things like that, though I do sometimes use pride to hide embarrassment or awkwardness, like if someone is being all nice and social and I feel shy because I hardly know them, a lot of times I will act cold and stuck-up as a means of defense. XD;; I do think I'm self-centered though. o.o
I don't think I'm capable of complete and utter hatred though... I've never been able to hate a real life person, and I only rarely completely and utterly hate characters... *shrugs* Don't know why, because there are plenty of people that I dislike. o.o))

"Y-you okay...?" Honda asked, a drop of sweat forming on his brow. He walked up to the two, reaching a hand out to help Anzu up.
"All she's doing is taking care of a stupid drunk. And Honda's with her. I'm sure she's fine." Jounouchi said coldly, biting into his burger.

No, no Pokemon things. D: I think that's because Pokemon is liscensed by its own company and only happens to exist solely on Nintendo systems. It never seems to be in that "official" Nintendo group. The game mostly focused on Mario, Zelda, Donkey Kong, and Metroid.
Is it messed up in any way that I possitively adored how cruel Kaiba was to Jounouchi in Duelist Kingdom...? XD;; Actually, pretty much my all-time favorite YUU*GI*OU quote was by Kaiba in Duelist Kingdom. (Japanese version) It was when he approached Yuugi to challenge him for the right to duel Pegasus, he saw Jounouchi's glove with the ten Star Chips and said something to the extent of, "Ah, Jounouchi, I see you've collected ten STar Chips. Then I raise your status from a make inu (pretty much underdog or loser) to that of a homeless." XD;; I don't know why I just find that so hilarious...
Oh, I have an unconcious glare too! biggrin People always tell me, "Don't smile or your face might crack!" or they tell me I look angry. Actually, earlier today, my brother called my name, so I looked up at him, and right as I did he took a picture, and in the picture I looked like I was about to murder someone! XD;; When really, when I looked up, the only emotion I had was mild curiosity.
Hatred does sound pretty terrible... it's not good to obsess over anything, especially something so negative. I'm glad you've matured and learned to let your hatred go though. ^^))

Honda stared down at Malik in disgust, finally shaking his head and putting his hand over his face, "Yeah, fine..." he said with a sigh, acting as if he had never left Anzu in the first place.
Jounouchi ate quietly, not in a good mood at all now. For the first time in a long time, he really just wanted to get up and walk away from all of his friends. Not for good, of course, but just for a while, to take a break from them and get away from their accusatory and concerned voices. He was tired of it all. Jounouchi was never one who handled being alone well, though he tired not to show it, but for once that just seemed nice, to be alone for a while to collect his thoughts. Why were his friends always so damned concerned for him anyway?
((Yeah, it's kind of depressing that they're not in the Monopoly game...

Ah... so you were picked on too...? ^^;; I was never very popular at school, so even today I still get made fun of a lot, but for some reason it's never bothered me... so sorry, but I don't think I can really understand your feelings... I tend not to take insults to heart if they're just by some stupid group of kids who are attempting to stroke their own egos by making others look bad. But I can see why that would contribute to you not liking Kaiba. o.o

Honda frowned, "Yeah, I noticed." he said, trying not to look at said Egyptian, "Why did he yell at you? And what did he say?"
Jounouchi looked up in mild surprised from the sudden break in silence, "Oh, um... not that I can think of..." he replied awkwardly.
((Oh, that sucks. I'm so sorry dear. D: I wonder why kids like to be so mean... I guess I've always kind of had that morbid personality of not giving a damn of what other random people think... I definitely care what people I'm close to think of me, but not those random jocks and preps who think they're clever when they come up with some overused and pathetic insult. Heh. I used to not care for pink too much, but now I like it. ^^;; Everyone seems to think I hate pink though... *shrugs*))

Honda sighed, "Jounouchi's always been that way... he would always get pissed if I'd help him with a fight or something, or try to protect him... he hates getting help from others. I think it makes him feel weak for some reason, and you know how much Jounouchi hates showing weakness..." he looked over at Anzu, "I know you mean well... I wanna help Jounouchi too, but he doesn't break easily. He doesn't like burdening us for help, and he doesn't like admitting that he needs help either. The more you push, the more upset he'll get..."
Not wanting to just sit there in the awkwardness, Jounouchi was using his finger nail to slice a small piece of lettuce, that had fallen off his hamburger, into even smaller bits, his half-eaten burger sitting on the plate next to said lettuce.
((XD;; My favorite Sailor Senshi is Sailor Jupiter, and I think that's one of the things that got me to like pink, that her Senshi uniform is white, green, and pink. I think it's a really pretty color combination. ^^
