A carriage was in front of the library, Elliot sighing. Now everyone knew.

Ipo opened the door for them. "There's plenty of water for you to drink inside, my Prince. Don't over work yourself."

Elliot stepped in, helping Lily in before Ipo closed the door. "Best to get to drinking." And looked at the filled water pouched on the opposite seat. "But I wish I didn't have to drink so much. Tell me about what you read." And opened a pouch, quickly drinking it down and continuing with the others as Lily spoke. After the third pouch the prince took a small break, catching his breath.

"I will soon, but the dry spell that has been going on in this town will affect my abilities, so I drink the water." And from there, using abilities in low humidity areas caused his abilities to take water from his body. It was unhealthy and quite life threatening, but he was doing it. "Just four more to go." He muttered, uncapping another one and gulping it down, making the mistake of glancing out the window at the moving scenery. Motion sickness kicked in and he pulled the pouch away, coughing and giving a small dry heave. He'd spilled water, some of it rolling down his mouth and the rest having fallen onto his shirt. "if it is to help my people, I will become sick." He felt ready to die.

Elliot would have blushed at the licking if he didn't feel sick, listening to Lily explain about the water underground. Elliot nodded, he knew of the water underground, he knew the reserve was vast, Loslith was a dry city and the water reserves normally helped them. When Lily offered the ball of water Elliot smiled, grabbing it gently and watching it freeze. "I do not control the water. I merely freeze it." And held up the ball, allowing it to unfreeze as he placed it to his mouth and tilted his head back. The water inside was unfrozen, but quickly it was gone and the ice itself melted until he popped the rest in his mouth. "Why don't they know how to irrigate?' Elliot asked suddenly, ears perking. "I should discuss that with the Noble later tonight."

He looked at the other four pouches of water, unwillingly grabbing another one. "I did not knwo you could control the water, Lily. Yet another wonderful talent." And placed the metal rim to his lips and started to drink again.

"Oh, yes you mentioned your mother was a water faie." Elliot murmured, but he hadn't known that's where Leo had learned it from. All he'd mentioned was Oak-Sensei. Elliot only smiled softly, cupping the Falian's cheek and kissing his head. "You are plenty powerful, you saved mine and my father's life, Lily. I can assure you, full power or not, you are plenty powerful." The carriage soon stopped, Ipo peeking in.

"Ready?"

Elliot nodded, calming himself and putting a pleasant smile on his face as he walked out.

The noble was a man in his mid forties, hair still brown and the typical mustache and beard that Elliot had expected. "Prince Elliot! Oh you are the spitting image of the beloved queen, rest her soul. Thank you so much for coming and helping our poor city." And grabbed the prince's hand to shake it. The guards tensed, though Elliot was the one most surprised by the boldness.

"A hand shaker." he murmured, keeping his smile and shaking the other's hand. "It is a pleasure to be here, Noble Marc. I have no problem helping, it is my duty. You moistened the soil this morning before dawn, yes?"

The man paled, letting go of the other's hand finally. "No sir, I forgot to ask the farmers to do so. The wells are so far away."

"It is all right, calm yourself." The prince held up his hands. "Allow me to look at the map of your farmland."

The noble paled some more. "I have forgotten that as well."

Elliot assumed so. "Henry," The old man walked up and gave the man a folded map. "I had driver find a map in the library." And opened it up, looking at it.

Ipo leaned toward Lily. "He's rather well prepared, isn't he? I was told to fill the pouches." And held them up. "But he didn't drink them all. There's still three left."

Ipo nodded.

"Your farmlands are incredibly vast. You put ours in Nalenyr to shame."

"Oh it's nothing. The food in Nalenyr has much greater quality."

Elliot glanced at the tanned guard from the Peninsula who was holding some onions. Healthy, large, no doubt full of flavor. "Perhaps. Well I am feeling ill so I shall do this quickly. The trip here was tiring." and walked forward, one of the guards pulling the Noble back. "Be warned, you may lose a small portion of crop due to the cold, but I shall try to prevent that."

"Further back." Henry ordered, waving his hands and standing back with them.

The temperature drop quickly, Elliot feeling his stomach tighten at the early morning activity. Silver eyes glanced down at the grass. It was dry, crop would be lost. This town was going to fall, but he'd heard rumors, and had a week to find out. His stomach gave a lurch, coughing up some of the water he'd swallowed earlier. It touched the ground and froze, quickly spreading.

"Oh," Ipo said in awe. "That is amazing. But isn't it unhealthy?" And flinched as the prince coughed up a bit more, ice thickening and continuing to spread, temperature making the guards tremble slightly. "Will he hurt himself?"

The Noble was covering his mouth, body continuing to purge the previously swallowed water, letting it spread. Hearing Leo's voice his ear twitched, corners of his mouth twitching upward before his stomach emptied itself again. The second 'Master' made his head only turn slightly, throat tightening before he gave a simple cough.

"Lily?" Leo asked as the water pouched fell and spilled water. However water didn't spill onto the dry dirt, but instead hovered in the air. "Lily?"

Elliot covered his mouth, continuing to cough, stopping his system and to hide his smile, as guilt ridden as it was. "But I must. I said I would in the contract, Lily." She heard none of it, walking forward. What happened next amazed everyone, Elliot looking up at the sky as rain fell. His focus changed, quickly taking Lily from the air and holding her. He only chuckled. "Your Master is cruel." And walked back toward the group, ice on the fields never ceasing, but travelling onto anything with water. "We will stay the allotted week, Noble Marc. I must be keeping my eye on them after all."

The noble nodded, watching the prince walk into the carriage, Ipo closing the door nd sitting up beside Henry, the guards walking around it.

Elliot stroked the Falian's wet hair, kissing her head. "Your Master is incredibly cruel. I am so sorry, but thank you so much."

Elliot held the Falian tightly, waiting until they were at the hotel nd carried him out.

"You must be strong to carry someone taller than you."

"Bring me towels, Ipo." Elliot ordered, letting the guards check his inn room before entering it and placing her on the bed, making sure the door was closed. "Cruel indeed." And began to remove the wet clothes, grumbling at the fashion, tossing the pants and stockings to the floor along with the shoes before covering his lower half with the sheet. He was working on Leo's top when Ipo opened the door.

"I brought your towels, Prince Elliot, where do you-oh my goodness." Ipo stared, Elliot's glare making him shut the door. "My Prince, I am unsure if you've seen a naked women but Lily is a--"

"I am aware, Ipo, now place the towels down! And find a way to dry Lily's clothes."

Ipo placed them down, waiting until Elliot was done and Leo completely covered before tapping Elliot's shoulder.

"Yes, Ipo?" Elliot asked before a spare towel was placed on his head.

"Sir, you are soaked." The hare stated with a smile, drying his hair. Ipo was taller after all. "And secondly, Lily is male. There are rumors that you were into the male, and I heard that he was male. Everything just worked out in the end didn't it?" Ipo smile quickly shrunk at Elliot's frown, the lantern a deep blue-gray color.

"This is a secret, Ipo. If you tell anyone I will remove your head from your shoulders myself." The silver eyes narrowed and became cold. "This leaks to anyone, Ipo de Xandrae, and you will be a trophy on my wall."

Ipo gave a quick nod. "They weren't kidding when the guards said you were frightening."

"When you're my height you need to make up for it. I'll call you when Lily wakes up." And Ipo left, Elliot continuing to dry off before sitting down on the chair, taking one of the books piled on the floor and opening it. He had time to read.

Elliot looked up as his title was called, ears perking from their relaxed position. The prince smiled, bookmarking his page and placing it down. "You did, though it truly isn't a problem. I had Ipo watch you for a short while because I had to stop the ice and remove it. The rain is still--" The yell from Leo interrupted him, bringing the prince's attention to him and looking at the hip before it was quickly covered. Was that something else from his past? Elliot couldn't recall ever seeing it before.

"Lily, Lily calm down." Softly he stroked the black hair, sitting on the bed. "Please calm down. Let me see." he waited a moment before gently pulling the blankets down and moving them aside, revealing the strange, new mark on Leo's hip. Fingers traced the simple yet elegant design before lips pressed against it. "Whatever it is I find it beautiful. There is no need to apologize for it." and covered the mark again with the blanket. Very simple, no questions asked.
