Sometimes you need to step back..... Vanessa seemed to be having an off day for steals. Once again she had been nowhere near the quaffle when she attempted to steal. The second year's taunting didn't help. After all the game had just started. There was no reason to hurry or already jump to the conclusion that one score would mean a win. the blond picked up speed again to keep up with the opponent. She wasn't giving up until the last point was scored. ....in order to see it all. ---❤--- ---❤--- ---❤---

Sometimes you need to step back..... Vanessa bit her lip. She needed to figure out how to get this steal. If she missed it would come to Jasmine. Unlike with herself at the moment, the blonde had confidence that the keeper would succeed in blocking the shot that seemed to ultimately going to occur. The Slytherin then shook her head. No, she had to try her best to stop the shot from being made and instead make one for her team. Talking a breath, she stretched out her hand in another steal attempt. ....in order to see it all. ---❤--- ---❤--- ---❤---

  Ronyo Storm - Slytherin
Fifth Year/ Slytherin Quidditch Captain/ Beater
Quidditch Pitch/ Game The game had moved fast and seemed to take off with little time between the chant and getting into position. The Gryffindor chaser had taken the quaffle first by a hairs breath from Vanessa. The two had moved back and forth in a dance for position with Dominic firing off a shot to give assistance. The Gryffindor chaser was mocking them in her defensive rolls and dodges. Something unexpected from the team of lions, but Ronyo would make it a point to make sure the girl did not underestimate his team by any means. With his Chinese Fireball Ronyo cut his corners sharp and quick moving up and then down to move into angle for bludgers. With a quick pull up Ronyo gained altitude and then performed one of his famous snap turns, a pulse racing push of extra g-force being placed on both rider and broom and only possible thanks to the turning capabilities of the Chinese Fireball broom. With his turn Ronyo dove and gained speed to screech right in front of Remy as she made her toss and down towards a bludger coasting the ground. With a quick pull of his broom and shift of his weight Ronyo turned and drifted into his dive pulling his momentum into his swinging arm and slamming the bludger to head straight for Remy with a crazy spiraling motion that had it coming in at an odd angle to the girl. She cracked her fingers and gave a playful smile. She was ready to switch positions with Vanessa, to steal. She loved playing Quidditch, if only for the rush it gave her. Ronyo Storm - Slytherin
Fifth Year/ Slytherin Quidditch Captain/ Beater
Quidditch Pitch/ Game I miss, by both Jasmine and himself. This would have to be the way the game was played then, they would match them point for point, fire on them without letting up, and let Belle dance in the sky and catch the snitch. As the quaffle went to Vanessa Ronyo moved to a position high over head to watch his chaser move and called out his commands. "Dom, focus fire and suppress. Vanessa go all out we will worry about the chasers!" Ronyo finished his calls with a quick dive to move right past Vanessa to give her even just a second of breathing room to get going and take off. Ronyo pulled up and flew right below the girl and then up to overtake her and move to the bludger he had seen from the sky. With a quick turn and then a dive Ronyo flipped himself over and smacked the bludger and sent it again towards Remy. She would be the one to watch as her high spirit had the potential to get on some of the less patients Slytherin's nerves. If he could Ronyo would see if he could dial her back a bit to keep Dominic from releasing his chaos before the time was right. Life: 1, 2, 3

Sometimes you need to step back..... Her last steal attempt was dodged and the score was made. Oh well nothing they could do about that aside from just return the favor. Vanessa clutched the quaffle close to her as soon as she caught it. She quickly turned her broom around and headed towards the Gryffindor goal posts. She was silently praying that Daisy or Amanda would actually be active this game. She breathed out as she started her way. She needed to keep her attention on the current score in the current game, not the fact that the other two chasers seemed to be unreliable this year.

Ronyo Storm - Slytherin
Fifth Year/ Slytherin Quidditch Captain/ Beater
Quidditch Pitch/ Game Ronyo moved out far to Vanessa's right side and climbed up high as he moved to gain higher ground and fire at the Gryffindor now moving in. Vanessa always did so much for their team Ronyo would once again put himself on the line to give her a chance to score each time. He wasn't a chaser so he couldn't help carry the quaffle but he could do everything in his power to make her carry time less stressful. On came a bludger and Ronyo streaked in for it and whipped his bat around the make a loud smack as the sphere hurtled once again towards Remy to try and keep her away. Ronyo's shots had been just shy of hitting each time and Ronyo hoped the near collisions were giving the girl some mental worry as to how close they were getting to her. Even if Ronyo had to go down again he would give his Chasers every opportunity to score. Life: 1, 2, 3

Sometimes you need to step back..... Remy got a little too close to the quaffle in this steal attempt for Vanessa's liking. She rolled her broom to dodge it and picked up speed. She made sure to keep her eyes peeled for One of her teammates to pass to, if she could this time. When the Slytherin had put a good space between her and Gryffindor currently trying to steal she righted herself. Sure the distance wouldn't last long but even for a bit it would make a difference
