Iia-san, you were right when you said this is WAR. Because the armies have been sprouting up. I can't believe they've copied our idea!
Anyway, I don't think anyone will win in this "war" just by debating. There is no such thing as a perfect argument. The fact is, we're only doing this army thing to protect our OTP from mindless bashers. we didn't start it to bash other couples. No matter how good we debate, the best thing that can happen is we convert other people. But the fact remains it'll be Masashi Kishimoto who'll ultimately decide on the pairings. It won't be our awesome debates or the sizes of our armies.
As for the banners, I really should omit the "we pwn j00" comment on the army banner. What Kairi-san said made me concerned, and I suppose I better have a new banner since Christmas's over, after all.

I originally made this army for FUN, and just to defend our beloved pairing. I never intended for every other pairing to take the idea and make an army as well, because you know what happens when soldiers begin to mobilize?
WAR.
There has already been a war going on, but now that we have ARMIES -- good Lord.
Am I the only one getting a 'World War I' vibe? We're learning about that right now in my US History class, and.. I don't know. That's just what this makes me think of.

@PeacefulLight: NaruSaku DOES have as much of a chance of happening as SasuSaku and NaruHina, but it is NOT a pairing that needs an ARMY.
SasuSaku, on the other hand, DOES. It consists of two of the most hated characters in the entire Naruto fandom, so naturally it's one of the most despised pairings. And that's another reason I created this army.

I think of it this way:
Kairi, you made this for fun. And we've never really been all serious about it. >> Honestly, what serious Army chooses a theme song like "Black Suits Comin'"? xD
NaruSaku made their army so they could practically FIGHT....US.
NaruSaku fandom needs to realize. It's a FRICKEN SHOW.

Uh huh! Only about 1% even LIKES anime, and that's just me and my friends. But all the Manga books at my school seem to be all checked out.. o-o;;;
Anyways, if it's a fight they want, they can attack us. We'll defend. We'll defend our territories like ClanCats. We won't let them to our happy place!

I know I'm nice! biggrin Well whatever. I'd rather stay out of the war. I like NaruSaku cause it's floofy luff. I like SasuSaku cause it's a nice, quiet pairing. What I mean by that, is just that like Sasuke and Sakura can sit down by each other and know what they are feeling, even when no words are spoken. I know some of you here don't like Naruto, but I'm willing to defend him too. :/ Criticize me if you will! Throw me out if you want! Not that I'm saying I want to leave, you all are some of my best friends on here.

I'll slap whoever criticizes you with a fish. D: I LOVE Naruto. He's just so adorable and determined and handsome cute and.. so on~
And I actually do like the NaruSaku PAIRING; it's the fandom that annoys me.
=_=; If only there was an 'Ignore Fandom' button..
Edit: So no one gets confused.. I don't mean the ENTIRE fandom.. just the ones that annoy me.

ANNOUNCEMENT:
I've PMed HinaKitty about the NaruSaku Army and a 'peace treaty' has been made.
NONE of you are to attack the members of the NaruSaku Army, and vice versa. The same goes for the NaruSaku pairing; NO bashing. Of course.. that has always been a rule.
We will stand by our original purpose: to defend SasuSaku.

A peace treaty? Well, this is new. I suppose we're only allowed hate SasuSaku bashers privately now, right?
I really find it amusing how we're taking this oh so seriously. I mean... armies? Wars? Peace treaties? Our fandom is taking steps to get closer to becoming a whole planet - with OTPs as countries and debates becoming full-blown wars.
Anyway, I'm glad the rift is over. I guess it's our job to try and keep the peace now, huh?
I suppose if they don't attack, we don't have to defend. So lets just stand by our original purpose and no one gets hurt.

Ah, well, yes, there's a difference, but a large fraction of NaruSaku-ers are SasuSaku bashers, so I pretty much put them in the same category. I'm not sure if that was the right thing to do, now that I stop to think.
