Victoria was relieved to hear this and nodded, smiling at her. "I really do appreciate it, Aria." She murmured, feeling like a freeloader. "You are a true friend." She hoped Dante was okay with whatever he was doing, and glanced out the window when she saw that they were at her house. She laughed softly at Aria's comment, and got out of the car slowly. She took a deep breath and stared up at the house, admiring it's beauty.
Daren got out of the car, nodding at Aria. "I'll stay too. I'll just call my mom, she won't mind." She was at work anyway, and had no idea where he was. He took Aria's hand on impulse but quickly remembered that Victoria was there and released her, a frustrated passion in his eyes as he stared at her. He turned his attention to Victoria, smiling. "You'll be okay, tonight right?" He asked, but was relieved when she nodded. He had a feeling that she was trying to keep her emotions about Dante bottled up inside of her as best as she could.

Dante sat on the floor holding his stomach. Pain from his abdominal muscles contract and relaxing for hours plus the acid eating away at his ulcer caused him to curl up in a ball. His body started to shake from the medicine and the pain. Dante moaned in agony and a worker walked into his room. "Mr. Reynolds are you okay?" he asked as Dante rolled over. "Does it look like it?" Dante shouted. The worked ran out of the room, dropping his mop mid run, and grabbed a nurse. The nurse came running in and looked at Dante. She walked over and stood by the wall making sure not to get to close to him because of his status level. "I'm afraid I can't do anything for you Dante. These are just symptoms of the withdrawal. I may be able to find you some medicine for the pain. Other than that you will just have to deal with it." Dante shook his head and grabbed his stomach again and grunted. The nurse walked out of the room and disappeared. The phone on Dante's dresser began to ring and Dante reached for it. His hand landed on the receiver and he drug the phone onto his bed.
"Hello?" Dante said in an agonizing voice. "Mr. Reynolds you have a couple of visitors at the front desk. Shall I send them to your room?" the man said with concern. "Sure." Dante hung up the phone and pushed it to the floor.
After a few minutes, his mom and Dr. Jacobs walked in the room, both carrying bags of clothes and necessities. The dropped them on the floor and they both took a seat in the chairs at the foot of his bed. His mother looked around the room.
"Well this is nice." she said trying to make small talk. "Please mom. Don't start this." Dante balled up his fists while scooting up. Jacobs began to speak. "It's only going to get worse from here. The withdrawals will eventually go away, but it is going to take some time. I talked with the director. He said you can have visitors but they will be searched and have to be approved." Dante nodded. "What else?" "You will go threw severe treatment. Meaning you will be given the most and the highest level of treatment. It has perks though. You'll get clean sooner and you'll be able to leave sooner. But you need to open up to them. If they find the source they can destroy the problem." Jacobs coughed. "I need something for the pain. I'm not going to say anything until I'm comfortable but this isn't helping." Dante said clenching his stomach. "I can arrange that. But the only thing they offer is highly addictive." Jacobs sighed. "I don't care. Just give me the stuff." Dante told him. "Okay I'll have them send it. We have to leave Dante. There's paperwork that needs taken care of. You're mom knows who to allow to visit right?" Jacobs asked. "Yeah. Have them send Aria and Victoria first though." Dante tried to say it without showing the pain. "Will do." Jacobs and his mom walked out the room.
Dante slid back down in his bed and tried to fall asleep. He eventually was able to go into some sort of a slumber. Jacobs called Aria but didn't get through so he left a message.
Aria. This is Dr. Jacobs. I was calling to inform you and Victoria that you are allowed to visit Dante as long as you go through the process. Please give it a day to go through the system before you go. Thank you

Aria felt Daren grab her hand and then pull away. She was about to ask him what was up when her phone vibrated. She pulled it out and realized she had a message from and unknown number. While opening the door and waving Victoria and Daren inside, she listened to the message Dr. Jacobs had left. She nodded at her phone and then deleted the message. She then turned to Victoria. "Apparently we can go see drunk a** in about two days." She smiled and sat her phone down on the counter and looked at the both of them. "Well...make yourselves at home. My parents will be back later so just go with the lie that you guys came over here." she winked and then continued on. "Victoria, my room is upstairs, first door to your left. Feel free to borrow what you need. Daren...I don't have anything in my room for you to wear so yeah. Everyone set? Alright, do what you want. I'm going to raid our fridge. If you want food speak now. If not, forever hold your peace."

Daren could see confusion flash across Aria's face as he pulled away from her, but he stayed silent, shaking his head with a small smile on his lips. He glanced over at Victoria once more, hoping she really was okay. He couldn't tear his eyes away from Aria as she opened the phone, but frowned when she waved both of them inside the house. He went in without protest, but waited as she explained the message to Victoria. Realization came over him. It muse have been Dante's doctor or nurse calling. He nodded when she mentioned her parents, but couldn't help the feeling of fear and anxiousness when she said they would be home later. He would have to meet them, but at least Victoria would be there, so it wouldn't be a date night or anything. He relaxed his stance and laughed quietly when she said that she didn't have anything for him to wear. "It's all good, I can wear the same thing to bed," He responded, amusement in his eyes as he watched her. He couldn't help but grin as she continued speaking. "Don't mind if I do," He said to her, following her into the kitchen. He instantly did feel at home, but didn't mention this to her. Victoria listened to Aria repeat the message she had gotten, and relief along with fear hit her full on. She couldn't wait to see him, but she didn't know if he felt the same way. He could have not liked her at all anymore by the way he had acted towards her at the bowling alley. But she refused to let herself think this, blaming it on the alcohol. She smiled and nodded when the girl said to make herself at home, but shook her head at the mention of food. She watched both of them go into the kitchen, and turned around, setting herself on the couch. She saw the remote but didn't pick it up, not wanting to be rude.

I'm going to time skip a little. I hope it doesn't mess up your posts :/
Dante awoken to shuffling in the hallways. There were a few people walking by his open door a few of them peeking in at him. They started to whisper things back and forth to each other but Dante could only catch a few words. New guy and young were the only things he could catch before they were out of sight. Dante looked down at his bed and saw his shaking hand. He wasn't in pain any longer and he wondered why. He looked over and saw a note.
You probably won't remember taking the meds but you should feel better this morning. You seemed half dead last night so I left information on what you took in your dresser. Let me know if you need anything 'else'. -Nurse Huntington
Dante smiled at the last word because of the way she wrote it. He had a feeling that he knew what it meant, but that wasn't the least of his priorities right now. Dante got out of the bed and brushed his teeth. He searched the bags for something to wear. Dante laughed when he saw his favorite outfit in the bag; a Nirvana shirt with faded jeans and converse. He put the clothes on and tied his shoes. When he walked over to the door he looked around wondering where they had gone. He saw a man walking his way. "Good you're up. The doctor wants to talk to you." the man said as he motioned for Dante to follow. Dante was led to a small room with a single table with the doctor sitting on one side. There was a bowl and a box of cereal with milk ready for him. Dante sat down and poured the flakes into the bowl.
"How are you feeling this morning?" the doctor took out his paper. "Like s**t." Dante tried to pour the milk but his shaking hand threw it everywhere but the bowl. Dante slammed it down with anger. "Let me get that." the doctor helped him. Dante picked up his spoon and began to eat. "Why was my brother here?" Dante asked immediately. "I knew this was coming up and I"m sure you already know. He was here for his addictions just like you. Jacobs ordered it. But I want to know about the death of Alex. This seems to be when it got worse." the doctor wrote something down. "He died in my hands because of some damn gang member. He was my brother." Dante ate some cereal. "Why did you take it so badly?" the doctor asked. "Because I could have saved him. He died because of me." Dante didn't look up. "How could you have saved him Dante?" the doctor began to write more. "Because I let him go over to them instead of stopping him. I told him to go over there. We should have called the cops." Dante stared at the milk in his bowl. "Why didn't you call the cops then?" the doctor moved his glasses and pour Dante more cereal. "Because that's not who we are. We're not some damn punks that they can boss around. They came to us. They picked on us. We fought back." Dante looked up. "So the problem is pride and anger. Trying to be something that you're not. How did you learn to fight? Where did you learn the so called skills that you have today?" the doctor asked. "My brother and I were enrolled in boxing classes all of our lives. My mother wanted us to find something that we could relieve stress with. So we chose that." Dante told him. "What stress? And for how long?" the doctor wrote information down. "Stress from our father. Stress from the environment that we lived in. I boxed since I was a small child until Alex died. Then I began street fighting." Dante told him. "Let's end it here. We'll talk about your father tomorrow." the doctor stood up and walked out of the room.
Dante walked out of the room and sat in the room with everyone else. He sat in a plushy chair in front of the window. He stared out of it and wondered how much longer he had. A man in his late fifties came up to him and sat down in the chair next to him. "You're awfully young to be in here." Dante looked over at him. He searched the old man's eyes for something to come back with, but found absolutely nothing. "Eh. You might want to stay away. The doctors say I'm a level five." Dante told the man. "Well I'll have to take my chances then. My name is Charles." Dante didn't say a word but continued to stare out the window.

"So what is a young man like you doing in here?" the older man began to ask him. Dante turned his head in the direction of the man and glared at him. His eyebrow began to shake and his face grew red. "What is it to you?" Dante shot back. "Whoa. Calm down. I was just trying to make small talk." Charles told him. "Well I'm not one for talking." Dante turned his head and looked out the window again. He fixed his eyes on a bird in the oak tree in front of the pane of glass. It seemed so peaceful and gentle. Dante found it ironic that the bird chose to live it's free life around a place that allowed little freedom.
Dante and Charles sat silently for quite a while before Charles cleared his throat and uttered a few words. He stood up and said something that sounded like lighten up but Dante didn't pay much attention to it. He continued to watch the bird, which was eating a worm now, but started to listen to the conversations that were happening around the room. He could hear some of the other patients begin to talk about him and judge him. He could feel eyes beaming into the back of his skull and he turned around. He stood up and stared down the first person that he met eyes with. His attention was fully on the middle aged male until he heard his name over the intercom.
Dante Reynolds please report to the nurses station. Dante Reynolds please report to the nurses station.
Dante took a couple of step towards the door but held his gaze on the man. After he reached the door he moved his eyes in front of him and walked down the hallway. He walked down the wide hallway. His shoes squeaked on the freshly mopped floor. He came up to the desk and saw Ms. Huntington standing behind the woman in the chair. She looked up from the file and smiled at Dante as he placed his hands on the desk. "Here's your meds. Take them and then open your mouth. I have to make sure you actually take them." the large woman in the chair said, handing him a cup. Dante swallowed them and moved his tongue around showing the woman that he took them. "Am I done?" Dante asked and the woman nodded. He turned to walk down the hallway again, but Michelle stopped him. "Remember I'll be coming after a while for tests Mr. Reynolds." she said picking up another file that must have been his because he saw a large number five on it. "Okay Ms. Huntington." Dante said as he walked towards his room.
He opened his door and shut it, the click echoing, and he sat on the bed. His head began to spin and his body began to feel numb. He moved his head and everything seemed to slow down. His senses were off and Dante began to panic. He tried standing up but felt wobbly and he fell back on the bed. Dante reached for the red button connected to his bed but failed. He tried to focus on it but he couldn't as his mind began to space out. Finally, he fell over and grabbed the button, immediately pressing it as he rolled over. A nurse rushed in and grabbed his file by the door. "What's the emergency.'" the man said checking Dante over. "I don't feel right. I feel-" Dante stopped and saw the room spinning. "I feel weird. I feel high or what ever people call it." Dante managed to say. The nurse sat him up against his pillow and the wall. He checked him over and looked at his chart. He closed it and started to talk to Dante, trying to keep him calm. "It's just the side effects of the new medicine. Most patients feel this way for the first couple of weeks. The effects we become lightened over this course of time. Try not to panic." The nurse walked towards the door and left Dante hunched over. He fell forward on his bed and didn't move. His composure and everything else was off. He rolled over on his back and stared at the ceiling; lost in its design.

{Mel, I'm going to sort of take over your charas. I hope you don't mind...Don't kill me O.o XD}
Aria sluggishly sat up and rubbed her eyes. She'd slept on the floor, Daren was of course beside her and Victoria was on the couch. She looked at the both of them and smiled. Victoria really wasn't one for talking, but Aria had gotten some small talk when she'd offered Vic the remote for the t.v. All of them ended up watching some romance movie. She grabbed her phone and saw that she had 16 missed calls and a text message. She though maybe it had been Dante but when she read the text, her eyes widened.
Since you don't seem to want to talk over the phone, I'm coming over. -V
The message had been sent about two hours ago. Aria shot up and creeped out of the room so she didn't wake up the others. She opened her door and stepped out, colliding with someone.
"I was just about to ring the doorbell." "What do you want from me?!"

{It's all good. xD And oh shiz it's Veto! D:} Daren didn't feel Aria get up beside him at first, but when he began to get cold in his sleep without her body warmth, he slightly stirred. He heard talking coming from somewhere and he shot up, forgetting where he was. He saw Aria's house and knew she was talking to somebody else, so he frowned and followed her to the front door, curious. When he saw a larger guy standing there with a relaxed look on his face, but a dangerous glint in his eyes, he grew cautious. Who was he and why was he here? Aria didn't seem too happy that he was there, so clearly he wasn't supposed to be. "Aria. Do I need to wake up Victoria or anything?" He wondered out loud behind Aria, holding Veto's steady gaze, not backing down. He was more than frightened, since the man could have been easily twice the size of Dante, but he tried not to show it.
Victoria heard low talking but she was still in dreamland. It was more of a nightmare, but she had always been quiet in her sleep. Tears silently went unaware down her cheeks, and she turned on the couch slowly, not being able to wake up. Dante was running far away from her, and would glance back at her every so often with a disgusted expression. "Why did you do this to me, Victoria? Why did you put me through this? I never want to see you again!" He called out, turning around and seeming to run even faster. No matter how much she ran, or tried to scream his name, tell him to wait, it did nothing. He was only getting farther away from her, and tears were streaming down her face as well in the nightmare. "What did I do wrong, Dante? Tell me what I did!" She yelled at him. But he didn't slow down, and he soon disappeared from sight. She woke up with a start, not realizing she was crying until she reached up and tasted one of the tears that had gotten into her mouth. She lay there, thinking and worrying about Dante. The dream had to mean something, but what?

Dante was rolling around in his bed. His legs and arms were twitching periodically. Dante's mind and state of being had fallen into a dream world induced by the medication. A faint voice started to break through the hazy walls and Dante started to roll over.
"Mr. Reynolds." a man in a suit walked in. "Mr. Reynolds." the man was now closer than before. Dante opened his eyes and looked at the man. The medication must have wore off because everything seemed back to normal. "Yes?" Dante asked as he started to sit up. "I just wanted to let you know that the director approved your call list." the man handed him a paper with names on it. "Here you'll find who you're allowed to call." "Thanks." Dante said as he looked over the list.
The man walked out the room and Dante looked at the list again. He picked up the receiver of the phone and a woman's voice came over it. "Who would you like to call?" the woman asked. Dante was hesitant because he expected a dial tone. "Uh. Aria." he said and the phone started to ring. He hoped that Aria was free and not working at the record store.

"No Daren, everything's okay. Seriously dude, why won't you just get over it?"
Aria had moved in front of her door as if that could've actually stopped Veto from coming in if he'd wanted to. He had noticed Daren before the boy had spoken and he wasn't pleased, but he decided to not make a scene.
"That's very hard when you truly love someone." "Ha! You're a character, ya know that? I mean, it's bad enough that one of my best friends is in a nut house, now I have you of all people calling me and texting me and showing up on my doorstep. I mean, does life just really hate me?!"
Aria was about to say more when she heard her phone ring. She didn't bother to look at the number. "Not a word.....Hello?" she said, her voice portraying how upset she was.

Dante sat in his bed as the phone rang. It seemed as if there was no one on the other line until he heard a girl pick up. Dante moved the phone away from his ear as the girl shouted at him. "What'd I do now?" Dante asked with a laugh. "Why are you so mad? Did I interrupt something?" Dante asked her wondering why Aria could be mad. He figured that she would love to hear from him, but from what he just heard, it didn't match what he figured.

Daren nodded, still worried even when she said everything was okay. It didn't seem like it, especially when both of them seemed ready to punch the daylights out of each other. He made his way into the living room, deciding to leave the two alone so they could settle whatever it was that was between them. He saw that Victoria was up and awake, sitting up right on the couch while she watched the news. Her face seemed full of mixed emotions, but mainly terror and worry. He hoped she was okay, but felt he shouldn't ask since the obvious answer was no. He strained to hear what Aria was saying to him, but all he heard her say was hello, as if she had answered the phone. He wondered who she was talking to, but didn't want to be nosy more than he already had. He hesitantly sat next to Victoria, smiling shyly at her. "Hey, what's up?" He saw her take a deep breath, and he sighed. He didn't think she got much sleep, judging by the way she looked this morning. Victoria slowly sat up on the couch, trying to remember how to breath as her nightmare about Dante came back to her. She tried to push it away, but it kept nagging at her. She heard three voices coming from the hallway, and she guessed someone was at the door, but didn't bother getting up. She knew it wasn't Dante, even if she wished it was more than anything. She sighed and closed her eyes. Daren spoke to her, and she glanced up at him, as he slowly sat next to her on the couch. She smiled weakly back at him, turning her head back at the news channel she had turned on only minutes ago. "Fine," She answered quietly. They sat there in silence, neither of them knowing what to say. They both waited for Aria to get back in, so she could fill the silence.

"Aria, I do hav-" "Shut UP! Oh Dante, no you didn't. I'm just trying to get rid of a pest."
She eyed Veto when she said this, who just shook his head.
"Anyway, what's up? How're ya feeling and all that jazz?"

Dante squinted his eyes even though Aria couldn't see it. He had a feeling who this 'pest' was but he didn't mention it. There was nothing he could do while he was inside the rehab facility. Dante laughed at her question. "I'm alright. So when can you and Victoria visit?" he asked her. "You do have my car still, right?" he said in a hesitant manner but still jokingly. Dante saw a nurse walk in his room but he waved them off. The left his medication and water on his table and stood there. He sighed and hurriedly took the pills and show them so they would leave.

Daren continued to sit there in silence with Victoria, really not knowing what to say to each other. It wasn't like they knew each other all that well. He sighed, frustrated that Aria was still talking to the guy. He still wondered what he wanted. He strained to hear their voices, but it was pretty low and he couldn't make out what they were saying. He shifted uncomfortably and shot Victoria a glance, clearing his throat. "Maybe we'll get to see Dante today, and relief your worries about him." He gave her a weak, hopeful smile, but she didn't return it. Her feelings for him must have been stronger than I realized, Daren thought. Victoria didn't say anything to Daren, but continued to watch the news. She never liked what humans did, but it wasn't like she could cure the world. She wished she could cure Dante right at that moment. She felt that she cared about him more than he did her. There was a good chance that it was true, and her throat closed up.She glanced down at her hands, and folded them in her lap. She heard him clear his throat and felt his eyes on her, but she didn't glance in his direction. When she heard Dante's name spoken out loud, she flinched, not liking the way it felt like her heart had broken into a million pieces. It's the dream. The dream is making you feel this way, she thought, trying to convince herself. But it wasn't working. She couldn't have felt for him that strongly, he had only known him not even two weeks! "I hope so," She said, so quietly even she could barely make out what she was saying.
