SeeThroughHappines Remedi Wow. I have to say, I have lost MANY pictures that I had worked hard on and I thought came out very well. So I understand that would be upset, and I'm very sorry it happened.
So don't worry, and dry your tears. <3 We know that you put all your effort into it, and we love you for that. But I hope than maybe you'll find motivation to try again, and maybe it'll turn out even better than the first! =D It's frustrating sometimes, but "If at first you don't success, try, try again!" Well, reading all your nice comments on it has brought my smile back, I'll try again, and work trice as hard~ It'll defiantly be better this time. That's the SasuSaku spirit! heart
I can't wait to see it! >w<

SeeThroughHappines *Cries* I just wanted to say that for the past two hours, I worked on a SasuSaku oekaki that I was going to post here... I was really proud of it was going to be the first computer drawn picture I'd ever finished... but, sadly, just as I was finishing it, I accidentally clicked on something and lost it... crying I know no one cares but it makes me feel better to type it, since crying under my covers didn't do anything... not even throwing stuff and screaming did... emo Oh no! That's horrible! It's hard to lose a drawing that you worked so hard on. ;__; If the board you draw at allows it, you should submit the picture once in awhile, so that if anything like this should happen, you'll always atleast have a previous copy to work on, so not all hope is lost. That, or you can prntscrn your picture once in awhile. Also, when working on oekaki's, it always good to prntscrn your picture right before you send it. 'cause, while it doesn't happen all the time or at all boards, sometimes in the sending process you lose your picture somehow. And while most boards these days come with a picture recovery option, it always good to have a second backup. Remedi It's Naruto. >> Naruto is a fricken pain to draw! gonk And Kishi said Sasuke was the hardest.....LIES! scream
Yes! I'm not the only one who thinks this! ;__; Although, I did find Sasuke really hard to draw at some point, after drawing him so many times, I got used to it. Maybe because Kishimoto draws Naruto so often he's alot easier for him to draw then Sasuke? Ha, but if the amount they're drawn has to do with how hard they are, you'd think one of the more minor characters would be the hardest...And now, to post something a little more relevant to the thread... Hard day at work.

For the picture, you have no idea how much I envy you. <3 I truely love your style. I aspire to one day draw as anatomically correct as you do. XD Because I can't draw good anatomy for s**t. D:
Is this on your DA? >> Because I'd like to fav~
Edit: :'D Nevermind that last question. I lurked your DA, and found it. <3

ADORABLE, SeeThroughHappines!
Gya~ Everyone's artwork has been so damn CUTE lately~ Overload! heart heart heart MooMooJuice [Yeah, I haven't drawn many of the characters either. I can't help but draw only Sasuke!! ><; Aww~ just practice! You'll get better! ( Yeah, how many times have you heard that? >> ) It helps alot if you enjoy drawing anatomy, too. ( Haha, yeah, I enjoy drawing it alot. I draw body figures about every chance I get. *dies* ) It is now. ^^; (A lot. XD)
I've been drawing anatomy a lot more than I usually would lately, probably because I'm satisfied enough with how I draw faces (though I admit I could use a good luck at those hair tutorials I saved a while back). I actually gave up a shot at tennis lessons for art classes, and hopefully this summer I'll be about to do that. I also plan to buy some drawing/drawing anatomy/anatomy books this summer, and practicing (I'll be picky though. I find starting out with shapes doesn't work very well for me. xP). So hopefully by next year or so I'll be comfortable wih that, and I can focus on other things. I'm really pushing it, or at least trying to...I'll be graduating next school year, and my dream is to make 3-D art.
Think how cool SasuSaku fanart would be....THREE DIMENSIONAL. *__* Though I've always apreciatted video game graphics, and to be able to make the characters in it...GAH.
Okay, I'm just rambling now. Terribly sorry. Art gets me excited. gonk heart

Okay, I'm just rambling now. Terribly sorry. Art gets me excited. gonk heart Yes, 3-D art is awesome. But only the really good kind. >< I... have seen some very bad 3-D anime art before. And all I can say is... it looks really creepy... ><;; You really have to know how to make it work. ^^; Good luck to you! You-know, it could just be me, but I wouldn't recommend using shapes to figure out anatomy to anyone. I try that sometimes, and I always hate the end result. >> So I just do everything by eyeing it. ( If eyeing could even be considered a word ) I just sketch out the figure ( without clothes, so I can identify bends and curves better, as thus, draw the anatomy more accurately ) very loosely, and then go over the sketch with darker lines, putting in the hair and clothes as I go. I think the only thing I don't sketch first is the face. I always draw it complete the first time around. Usually because if I don't draw it out in full at first, then later, after I've drawn the whole figure and start drawing the detail in the head, I find something was not measured correctly, and it throws off the proportions. ><; And now I'm rambling... see what you've done!? D: The bad thing about that: Usually the good 3-D programs are WAAAY expensive. But I'm going to a good college to learn it, so I'd BETTER be good at it when I'm done. o-o
When I'm drawing a full body pic, I draw the figure without clothes as well...when I'm alone...because if not I get interogated by the parentals on why I'm drawing naked people...and apparantly, "It's anatomy and I'll add clothes to it after." does not cut it. x_X;
gonk Ehhh?! Sorry?

And dear Lord. *hugs computer* My parents would go INSANE if they searches my computer. >> Waaaay to many smut files for them to lay eyes upon. That includes my SasuSaku file, and of course, my doujinshi file. Which is mostly yaoi...which would shock them even more. O_O
