Mephlius' eyes shot open at the question. He turned to her, shocked that she would ask that. He opened his mouth to point out the obvious answer... and then realized... he didn't have anything to say to that. He closed his mouth. Is she asking me to bite her? Or is this some kind of test? Aaagh! He closed his eyes again, and thought deeply.

"Th-There wouldn't be any health problems if I do! I talked to Gail about it and..." Amnity finally looked up at him, seeing him think hard about this made her even more nervous. "I....If I do....You're the only person I would ask to change me Mephlius..."

"Mephlius! Mephlius wait!" It's no use, just let him go... Amnity stared at the door of the training room, then her gaze dropped back to the matted floor. She leaned against the wall, hugging her ribs as though she were trying to hold herself together. I knew I shouldn't have brought it up...I'm so stupid!... Her eyes gazed back at the door, just waiting for him to come back...Just waiting to hear what he had to say...

((Damnit- I should have thought of a more dramatic entrance after all this buildup.))
Mephlius slowly opened the door to the training room, completely straight-faced. He now knew what had to be said, and more importantly, what may have to be done. He walked up to Amnity, paused a second, then placed his left hand on her right shoulder. "Are... are you absoultely sure about this?" He held eye contact with her.
((Edited- I thought you were sitting against the wall, not leaning against it.))

"I...." Amnity looked at him eye to eye, then she gazed back at the ground. "I don't know...My whole life...I was a human..." She looked back at him, a more confident gaze in her eyes. "I just wanted you to know...When I do make up my mind...I want you to be the one to change me...Only you...Are you alright with that?"

((This is actually a pretty dramatic moment, so it would probably be better if it weren't so short.))

Amnity felt weak...Maybe change is a good thing... "I put a lot of thought into this....But...But I won't change unless you do it Mephlius...Will you?"

"I'll think about it Mephlius...All I really wanted is your approval..." Amnity finally looked up at him, a bright smile on her face. "Thank you...I love you." Ha! I said it again...See, that didn't hurt. After the mental praise, she hugged her love tightly.

Amnity pulled away just enough to look up at him. "Hmm...Knowing you....Lycans are cooler...And apparently much better dancers then humans." She shrugged. It may be cheating to bring in his ardent love for dancing into the conversation, but she found it to be an appropriate point.
