*Nana was thinking about something, you could see it on her face. She walks back over to the covered box, taking the glass shards out with the pillow cover, so she didn't cut her hands, then recovers the box, and slides it under the table and out of the way. Looking over to the personal showers she waits a moment more, still thinking. Deciding she better wash her wounds before they stain her white robes, she reluctantly heads for the showers*

Focht appears in The Peace area of Mastema's home and sighs.
"Maybe I'll be lucky......"
He looks around and smiles. He didn't expect to see a place like this around Mastema's new home.

*Thanks to a spell Nana had cast before leaving her past home in a church of fallen, she easily gets around the difficulty of "wing slits" and having them stained in blood. Her wings seem to disappear until she is finished disrobing, then her wings re-appear still tattered and covered in blood splats. Not soon after steam from hot water exits the open door to the shower room*

Focht smiles, wondering what took Mastema so long. He starts wandering in Peace as he replies.
Mastema, I see you are an attentive host as always. My reasons for being here are my own. All I want to do is have some peace and quiet. I am not here to get in your way......

Hmph! That very well may be but I can not allow an enemy to roam freely through here. Either you find elsewhere to have your peace or I shall be forced to throw you out by other means. I won't tolerate loitering....

Mastema..... I think you need to evaluate your thinking. Why the hell would I fight you? Things change after you leave a 30 mile wide crater when you die for a 3rd time...........
Focht sounds more like a growl on the last part as he stops wandering, his tail starts swaying behind him in a slightly irritated manner.

Shadow rose from the ground several yards from Focht and as he did began pulling at the blight within Focht with the lion share of his dark magic. His eyes glowed fiercely as he pulled at it and shaped his magic to pull from multiple directions.
You can't run so easily with the blight in you Focht. He said softly.

*Nana finds a handled scrub brush. It would be good to brush away the blood from her feathers, and back. Well, what blood had run down her back from the nicks on her wings, what wasn't already caught by her hair; she'd notice that in a minute or two*

Focht crosses his arms over his chest fighting against the pull on the Blight in his body. He glared at Shadow, his hands begin glowing blue.
"Shadow leave me alone...... I know you are working for Lady. She has no claim on me anymore so go back down your hole."
You have a choice Mastema but it seems I don't. Ether way I have to fight so I have nothing to lose by staying.

Shadow laughed as he added a third of his reserves to the assault on the blight. No I'm not working for her. But at the moment serving myself helps her and gains data for me so it might as well be as you say.

*The blood washes out of Nana's wings easily enough. Though for some reason it seemed to have the properties of acrylic paint, so it brushes away without too much trouble. Nana finally catches sight of the blood in her hair though, as a red strand falls on the other stark white*

*Nana searches around for some sort of shampoo. Her hand exits the shower when she spots some on the edge of the sink counter top. Soon enough it's retracted, and Nana is scrubbing feverishly to get the blood stains from her hair before they set*
