I have to say, the second instalment of the Matrix was pretty craptastic also. Pirates, too.

SaberFireTiger Fantastic Four 2 was alright. Nothing special. Short and to the point. Liked it better than the first one but the worst thing about it was that it leaves the door wide open for a third installment and you know how those go. Examples - Spiderman - X-men - Shrek - Pirates - Matrix - Terminator - Mission Impossible T3 did indeed suck. Never saw MI:3 so can't voice opinion there. The rest of your examples in my opinion were good. I wouldn't mind a 3rd Fantastic 4. I also saw RotSS. I thought it was good. A nice balanced story. Acting could of been better but well done. I give it 8/10.

crystalsmuse You should open a "Ask Larry" thread for all the males in here. Though I think there's only 4 or 5 regular guys. xd
(Like an Ask Amy or something.) Is "Ask Larry" an advice type of deal crystal?

Ubriacone T3 did indeed suck. Never saw MI:3 so can't voice opinion there. The rest of your examples in my opinion were good. I wouldn't mind a 3rd Fantastic 4. I wouldn't mind another one, I'm just not expecting much from it after what they did to X-men and Spider-man.

Unless they were just fan trailers(which I doubt) it looks like they are coming out with atleast 2 more X-Men. X-Men: Rise of Apocalypse will be the first one. And it looks like we get Gambit and Scott's brother in this one at the very least as additions.

I mean they messed up her character when she took the cure. I mean one of the deleted scenes on the dvd (don't worry, i didn't pay for it, got it from my library) has Rogue tell Bobby that she didn't take the cure. That would have made me feel a little better. Stupid cheating Bobby, I hope Rogue and Gambit get together, I mean they are supposed to be. And how are they going to bring Scott back? Just not have him. We all know Jean can't die. She is like Lana! Or Lana is like Jean. Whatever. I expect too much. emo

I saw x-men and I enjoyed it. Then again, I didn't see the first 2. I didn't have high expectations to begin with.

Anyone see Live Free or Die Hard? I'm gonna see it. It looks like pretty splodie eye candy.
Heheh, Erik called me a nerd, cause when I was watching the Transformers trailer I was drooling a little and said "pretty eye candy". Not meaning hot guys, but giant transforming mechs. xd

I'm not going to see Live Free or Die Hard. Not exactly my cup of tea really.
I do want to see transformers though. It would have been so awesome if they made a beast wars film.
The cure isn't permanent but it just kills Rogue's character that she would take it is all.
I watched Happily N'ever After just for the voice acting. The movie was boring and there were no special features that included Sarah Michelle Gellar. stare

I saw Live Free or Die Hard last night. OMFG great movie. Its the best since the first.
I've got to read YouTube descriptions from now on. The X-Men 4 trailer was fan made, my bad peeps.

I could have guessed that. I mean I saw an awesome trailer for Titanic 2. But no, they just used scenes from all of Leo's other movies. But it was really good.

Yeah it was good. Kinda hard to understand without subtitles but I'm happy I didn't have to pay $50 for it on amazon. Got it the "other way". Story was good, acting was good too. Nothing was overbearing. Forbidden love, tragic ending. Kristin Kreuk does a pretty good accent. She actually plays a character that I like now. But yeah, I'm satisfied.
