Kage rockets across the field, smacking into the bolder smartly back first.
Shin prepairs a STRONG attack, as he dematerializes, appearing a few feet away in a spear position

COUNTER: Ugh....*Kage twitches a bit. Pain like this hadn't happened in quite some time. As he struggles to get up he finds Shin already hot on pursuit. He grits his teeth and in desperation tries to grab Shin in mid tackle and fling him into the boulder*

WEAK: *Kage needed a moment to breathe. His hands stay locked on Shin's head. He turns abruptly and tries again to force Shin headfirst into the boulder.*

BLOCK: *Kage snarls...upset from his lack of concentration and all the pain he was feeling. Sure a normal man would already be dead or close, but that wasn't satisfying enough. He had to stay focused...wait for openings and strike. Why was it so hard this time? Kage tries deftly to duck under the roundhouse*

The roundhouse connexts, sending Kage spining. The Wolverine strides cooly to his downed prey, kneeling, he rears back his left claw, and aims for Kage's throat

COUNTER: *Kage laid on the ground a moment, stunned and angry, fighting the stinging pain on his body. He was better than this, he knew...and yet he felt his strength failing. Training or no, he had to give it his all. As he notices Shin preparing to strike, he sits up. What last bit of strength he had saved up, he launched it now in the form of a straight right punch aimed at Shin's face, hoping to stop his attack...all or nothing.*

The blow connects with Kage's adam's apple, knocking him out as a dull crack resonates across the meadow. Allen quickly changes forms, reviving Kage.
