As Silver approached, the two angels split apart, giving the group a total of two targets. As Silver charged Charon, she shot upwards and away from him as he sped under her. She floated in mid flip as she dodged the blow, and her hand moved into an attacking position, glowing with energy until suddenly, a scythe appeared in her grip. The handle was pitch black, and the blade was made of a blood red material...

She then sped after Silver, nipping at Angelous' heels as he flew about...



Iris felt Dame's surge in power, and his loud exclaimations had called her attention to him before even that. She soared into the air, her hand pulsing with energy and a brilliantly curved longsword of nearly 5 feet in length and a beautiful trailing handly and hilt phased into existance. It glowed with energy as she performed a roll and sped towards Dame!

As his massive blast of energy began to pulse towards her, she powered foreward hard, her feathers taking a majority of the blast for her, in order to penetrate the blast, and her sword actually cleaving the mighty blast in half, protected from electric shock by the energy surrounding her sword. As she moved foreward, a blast of powerful energy would erupt down the length of Dame's attack, cleaving it completely in half, and aiming to slam him for up to 500 damage.

ANGELIC CLEAVER!!!

And while all this continued, the double symbol continued to pulse and get stronger, the energy beginning to swirl around the party members there, sucking them towards the ground...

To get to Angelous's heels, Charon would have to get past the Dragon's tail, which took up roughly 1/3 of her legnth. As the angelic being sped in, Angelous would slow down a moment before she swung, possibly throwing her judgement off. With a powerful lash, the Pretorean Dragon's mighty tail would the Dark Angelic creature's side.

Simultaneously, they would make a hard banking turn to the right, starting a decent. Going in almost the complete opposite direction, they began an 85 degree decent downwards, rapidly picking up speed.

Perhaps Angelous would have more problems flying without a tail.

Because that was exactly what was going to happen to her as she swung at Charon. As the tail moved towards the dark angel, Charon pushed her wings foreward to act as a brake, and dipped down, raising the blade of her scythe up at an angle to attempt to neatly remove the lower third of Angelous's tail...



Iris would dive down and speed along the ground towards Dame at terrible speed as she called out once more, her feathers surrounding her as she took another swing at Dame with her sword aiming to smash him somewhere in the ribs.

You don't understand the situation I'm in!!

Which wouldn't work, because immediatly as the tail missed, they began their turn and decent. The tail was swinging to the left, using the momentum they got while banking right. As it missed, it wouldn't be anywhere in range, but rather spin around to the other side.

Their decent would be a quick one, as they built up velocity at an incredible rate.

Charon would grin as her scythe made a deep cut into Angelous' tail. Nothing life threatening, but the pain from such a wound would indeed hinder a bit of Angelous' flying performance. The blood that stained the scythe quickly disapeared as the weapon pulsed with energy for a moment. The scythe was able to absorb the blood of its enemies, turn it into energy, and return the energy to its wielder for use bringing Charon to a full 45 turns of charge.

She then pulsed with energy as she sped after the retreating Silver...



Iris' feathers sped towards Dame, aiming to sclice him to ribbons with the energy blades. As the feathers enveloped him in a field of cutting destruction, Iris moved back up and away into the sky as the ground began to rumble and shake...

My life is his to control!! You don't understand!!



And then, it finally happened. The spell set forth at the beginning of the fight had run its preparing course. The air around the fighters blurred as a massive ammount of energy began to erupt upwards, swirling around in a maelstrom of darkness and light energy to form the most powerful attack seen yet.



The swilring force of energy would erupt upwards under the feet of the fighters as they were tossed skyward by the terrifying attack. 15 turns from Irsi, and 15 turns from Charon has coalessed to form this mighty attack of a whopping 30 turns of charge...

The powerful attack was launched, the duo a mere eight to ten feet away. Angelous, whose diet almost soley consisted of the arcane, was feeding off of whatever residue that wasn't disipated by her antimagic barrier. It didn't really do much to dispell the attack, but it didn't really hurt any.

It would take mere moments until Angelous would scave next to the ground, flying at incredible speeds a mere two feet above the grove floor. Their magic attack had ruined the sanctity of this place, and for that they were going to pay. Pulling back after traveling for a good distance, they began their ascent back into the air, going from a 45 degree incline to a 65 degree incline, and finally an 85 degree incline.

Silver was quite resiliant to system shock, and could handle the rapid change in Gs no problem.

With a determined look on her face, Charon climbed upwards as well, that was, until a sharp cry attracted her attention! She spun around to find Ryugi surging with power, and zipping straight towards her. She spun around in mid-flight and their weapons collided in a shower of crackling energy. The clash would cause Charon to drop towards the ground with Ryugi pushing downwards until they hit ground where a crater formed from the impact. As the dust cleared, one would see Ryugi and the dark angelic being locked in a mightly clash, each fighting for superiority...



Iris, seeing that Dame was being healed, quickly sent herself into a powerful dive, aiming to cut the healing Vargus AND her quarry in half, however, that would change as soon as a mighty blue blur moved to intercept her weapon. It was Cruxis, and he and his Hyouga were ready to do some damage...
